I've been here twice before and had the manager who is great. Today I was put with someone else for my manicure and I asked for French tip -which I've had done many times in the past. She couldn't do what I asked for tried to get me to add on extensions which I didn't want and then said my nails are too bumpy which makes no sense at all. The color is see through and the filing at the top of my nails is not smooth at all. She didn't even massage with lotion just rubbed it on my hands. $40 and didn't even get what I came for. The center massage seat was blocked off to accommodate social distancing. The manicure stations had plexiglass. Everyone was wearing masks so I felt pretty safe. I opted to a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The pedicure was okay. The nail technician (an older lady), did everything pretty quick. I didn't like that she does not cap the nails with polish. Today was my first time ever stepping into this nail salon and my experience was great! I called in this morning for a last minute appointment and they squeezed me and a friend in for pedicures. For deluxe service it only cost $25! I just got white color (no gel) but this was still incredibly affordable. Parking is limited but if you get there at a good time you can park in the front on the street. Nice to finally find someplace that can do a detailed job (at an amazing price) and also accept walk ins. The nail techs were extremely welcoming and kind. I will be coming back :) read more

Really slow. Customers who made appointments were forced to wait for awhile to be served. It took about an 45mins-1 hour for the mani pedi to be finished. Was quoted $40 for mani/pedi which was above what the sign said. Then we understood their Vietnamese when one nail tech told the other to charge us $40 even though the other lady asked her why since it was just supposed to be $35. read more

Came in for a quick fill as another place I've been to up the street was not taking walk-ins. I waited maybe 20 minutes. They have recently re-modeled, but this place has been here for some 20 years. More than likely you do need to make an appointment as they seem to be busy most times, I just lucked out as I came in at a good time. Kelly worked on my nails. I was not too pleased with the place that had applied my full set, and she definitely addressed this. She did a great job in shaping and filing to get a better overall look, feel and shape. Although these are fake nails, a more "natural" look is appreciated :) They don't have a massive selection of colors that you can choose from, I only saw one brand - DND - and you can pick your color from those little wands that show all the available ones. The new decor they have is super cute and on trend, I especially liked the artwork depicting big name nail brands (Chanel, Essie, OPI, etc...). Prices are not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. I paid $30 for a fill (before the tip), but it was $10 dollars more than it would have been because I got a gel color, so regular fills go for maybe between $15 and $20. They also do waxing and even eyelash extensions. I would go back because they were far more attentive to details and shaping a good looking nail than some of the places I have been to recently. read more

Desperate for a pedicure, I called on Saturday afternoon and was able to walk in for a pedicure. I had to wait maybe 5-10 mins which was fine. I got a regular pedicure. (Pricing is very fair & competitive) The salon was busy but no one was rushing which was nice. This was the worst gel manicure I've ever received. I usually go to a place that charges $35 and wanted to save $10 while I was in the area picking up a cake. I walked in and Eva, the nail technician, wasn't wearing a mask. She did not wear one the entire time. She did not provide a proper manicure at all. Did not clean my cuticles. She did a horrible painting job, kept getting specks from the nail filing into the paint so she was constantly attempting to remove them from the wet paint. She got up during the manicure and I was assuming she went to the bathroom but came back to tell me she was looking for coffee. Waste of $25. read more

I have been going to this nail shop for a good amount of time. When I first got gel X. Five nails fell off within the first two weeks. I called and complained the first time that one nail fell off three days after I got it and they replaced it with no charge. Then, four days passed by and the same nail falls off and four more after that within the same week. I spoke to the owner and said I could come in and get what I want. I guess it was a misunderstanding, because after she applied gel X again, she charged me the full price. However, I paid her. After two weeks of having the new set of gel X, two nails fell off. I came here on a Thursday afternoon, no appointment nothing. I just stopped by after I passed their window. I went in and there was this nice guy who had long nails who told me that if I got a full set I could get free airbrushing. I was like, WHAT! I love that stuff!!!! I like this place because they have all these pre-designed nail tips. You can pick from Gucci, Chanel, LV and flower nail tips so you don't have to sit there for a long time to get your fab on. Unfortunately, I only had twenty six bucks with me, so I got black tips instead. They were really nice and fast. I really don't like waiting, so this place was good because they are fast and use an electric filer. I've been getting my nails done in South Africa and the place I went there only filed the old school file stick way so I am used to taking upper two hours of time to get my nails done. When I got my airbrushing, the guy told me that I could only get white. I was like, okay, free air-brushing that's fine. They have a lot of air-brush designs on display, but when he busted out the box with the stencil I saw that I could get air-brushing for all my special occasions!!! The place also did not smell like nail place as much as most nail places do. I like that they have better ventilation so the nice people do not get sick from our vain consumerism. My mom came here a few months ago for a manicure and pedicure and she left with heels that were bleeding. Not just a small little cut, she had raw open skin on both of her heels the size of a quarter. She was getting a pedicure because my brother was getting married, and she ended up having so much pain wearing her heels for the wedding. I really do regret not taking a picture at that time because it really looked terrible. After four months, it has finally scarred up...but she says it's painful to wear tennis shoes now. I don't know if this was a one time thing or if this is normal practice for this nail salon but I just want to warn others that they may be really rough here. This place needs to be shut down immediately. I was really looking forward to a relaxing morning and having my nails done today but unfortunately my experience at Princess nails was anything but that. First and foremost the salon is filthy and it's obvious they aren't sanitizing their equipment. Nail files should NEVER be reused and there is zero excuse for any salon to ever reuse any materials that have not been sanitized. The entire process from start to finish was sloppy and substandard. The sugar scrub (which I paid extra for) was not washed off my legs and got all over the inside of my jeans when the nail tech rolled them back down. When I got into my car I had to use baby wipes to remove sugar and whatever other garbage oil they put on me. My gel manicure and pedicure which I will be having redone elsewhere took about 35 minutes and I was in and out of the salon within 45 minutes. This holds the record for the fastest mani/pedi I've ever gotten. The gel is lumpy and the polish is already chipping on a few of my toes. They left my cuticles ragged and covered in hardened gel polish. If this wasn't enough, three women entered the salon for manicures without masks on and the salon employees did not ask them to put on masks. I found the entire experience to be unsanitary, unsafe, and most of all disappointing. read more
