My wife and I continually return to this place. We almost make a habit of going here, often for lunch dates as she works nearby. She always orders the lemon grass chicken and I will usually order #34 without cilantro. I believe that they substitute the cilantro with mint. When we arrive, we are asked if we would like the usual, which we almost always have. While there, he asks other people if they would like the usual. We never realized how many long-term customers eat here. We ordered Orange Chicken for the first time when we brought our kids along. This was the best orange chicken that I have ever had, hands down. I ended up eating the leftover chicken that they didn't eat. Spectacular! The only problem that I have with this restaurant is that they used to be located within reasonable distance of my house. Now I have to drive across St. George. Every time vendors show up at my office and want to take some of us out to eat, my first recommendation is always Ah'sya. Sadly, we always end up going someplace closer because we don't have the time to drive 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back. One of these days I will convince them. read more

The service was wonderful! We had two different servers who were very patient with us (dining with a toddler), as well as accommodating (again, toddler). We asked for an additional bowl to share with our child, and they brought it out, as well as a serving spoon. They also brought out a small spoon when they heard our child request one from us. The atmosphere was great. Calm, peaceful, and inviting. The tables were clean and comfortable. The boba tea was tasty with tons of tapioca balls in it (they're basically the only reason to get boba tea anyway). The tapioca balls were a little warm still, with the tea and ice. Everything was then sealed with a plastic peel-off lid and a sharp straw to protect from spilling. While I got milk tea (it's not my favorite, but, for me, it is almost always the safest best when trying a new place), it was one of the better boba teas I've had. The only downfall was the pho itself. While it was acceptable, that was about it. The broth tasted like beef bouillon and water. It did not taste like any spices were used for flavoring. The noodles were stuck to the bottom of the bowl and required some effort to detach them, even in the broth. A meager serving of meat was given, at about half of what I have had anywhere else. The serving size itself was good, with a very large bowl, but I did not leave satisfied as I usually do. We have eat here nearly 5 times and every time it get worse. First couple of times they were great now its as if they don't want you here. Black waitress is the worst and every time it gets badder. She never smiles or makes any form of conversation and show good service to those the owner caters to. I don't think we'll ever go back. Our portions were nearly half of what we use to get and that really surprised me. Our soup noodle dish had half the noodles and nearly no meat, fried rice came a small plate and half the amount we had the last time. Shameful service. read more

I decided to order take out Beef Pho the #2 and I was warned that the owner is rude and service is horrible yet I still have them a fair shot. I walked in and was confused as the two girls in the back just stared at me rather then greeting me. I waited 20mins for my order that I called in 15min before and then went to the counter to pay and the owner never said hi or acknowledged me just handed me my change and walked away. Very cold and rude. The soup broth was ok, and the beef was good but they throw everything into a plastic gold fish type baggy which was a turnoff. I rate there service 0 Stars and the Pho 2.5 Stars. If I could give this no stars I would. Spring rolls were adequate, Peanut sauce was kind of bland, and the noodle bowls were just okay. The kicker is the service was just poor. The server was so rude and grumpy. My dad tried talking to him but he just walked away. We were the only ones in there!!! The tip I gave him was "be nicer" and maybe a couple bucks. Delicious! We got 'pho to go' :) a lot of times when you get pho take out its not very good, but this place did an amazing job! Huge portion and came with all of the fixins. The broth alone was enough for 5 stars. I wasn't feeling well before I drank/ate my pho bowl and now I feel right as rain! Definitely perfect hangover cure :-D Also got an iced passion fruit green tea and the iced honey green tea, both were equally amazing! We will absolutely be back! read more

I like this place. A few months ago we ordered some dishes to go and weren't totally blown away, but we decided to give it a second chance -- I'm glad we did. This time we sat down in the restaurant and ordered pho and veggie rolls. I had the Chicken Pho and my husband had the Beef Pho. Both broths were super-flavorful and the service was solid. I spent a month in Vietnam a few years ago, and while nothing quite compares to non-Americanized pho, this really hit the spot. We'll be back! read more

I recently passed through Saint George and craved, as I often do, a steaming bowl of Pho. Ah'sya has a good rating so I gave it a try. The short version is the Pho is pretty darn good. The spring rolls were a solid performance also. Many reviews referenced poor service. Though our server was quiet, and not terribly personable, I never felt ignored or disrespected. A lack of friendliness and a lackluster iced coffee prohibit a fifth star. In all, this is a solid place to placate your Pho cravings. read more

Best Pho and Bun you'll get in southwest Utah... heck, in Utah!

I ordered the spring rolls and Pho special. The spring rolls were just OK. The skin was a little soggier than I'd like and it only had shrimp, no pork as I'm accustomed to. The pho broth tasted bland and just boring. It wasn't flavorful at all. The noodles were overcooked making it seemed somewhat of a chore for me to try to finish the bowl so I didn't. I also got the Vietnamese iced coffee. I don't want to sound harsh but this was the worst cup of coffee I'd ever had. It was watered down and had no body or aroma. I wanted this to be my new local Vietnamese spot, but I don't think that's happening :( read more

I'm so glad we saw this place! One more non-chain restaurant to eat at in St. George. We started with the egg rolls. I was told by my husband & kids they were pretty good. They have shrimp in them & I'm allergic, so I'll have to believe them. I had the Pho. It was quite delicious. I agree with a previous review that it was a little light on the veggies, but the broth was very good. We also ordered 2 noodle dishes, #26 & 34. They were great & had great flavor. We arrived just before noon with just two other couples already seated and within 5 minutes the place filled up with other hungry folks. We ordered the fresh spring rolls which was served with 2 bowls of peanut dipping sauce. They weren't the best we've had but the extra bowl of peanut sauce made up for it. We visited the restaurant a few years ago as we traveled through St. George and was pleased that it was still efficiently run. Great food, great service. The waitresses were very courteous and helpful with ordering and recommendations from the menu. The owner was helping cook, deliver food, bus tables, and talking to all the patrons the entire time I was there. Had the combination vermicelli. It's in a strip mall and doesn't look like much. We ordered spring rolls, Pho and Bun. The spring rolls were good, not great but I'd order them again. Hot tea- delicious! fresh Spring Roll- very flavorful! Pho- best I've had since returning from Vietnam. And that includes a year in L.A! my only wish is that they stacked the plate of fresh vegetables high with leafy greens. That's what really makes the pho amazing in Vietnam.
