I REALLY wanted to like these guys, I promise. I had an 8-channel camera system that I wanted installed in my home without paying 1000+. Justin told me that he does a relatively bare bones install and would run all cables up under the eaves of my house and would make it look clean and tight. I was thrilled. I was unable to be present during the install but my boyfriend was there and it did not sound as if Justin was willing to do what he and I had discussed without much coaxing. There were many, "we don't usually do this...." comments that were relayed to me but really those were things that I believed were included in the install as a no-brainer. Maybe I care too much about what the outside of my home looks like, but it did not sound like I would have been pleased whatsoever with Justin's "out of the box" install. In addition, it was noted that while there were a few people on-site, only one person (not the business owner, but a teen) who was actually doing the majority of the work. Install expectations aside, upon fully securing the cables to the side of my home, one of the camera channels failed to come up and would short out all the other cameras on the same power supply if plugged in (likely due to being stapled through). We alerted the installation company to the issue and it took THREE almost FOUR weeks for Justin to come out and resolve the issue. My overall recommendation: pay half up front, and half at the end (like any normal contractor) to make sure that Justin is invested in your project and will see it through. Also, you have to be OK with kids running around and your project getting interrupted 3 times during the day due to inadequate supplies being brought initially and children/teens apparently needing to be transported to different places (no warning up front, very little concern for the job). I just hope that Justin paid the young person who did most of the work most of the money ($700 for an 8 camera install). I assume based on the quality of the communication and professionalism (or lack there-of) that this is not the case. read more

The worst company I've ever hired. Save yourself. 1. Came with white staples for black wire Then acted surprised when I wanted black to help hide black wire. 2. Said they would be done in 3 hours not even halfway after 5. 3. Broke my property then refused to replace. Also denied breaking. 4. Didn't apologize. 5. Literally paid them just to get them off my property. 6. Worried about safety of my place after they hung cameras. Nothing would surprise me from this group. read more

Over the years, I've purchased a couple of computers from Justin at Agility Computers. He was able to provide me with some excellently performing laptops that excessed from Corporations. After replacing the hard drive with a solid state drive (SSD), I can say that both of these computers are both reliable and fast. I have also had Justin install a four-camera security system on my house. Everything worked as promised. The installation took about 3 hours, but in the end all of the wires are tucked behind my eves and not noticeable from the street. On my last trip to Agility, I wanted to set my computer up so that it operated with multiple monitors. I thought it would help me a lot with my interest in Genealogy at Ancestry.com. Justin was very knowledgeable and ordered a "docking station" to meet my needs. He also sold me matching monitors. I use my computers a lot and I'm extremely happy with my systems as they are extremely fast. I had some initial problems with the docking station working the way it was supposed to. I took it all back to Justin who was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in short order. The sign of a good business is if they can attract "repeat" business. Agility will continue to be my primary source for computer gear and repairs. I have referred a number of friends to Agility computers and they also feel like the service was exceptional. Yeah save yourself the time. Don't come here. They ordered the wrong screen for my computer. Told me that it wouldn't cost any extra to get the right screen. Just take a little more time. Then they called asked for an extra 100$ to get the screen. Ok whatever. I paid. Then they say that they can't find the screen from their vendors. It's a special screen. Ok they are a smaller business. BUT WHEN I COME TO PICK UP MY COMPUTER (mind you the screen defect wasn't anything too bad. It just bothered me) IT WAS IN 2 PEICES. just unprofessional. I was told I could pick it up today and what happens? The screen isn't on it. I need this computer for work. I could wait to get the screen fixed if I really had to. Then they wouldn't give me my refund..until Justin was their. Talk about a scam buissness read more

Best camera install EVER. I only had to pay $700 for 8 cameras which is a crazy price!! The owner Justin was a very helpful guy that made sure I liked what I got, and helped me set up the phone app so I could see my cameras from anywhere on my phone! The installation crew was just purely amazing they were the two nicest young men I have ever met in my life. The two guys that came out were so talented and fast it amazed me! They also helped me with anything I asked even if it didn't relate with cameras. If you need cameras I would definitely recommend Agility Computers the service is amazing. read more

I gave 1 star only because I had to check something. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company, namely Justin. I ordered security cameras to be installed. The day before I was to have the service I had a major catastrophe in my life and had to cancel the order. I had no other option. He gave me a very hard time. He told me that compared to his problems mine was very "minute". That's his words. I had to pay in advance and there was nothing in my paperwork that said I could not cancel. I paid $474.00 and he made me pay a $100.00 cancellation fee. I feel this is very poor business conduct. He was very rude to me and extremely arrogant. Anyone thinking about using this company should really think twice. read more

I searched Yelp and this company has 5 horrible reviews in the open and a bunch of 5 stars that Yelp decided weren't relevant. Anyway, I'm glad I didn't believe Yelp. I went in today to buy a $300 computer and he said you'd be better off with this $189 computer. We chatted about stuff and the owner knows a lot. He saved me a couple hundred and I have a great computer with no bloat and already upgraded to Windows 10 and running perfectly. I hope this review doesn't make it to the irrelevant section of Yelp. read more

My computer was running really slow and it was freezing up. I contacted Agility Computers because they are very close to my house. Justin told me that he could come to my house or I could bring it into him. I chose to bring it in. I found Justin to be very likable, very competent and very accommodating He got my computer back to me in less than one day (which was important given the fact that it is a business computer ). After Justin cleaned up my computer, itruns as fast as the first day that I bought it. I also found his prices to be really reasonable. Horrible service they never answer calls I took them a working Iphone with a cracked screen and got back a non working Iphone I had to replace the phone. totally unprofesional read the paperwork before you sign it, it basically says they are not liable for anything they do. Justin said I was stuck with the phone and he didnt care that the phone was working he did his job by replacing the screen. Dont trust these people with your Iphone! read more

Then, I found Eastwind Computers and I just love the store. It has everything for computers; especially, build your own. The gentlemen we dealt with were very nice and friendly. Called to ask if I could do a job shadow (help with work for a day free of charge) its a graduation requirement at my high school. He didn't seem to know what it was so I simply asked "Do you know what a job shadow is?" he then told me I was rude for asking because I should assume he knew,then began to ridicule me about how my generation was only disrespectful children with no professionalism. well let me say this, this is a trash company as you can tell by other reviews. There is a pretty clear on why it has bad reviews, trying to run a company off arrogance is idiotic upon also not knowing what he's doing computer wise nor as it appears security system wise. I'll be happy when I see that "Agility Computers" sign gone from my neighborhood and replaced with something more reputable. which by the looks of it is bound to be soon. read more

I honestly don't see what the other reviewer's are talking about, I've been a returning customer for awhile and I've honestly been very satisfied. Justin has always been very courteous and humble towards his customers, he always seems to be happy and smiling. He's so dedicated to his job he would even go so far as to interrupt his lunch to make a sale! I bought two computers from him, first a $100 desktop and secondly a $150 laptop, sadly the laptop ended up failing, luckily it was before the two month return policy ended and Justin honored it in full. He replaced my laptop with an even better one and had me on my way in what felt like no time at all! All in all, I will definitely be returning, and whenever I need a new computer I will be a returning customer again and again, so long as they stay open. read more

I have LOVE Agility computers. I have purchased over the last 4 years approximately 6 computers for my kids to do school work and I have recommended them to my friends. Each computer has worked and functioned as noted and the prices were super excellent. I even had one that had a small issue, the dvd stopped working, and just brought it in and Justin took 5 min and fixed it. Justin is HONESTY, DEPENDABLE, and very fair. I have also brought in computers to fix and Justin has also taken care of me. In fact the last computer I bought from him, was faster than my son's that he had purchased brand new last year on Amazon. I love the quality, I love the service and I love the price. I've taken my computer to here twice: The first time it was running very slow and they cleaned out several virus problems.($90.00) About a month later I attempted to download BING, which took over my computer and changed some of the basic settings. This time the changes were fairly simple (if you know what you're doing, which I don't) and I wasn't charged anything. The service is timely, reasonable and the people are friendly. PS: Don't download BING unless you want your computer messed up!!! read more

I went to Agility for a computer repair. Now I know this sounds like bait and switch but my computer was probably seven years old and had definitely seen better days. Justin offered my a much more advanced computer that he had refurbished himself plus transferred all my data for a minimal fee and I walked out with a great tower and all my info installed for a very modest price. Frankly, I'm happy as a clam. And I was treated very nicely and I will go back for all my future computer needs. read more

I wish i would have researched this guy before hiring him for starters it's against labor laws to have minors doing this type of work had i known he was taking advantage of these kids i would have said no.there is a thin line between deception and truth and he's a pro at not revealing the entire truth without actually lying.i would not recommend doing business with this company. Honestly, I'm surprised to see the couple of bad reviews on here! If I had seen them, I may not have gone to Agility, but I saw good reviews on my phone (Google maps), and I went! I am SO glad I did. Justin offered phenomenal service with a smile, and fantastic prices. He was quick and friendly, and even offered me an added adapter for my older monitor to work with my new computer tower! Had a problem where my computer would just shut down and not turn back on. Called the Geek Squad and decided I didn't need a computer that bad! Hecka money just to see what's wrong with the thing. Hubby said there's a couple places he was gonna check and this was one of them. The fan that I needed replaced and the labor they charged for it cost almost as much as the service call just to see what was wrong from the Geek Squad. Agility Computers YES! I had my computer at another local repair shop and it took 2 weeks for them to tell me they could not fix it. I brought it to Agility and they had it fixed in 1 day.
