My favorites were the Lilikoi Mango Mojito and Caribbean Fiesta (not on menu but Alex knows of how to make them). For those Patron lovers like my hubby, try the Sandy Day, he loved it! We were also told at 8:30pn "the kitchen is closing is 15 minutes"... the restaurant is open until 10:00pm! Comical... so the food was rushed out, I assume, in time for them to lock the doors at 10:00pm. The food was decent enough, but the quality of the food didn't make up for the incoherent system of service. The service was a real downer, tough to justify the prices when we're just a party of two and the staff was fully engaged in entertaining other large tables.
