Usually I am not overly impressed with the teenagers working at these establishments but this time they went above and beyond due to my error. While on the beach, I went into the app and placed an order for my go to strawberry banana smoothie and a few other things and I assumed the app selected the "closest location to me" which was down the block in surf city but NOPE my order was sent to Beach Haven (a 30 minutes drive down the road). When I realized I sent the order to the wrong location and didn't have my car the girl said "no problem, we can still make it for you." She called the other location and informed them of the accommodation and made my order without hassle. No exchanging of money or refunding and repurchasing to ensure the store had the right till. I didn't have to spend extra or tip again. Just showed my order and they made it on the spot. I truly appreciated the ease and convenience and fact that I didn't throw away $50!! Thank you surf city staff for making the customer not feel like a criminal and doing the right thing with the customer is always right approach!
