Ok so lemme start off by saying the food is good here...but the staff‍‍ the girls have some weird energy that they give off and you can tell they dont like each other! Makes it a tense experience to say the least..im usually the one that buys for my husband and I but today my husband went and came back talking about it and thats when i knew it wasnt just me! The guys are always friendly and dont seem to have issues with each other but the girls need to work on hiding their feelings towards each other a lot better! I've been waiting for this place to open for months, and I was honestly disappointed. They are very over priced and only offer 3 scoops as a large for like $15 where other places you can get 5 scoops for like $11. The fish was good quality and i went on opening day so it was very busy because bowls were 1/2 price with the purchase of a drink. They had very friendly staff and overall it was good. read more

Came here the second time today. My first time was awesome. I was impressed by how generous they give you in the poke. Everything is so on point! I got salmon, tuna mixed together with roe and, crab meat, house sauce and spicy creamy, top with furikake.They're all super nice you can ask for extra sauce anytime. My server last time was Vanessa, she gave fabulous service! She came by talk to us and asked if everything is okay. My server for this time is Kelly and her service is on point! She gave us some miso soup on the side and I could say that that was one of the best miso soups I've tried! There is plenty sea weed and tofu in the soup. Highly recommend! read more

FIRST REVIEW: I'm a huge Poki fan... this place rips you off compared to many others and even it's own chains in other cities. They don't give you a scoop they give you a flat half scoop of fish, I asked "what's that? I've never seen you guys from other shops do that or other poki places do that before!?" Today was my first time having Poke, I was excited to try something new. I came during a slow time of the day, there was no one behind my in line, I know the menu has a 'create your own' option but I wanted to know the other options they had. The young blonde girl who helped me was not at all excited to answer any of my questions. She was beyond rude and made me feel so stupid about my lack of knowledge of their menu. I refrained from asking anymore questions and continued to order a salmon that was over-seasoned. I'm so happy this place finally opened up, and that's it's as good as I hoped it would be. I've gone twice now, and both times have been great. I like the fish options and some of the specialty fish mixes. Tuna Luau is too good, and they nicely offer samples of the fish. I tried a sample of the kimchi shrimp tonight, which could have been spicier, but was still good (stuck with tuna luau though). They don't have a lot of sauces like other places might, but so far both the spicy house and soy garlic have been great. Toppings seem fresh, and they have quite a bit to choose from. Standard soft drink fare, but they also have some bottled drinks like Calpico and Thai coffee, and have some house drinks too. I know one is Thai Iced Tea, one is guava (which is sweet and really good), and the other I forget... maybe mango something? Anyway, point is: very happy with this place so far, and will be coming back! read more

Decided to check this place out for their soft opening. I got the regular bowl with kimchi shrimp (had never seen this option before so wanted to give it a try) and salmon. Although everything tasted fresh, the shrimp just wasn't my cup of tea, but the salmon was great! Dollar extra for avocado which is typical but what was nice is that it's a good amount. Also tried the Thai tea and it's delicious! Service was pretty fast considering the line they had. If your in the area it's worth checking out. read more

I have been coming to this location since they opened and the staff is exceptional and the food great! When you walk in they greet you, and I come in so often they practically know my order before I have a chance to give it to them. Fresh ingredients, flavorful sauces, and always clean. When there is a crowd they work quickly and efficiently, but still with that personal touch to make you feel welcome. I had been a returning customer. I'm used to generous portions. However I ordered online for my coworker's birthday and had my husband pick up the food. When we got our bowls that we paid full price for they were skimpy at best. It looked like they split the order. I was so disappointed I contacted them right away. After speaking with manager I was told I'd be refunded. I provided my phone number for the manager to return my call. To my surprise it never happened. Horrible customer service. I'll never return.
