So I was in the process of adding a Tesla Wall Connector to my home. I sent out a request to three…read moredifferent companies ( all Tesla Certified installers ). All were prompt in their responses and provided well written proposals. Only Grayzer included the cost of a permit in their proposal. Further a friend had their wall panel upgraded and their Tesla Wall Connector installed by Grayzier and recommended them highly. After looking at the reviews for the different certified installers, and given that a permit is required in my town to install an EV charger, I went with Grayzer. They provided a date and service window ( a week in advance of my appointment ) and the electrician, Max, pinged me about an hour prior to his arrival. I showed Max my ideal location for the Tesla Wall Connector and he was able to accommodate without having to cut away any drywall or running conduit outside the wall ( YMMV ). Very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He took the information/pictures required by Tesla and by my town's permitting authority, commissioned the Wall Connector, showed my how to add it to the Tesla Application on my iPhone and verified that it was charging at the specified rate (48 amps). He was happy to answer any questions I might have, and I am just delighted by the service and work done. I would recommend highly to friends, neighbors, et al. They helped me figure out exact measurements so I could go and purchase the lights and hangers I wanted to use and then they came and installed them. He honestly looked like a kid at a candy store making notes on how much lights he was going to put up. The next day, we decided to contact him to cancel the free display for the sake of not wasting his time. A week later, we decided to reach out to him and decided we had enough budget to do only the front. His response/behavior was very unprofessional. We called and he sent us straight to voicemail. He displayed immature behavior and decided leave our text messages as "read." He behaves like a toddler and upset that we canceled the first time. There's more lighting companies out there that are more professional. Don't waste your time, look elsewhere. P.S. They left me with audio not syncing to lips and I had to spend a considerable amount of time playing with the marantz amp, Gemini AI and tv to 'fix it'. My Bravío 9 tv picture and adjustments might have been configured. Or not. Who knows? I don't use this space a lot so was looking for a turn key solution. I had suggested another amp and they said you get this one without telling me why I wanted it. I ended up researching and overall the wattage is better and the receiver is better for my system but no one took the time to communicate the why on equipment. I felt like they were a better option then Best Buy install but ultimately left lacking. If I have a question today about the system i wouldn't feel comfortable reaching out with questions.
