Called to ask if I could do a job shadow (help with work for a day free of charge) its a graduation requirement at my high school. He didn't seem to know what it was so I simply asked "Do you know what a job shadow is?" he then told me I was rude for asking because I should assume he knew,then began to ridicule me about how my generation was only disrespectful children with no professionalism. well let me say this, this is a trash company as you can tell by other reviews. I honestly don't see what the other reviewer's are talking about, I've been a returning customer for awhile and I've honestly been very satisfied. Justin has always been very courteous and humble towards his customers, he always seems to be happy and smiling. He's so dedicated to his job he would even go so far as to interrupt his lunch to make a sale! I bought two computers from him, first a $100 desktop and secondly a $150 laptop, sadly the laptop ended up failing, luckily it was before the two month return policy ended and Justin honored it in full. He replaced my laptop with an even better one and had me on my way in what felt like no time at all! All in all, I will definitely be returning, and whenever I need a new computer I will be a returning customer again and again, so long as they stay open. read more

I have LOVE Agility computers. I have purchased over the last 4 years approximately 6 computers for my kids to do school work and I have recommended them to my friends. Each computer has worked and functioned as noted and the prices were super excellent. I even had one that had a small issue, the dvd stopped working, and just brought it in and Justin took 5 min and fixed it. Justin is HONESTY, DEPENDABLE, and very fair. I have also brought in computers to fix and Justin has also taken care of me. I've taken my computer to here twice: The first time it was running very slow and they cleaned out several virus problems.($90.00) About a month later I attempted to download BING, which took over my computer and changed some of the basic settings. This time the changes were fairly simple (if you know what you're doing, which I don't) and I wasn't charged anything. The service is timely, reasonable and the people are friendly. I went to Agility for a computer repair. Now I know this sounds like bait and switch but my computer was probably seven years old and had definitely seen better days. Justin offered my a much more advanced computer that he had refurbished himself plus transferred all my data for a minimal fee and I walked out with a great tower and all my info installed for a very modest price. Frankly, I'm happy as a clam. And I was treated very nicely and I will go back for all my future computer needs. read more

Honestly, I'm surprised to see the couple of bad reviews on here! If I had seen them, I may not have gone to Agility, but I saw good reviews on my phone (Google maps), and I went! I am SO glad I did. Had a problem where my computer would just shut down and not turn back on. Called the Geek Squad and decided I didn't need a computer that bad! Hecka money just to see what's wrong with the thing. Hubby said there's a couple places he was gonna check and this was one of them.
