Had a really experience! The work was done well. Tech was super professional, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. He even helped us figure out our damn TV remote. A few tips: 1) texting is the easiest way to get a response. 2) make sure you let them know if you need a mount. 3) pay with PayPal or Venmo if possible. Jeremy is the man! He is highly knowledgeable. He got held up on another job that someone told him would be a single tv but when he got there, they made him hang up multiple tvs. Jeremy, called me and was apologetic. He even offered to come at 9:00 PM to keep his word but I told him he has a family and to come tomorrow. At first I was a little scared needing to hang a 70" tv on a stone wall. We opened the wall mount box and Jeremy said that these screws and pieces wont work and he started to use his own while telling me why they wouldn't work. The screws were not deep enough to properly hold the TV to the mount. He said if they loosen just a little bit the TV would fall. He also does ceiling fans, security cameras, and lighting. Found ATP via Craiglist and Jeremy responded promptly and was able to quote over the phone and schedule right away. He confirmed the appointment the night before and was on time the day of. We had a 46 inch mounted in the game room and a 64 inch mounted above the fireplace in the living room along with a sound bar. Both look great and did not cost a small fortune.
