Delicious food. The restaurant is clean with newer furnishing. I had the #4, it was very tasty with maybe just a tad much ginger (I think it was ginger) flavor but good none the less. If you like noodle soup bowls this is a good place in southern Utah to get it! The service was good but hard to judge as I was one of two people in the restaurant. Not sure how it is at high traffic times. I will definitely go back. read more

Ah'sya - Dining area / Counter area - Vietnamese Near Me - St. George, Utah

Rude as F*** I work a few stores down and I have come twice for lunch. Both times the owner was rude as heck and I will never give this TRASH pho place my money again! This is the 2nd pho i've tried in utah and they are both garbage! he kept yelling at me saying he used to charge way more in virginia like bit** i'm in utah not VA so move back if you're so mf mad read more

The Pho here is incredible. So are the spring rolls. What isn't incredible are the strange business hours the owners keep. I'd say we show up excited for Pho and it's closed half the time. Definitely call before you leave your house and ignore the business hours sign near the door. But the food here is fantastic. You can't go wrong with the Pho or other Asian dishes like orange chicken. How did St George end up with a joint like this? read more

Ah'sya - Vietnamese Near Me - St. George, Utah

Love this place!. We eat here every time we are in town. Best pho in Utah. The salt and pepper shrimp is amazing.

Wonderful Asian and Vietnamese food. Pad Thai is the best I've ever had. Service is great! My favorite Asian restaurant in town

This place is amazing. The pho and the spring rolls are phenomenal.

Ok we heard this place is super good. We drove 30 minutes out of the way to get it and they closed right as we got there. They were turning people away at 6 even though they said they'd be open till 7. Very disappointed. You can go here and hopefully they won't close it before you get there or as you are walking out the door.. read more

Let me first start off by saying I've not been much of a fan of Vietnamese food...but since becoming Vegan, I'm trying new things. When on a business trip with a friend, Ah'sya did not disappoint and has made me seek out a similar dish to what I experienced here...still Ive found none sadly. The place is small and unassuming. The menu didn't excite me as there was so much meat. BUT one of the people I was with suggested I try the veggie curry soup, she was also vegan. SO glad I listened...now, I was really hungry so the idea of soup seemed so trivial...I felt like it wouldn't be enough...I was wrong! It was filled with delicious curry broth of just the right #3 temperature (They have 1-5 with 5 being the hottest) , I like it flavorful with a good kick of spice, it had tons of noodles, I opted out of the corn which was likely GMO, with delicious chunks of potato, celery and carrot, peas, bok choy and green onion...I'm not a big fan of celery but it worked in this soup. Try the V5 Vegetable Curry Vermicelli Soup...you may be as hooked as me! If I ever find myself in St George again, I'll definitely be stopping by! And Tom, the owner is super nice, for the record!!! read more

Ah'sya - V5 Veggie Curry Vermicelli Soup with Spice #3 (You can get 1 which would be zero to little spice or up to 5 which would be very hot & spicy. - Vietnamese Near Me - St. George, Utah

What's with the crazy hours??? And if you look up the definition of dirty in the dictionary there is a picture of their carpets. If the dining room is that bad I don't want to know what gives in the kitchen. They were clueless ans really messed up a take out order. read more

They need to open a decent pho restaurant out here in St George. This place was awful. Save your money this place has horrible pho. Yuck! Your better off driving to Ca or salt lake! read more

Really great food and services would highly recommend the shrimp pad Thai. Or the Pho I get mine with all vegetables because I am weird about meat. read more

Meh. The spring rolls were fairly generous and the peanut sauce was pretty good. Egg roll buns... not great, the salad ratio was off and the dressing was a little heavy on fish sauce and rice wine vinegar. The only Vietnamese joint in town.... hopefully there will be more options or they pick up their game. Still a decent choice, though. read more

This guy doesn't know how to run a business, turns away people way before closing, which is sad cause his food is good

Got take out and it was delicious! The spring rolls were very good and so was the meal. We will be back. read more

Food is fine but aggressively unfriendly /rude service. Don't bother unless realize they don't want you there and couldn't care less about your business read more

Pho is amazing but customer service is pretty terrible. Here's how my phone call went Worker: "A'shya" me: hi can I get two orders of brisket pho to go please?" Worker "two brisket pho?" "Yes" "okay" and then he hung up. Didn't ask my name didn't give me a total. I mean if you're down for limited interaction and you're getting it to go it's whatever but if you're inside I'm sure you're pretty annoyed read more

I really want to like this place since I adore Vietnamese food, but it has consistently underdelivered. Spring rolls were bland and chewy. The chicken bun is extremely pared down from that of other restaurants. Ice burg lettuce, almost no veggies, bland sauce, and the meat didn't seem like chicken. The only reason I am leaving this bad review is because I hope the restaurant owner sees it and steps up his game! I really want a good Vietnamese restaurant to go to in the St George area. read more

We LOVE Ah'sya. Their combo vermicelli noodle bowl is to die for. It's so fresh and delicious. I don't feel heavy after eating, etc, it's so nice. Also, their combo fried rice is amazing!!! We pretty much get the same thing every time we go, but as we have ventured out and about on the menu, we have never been disappointed. We will be back again soon. read more

I came here looking for a lighter meal after a hot hike on Zion. Yes, I'm crazy to get pho on a hot day. Take that into consideration. We ordered the number seven which came with brisket, rib eye, and tendon. The broth was light and very beefy. I've had better, but very rarely. The noodles were a little stuck together at the bottom. The side ingredients (bean sprouts, jalapeño, basil) could have been more generous. That and maybe slightly bigger portions would make this review a five star. The chicken vermicelli bowl with egg rolls was also solid. A warning: this is a cold noodle dish topped off with b freshly grilled meat. It's great for a hot day. Although I had never seen it before, the noodles came with a peanut sauce. So yummy. I wish all Vietnamese vermicelli bowls came like that! The service was also good. Really no complaints on that end. Overall, I'd come back if I lived in St. George or was craving Vietnamese when I was there, but it's not the place I'd o out of the way for if I came back into town. read more

My family and I love coming here. The food is amazing and authentic!! Always a treat. We have never had any complaints before.

How rude can a place be! We arrived at 7:15 on a Saturday evening, and the owner angrily escorted us to the door and shooed us away, saying that the cooks stop cooking at 7:15, despite the sign saying they are open until 7:30. Seriously, who closes that early on a Saturday? As he shut the door, he halfway flipped my wife off, then locked it. There was only one other party of four inside, so it must not be that great. The other restaurants nearby were packed. read more

Great chicken pho. Did it's job for the hangover. The person working there(owner maybe?) wasn't the friendliest but it didn't bother me much as the food was good. read more

As a vegan I was excited they had a few vegan options. Tho pho was delicious and the spring rolls were fantastic . A bit pricey though.

My favorite Vietnamese restaurant. I have been to some very good Vietnamese restaurants from San Diego to San Francisco to Vegas. The flavor this place has is very good. I have read reviews about the owner, but I talk to him every time I go in. I think he is just kind of a serious guy, but I think he is a great guy when you start talking to him. Judgemental people in this town. It's a small restaurant, but the flavor will never disappoint. read more

We walked in about 1 pm yesterday (Friday) and the place was still busy - always a good sign. I'll cut to the chase and try not to wax poetic: The food was very good, the service was excellent, the wait staff was on top of things and the place was clean. They're getting 4 stars from me. Why not five? Simply because this is only the second Vietnamese restaurant I've ever been to and the second Vietnamese meal I've ever eaten in my life. (The first was last week.) I'd be less than honest if I went on and on about how good the food was here and how it was the best Vietnamese food I've ever eaten, although it actually was, but when it comes to Vietnamese food I'm the new kid in town. One thing for certain, I know good taste when I run into it and I'll promise one thing, I'll be back to this place for more when we're in town and I'll be frequenting the Vietnamese restaurants back home. read more

I just moved down to STG from Salt Lake a few months ago and I was happy to find this little place. The food was terrific and the service was just fine. My only complaint would be that they don't give you much in the way of bean sprouts, jalapenos, or lime (one half of a small slice). If you want more bean sprouts, it's an additional $1.50. Is that enough for me not to go back? No way. I liked this place very much and since it happens to be right by my place, I'm sure it will be a regular stop for me. FYI, a bowl of pho and a Dr. Pepper came to $11 and some change. read more

Was driving through St. George, UT and was looking for a good place to grub. Stumbled upon this place. Staff was kind and had a clean establishment. I ordered a bowl of PHO (#3 on the menu). Out-of-town, looking for some amazing pho and found it here. We're from slc and love Oh Mai pho so the bar was high. We really enjoyed the meal. Had the golden fried shrimp app, which came fast, was hot and fresh. A "little" greasy, but still great. 3 out of 5 stars because the host/server was not friendly. At. All. And he didn't like how we moved a chair to sit closer together. :) Good service is a big deal, restaurant owners. Take note. read more

I'm really bummed to write this review, I was looking forward to the great food :( the pho made me sick, the top was filled with oil. Which I knew wasn't a good sign upon getting it but ate it anyways bc I wanted to give it a fair try. Also the spring rolls were bland, when I took one bite and told the worker I did not care for them he said "it is spring roll you ordered" and walked away. Then I asked the waitress if I could get them off my bill and she asked the same guy and he said "no she order them" bummed out. I love spring rolls and pho, I know what it should taste like, I use to eat it once a week when I lived in SoCal. Also, they are VERY proud of their food. I could eat spring rolls and pho for 8$ in SoCal, this cost me 17.70$ which is really high for the quality of meat. I guess they pay a lot for the oil they make it with? Also the side plate you put in the pho was very chinsey, I had to ask for more lime, and cilantro...I wish they offered a small and large size instead of one size, because we all know one size does not fit all. (In my picture you can see the oil sitting on top of the pho, and the traditional spring roll should have shrimp and bbq pork, this only have shrimp) read more

Dear St.George understand that this is maybe one of the only pho place in St.george; the food quality isn't that impressive. I order the pork egg rolls, they were very oily, the sauce that came with the egg rolls was just water with sugar and floating carrots. The number one combination pho was okay, if you haven't ever experienced good pho before. The staff it self isn't very approachable or very friendly. read more

Great Pho, I would love to see them offer more mung bean sprouts. Great service and pho! So happy to have this option here in St George

Food variation in terms of pho is limited. No option to change the noodle to egg noodle. I would accept the quality of food served if it was something pre-made in a gas station. I do NOT recommend this "Vietnamese" restaurant. read more

Very good authentic food!!! Would highly recommend. I love getting their orange chicken and rice

Ha ha ha. Yeah, I'll agree. The owner is brusque. But the food is pretty good. And, yes, he was shoo-ing people out at 7:30pm. Four stars for the food, one star for customer service. read more

My wife and I continually return to this place. We almost make a habit of going here, often for lunch dates as she works nearby. She always orders the lemon grass chicken and I will usually order #34 without cilantro. I believe that they substitute the cilantro with mint. When we arrive, we are asked if we would like the usual, which we almost always have. While there, he asks other people if they would like the usual. We never realized how many long-term customers eat here. We ordered Orange Chicken for the first time when we brought our kids along. This was the best orange chicken that I have ever had, hands down. I ended up eating the leftover chicken that they didn't eat. Spectacular! The only problem that I have with this restaurant is that they used to be located within reasonable distance of my house. Now I have to drive across St. George. Every time vendors show up at my office and want to take some of us out to eat, my first recommendation is always Ah'sya. Sadly, we always end up going someplace closer because we don't have the time to drive 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back. One of these days I will convince them. read more

This place is not good. Service from servers is good but the owner doesn't have a good manner at all. We asked for more sprouts because my pho came with 1/3 cups (very little) of sprouts and I asked for more and he said he will charge $2 for more. Um...really? I tipped the server well (because the service was good) then as soon as I sign he takes the check right away and look at how much I tip the server. I don't even know if the server actually gets the tip (made me wonder....). Food is NOT good either. Spring roll peanut sauce is watery and beef pho broth is very greasy. Never coming back here again. read more

If I knew this place existed I would have been here so much sooner. I haven't had pho in six years. I orders the pho with flank steak, soft tendon and brisket. My wife orders the chicken pad thai and both dishes were amazing. The pho was just as I remember and I finished my wife's dish when she done. I added it to my pho broth after I finished all the meat and noodles. The service was good and customers were friendly that we met while dining. It slowly got busier while we ate. read more

AWFUL. I've never encountered such rude service! I wanted to give this place another chance. I decided to do a take out order. I called at 7:27 pm on a Tuesday and the phone rang and range. I assumed they were busy and was prepared to be forgiving for the delay, but it turns out they didn't answer because they were closing! What even halfway decent restaurant closes down at 7 pm???? When someone answered, the first words were "We're closed!" No "Hi" or "Thanks for calling" I wanted to clarify their hours and mentioned that I thought that the hours posted were until 8 pm. His reply, "Who posted them? I didn't post them." I was willing to give them another shot. Not again. I didn't particularly like their food or service the first two times I went. I certainly won't be returning or recommending it. read more

Food was good but service was awful. The waiter/owner maybe? made us feel like we were inconveniencing him every time we ordered. When I asked him if I could swap out one of the meats in my pho, he brusquely said "NO" with no other explanation or suggestion. He never smiled, and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome the whole time we were there. read more

I tried this place again because i love Asian food. The soup made me sick. Not sure how you get soup wrong but . . . I so wanted this place to be a place i can go for decent Asian food. I don't see his customer base increasing and worry he's not created a place where people feel good because of the food or service.
