Most of all we valued their expertise to replace 20 year- old fixtures and correctly wire in the new replacements. The bulbs and wiring had been updated more than a year ago by a premier and well-advertised, glossy Austin landscape lighting company. To our dismay, we discovered THAT previous work (two visits) was a hodgepodge of spliced high voltage wires with wire-nuts and tape up in our trees... a fire just waiting to happen! All were prompt in their responses and provided well written proposals. Only Grayzer included the cost of a permit in their proposal. Further a friend had their wall panel upgraded and their Tesla Wall Connector installed by Grayzier and recommended them highly. After looking at the reviews for the different certified installers, and given that a permit is required in my town to install an EV charger, I went with Grayzer. They provided a date and service window ( a week in advance of my appointment ) and the electrician, Max, pinged me about an hour prior to his arrival. I showed Max my ideal location for the Tesla Wall Connector and he was able to accommodate without having to cut away any drywall or running conduit outside the wall ( YMMV ). Very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He took the information/pictures required by Tesla and by my town's permitting authority, commissioned the Wall Connector, showed my how to add it to the Tesla Application on my iPhone and verified that it was charging at the specified rate (48 amps). He was happy to answer any questions I might have, and I am just delighted by the service and work done. I would recommend highly to friends, neighbors, et al. All in all, quick, fast, efficient, and professional. Cleaned up work area when done. Thank you!

We couldn't install a parking structure because of the narrowness of the lot. Making an appointment is easy. They came out to do an estimate, drew up the plans, and got us on the schedule for the following week. Communication was prompt and friendly. Installation took two days, one to dig the holes and insert the poles, and another to install the shade itself (both processes are very fast, but I think the concrete needs time to cure). Price was extremely reasonable and there are several colors and sizes to choose from. We are extremely happy with the product and service. Highly recommend!

TLDR: Great installer, don't hire someone else until you get a quote from Eric…read more I needed ethernet run for 3 cameras 2 wifi APs and a couple other drops. My house has fiber, but AT&T installed the Jack in the upstairs living room, on the other side and a floor above the wiring cabinet (cat5). I decided to relocate Everything to an upstairs closet. I got 2 quotes that were within a few percent of each other. The other installer said they needed to cut drywall for 2 drops, or run one outside and the other on the wrong side of the room. They were also going to just run a line from the fiber jack to the closet, leaving the AT&T box out in the open. When Eric came to do his quote he got deep in all the attics, found that he could pull one of the drops with a duplicate coax, and the slanted ceiling on the other was decorative most of the way so he could drop in the right spot. He also offered to pull a new fiber line to the closet. It all turned out great. one camera needed a small outside hop to the right spot, but he made sure that was OK before doing it. He did a very clean install, labeled the patch panel, wired up the rack beautifully, and cleaned all the mess afterward. The only cut drywall was in the closet for wires to come out.

Eric is now that guy for me with networking. My home has never had good internet. It was built before internet was much of a thing, it's stone, has radiant barrier, outdated connections, nonstandard shape, etc. I prepped Eric for these challenges among others and told him I had very high standards. He was undeterred and we set up a consultation. Eric had to have really impressed me, as I let him drill through stone which is highly uncharacteristic of me. I now have rock solid WiFi both inside and outside my house ~600Mbps for an extended distance and constant speeds over Ethernet even faster than that. I highly recommend Eric to bring an old home up to modern technological standards.

I had suggested another amp and they said you get this one without telling me why I wanted it. I ended up researching and overall the wattage is better and the receiver is better for my system but no one took the time to communicate the why on equipment. I felt like they were a better option then Best Buy install but ultimately left lacking. If I have a question today about the system i wouldn't feel comfortable reaching out with questions. This install was right before the Super Bowl.
