This review is for the laminating service only. Avoid avoid avoid. I have an emergency contact card for my kids' contacts (pediatrician, school, work numbers). I wanted it laminated to put on our command canter. There was nothing wrong w the printed document but I thought it would be nicer laminated. I came here after finding the Office Depot closed. It was laminated but came out bumpy and ugly. I asked why it was so bumpy and the nonchalant response was "because of the iron pad." She volunteered to put it through the iron again and it did take out some of the crinkles but the document is still bumpy and had air bubbles. Seriously, I could do better using large transparent tape. Either get a new machine or don't offer the service. It didn't cost much but after $3.22, it's now uglier than before. I might just toss it and try again at Kinkos/FedEx. I think I will use them only for shipping. The employees are always nice but seriously, the laminating looks terrible. Thank goodness this wasn't a document that I cannot replace or I would have a much different conversation. read more

This place is extremely overpriced it cost me $6.50 just to print out a shipping label. Do you have to weigh the longest line and everything is extremely overpriced just go to Staples and then go to the post office don't wAstr your time and money here read more

Friendly staff and service. I was dropping off Christmas gifts to be packed and shipped. Store was busy but the staff worked hard and got everyone taken care of without a fuss. I was able to buy the packing material I needed right in the store and realized that they also do mailboxes and notary...So I may be back in new year for help with my business. read more

VERY ANNOYED. I came in here to print 30 pages, so 15 pages front and back. First off: the employee didn't know how to print both sides of a page so I had to figure it out myself. Finally after a few minutes later he ended up telling me it's synced to the wrong printer -___- . K thanks for telling me that later. Second off: I started printing my 15 pages front and back, did not want color. Told him in the beginning black and white. He ended up charging me for "15" pages of color .50 cents each instead of .10 cents for black and white. I'm not annoyed for getting charged $5 more, I'm annoyed because he didn't HELP me, had me figure it out myself and basically ripping me off. Should have just went to fedex. Never coming here again read more

AVOID. I arrived at 9:25am on 12/14 to ship two packages to my family in MA. I was told it would all arrive there BY 12/20, a day before the family Christmas Party. They didn't ship until two days later and, guess what, they didn't arrive in time for the party. $75 in shipping costs. My family shipped 5 boxes to us via USPS and everything arrived in perfect condition within days. Use USPS, avoid this mailing center and their ridiculous prices. I wouldn't use Yelp to call them out BUT I tried contacting them directly and never got a response. read more

I don't even want to give these guys a single star, especially the owner. He is completely incompetent. Had my wife's iPhone mailed USPS priority. After 3 trips once tracking said it was there, one of his nice helpers found it in the out mailbox to be sent out again. It was signed for and received by the owner. This is the second time that this guy has said something was not there when it ultimately was. The owner obviously does not know what he is doing. Once, I get it even with something as valuable as an iPhone. Twice within a couple of months, shame on me if I were to keep my business there. We are done. Thinking about having your mail come there? I have been going to AIM Mail Center for the past 12 years. I love the service, but more than that, I love the people who work there. They treat me like family. The owners have always been very helpful and patient when I bring my young son in. As a matter of fact, my son will ask to see Kwan when we go there and always tells me how much he likes Kwan. AIM Mail Center in Laguna Woods has the technology of today and maintains the "family feeling" of years past. read more

I was charged $1.00 to put 8" of tape on a mailing envelope. I probably never go back...just on principle.

This place is awesome! No waiting in line. Maria is super efficient and friendly. I will recommend this place to my neighbors.

Horrible customer service!!! I walked into this location approximately five minutes before closing the door was open and there was another customer in there. The woman at the register looked up to me and said we are closed. And I commented that the door was open and then it was not 6 o'clock yet she looked back up at me and said we are closed. I always come here and they are extremely helpful & friendly. Sitting in the car, waiting for my Dad today shows how wonderful they are. Older lady had just come out of their store but was confused with what appeared to be a rental car she was using as she was unable to get it started. She went back in the store and the owner came out to help her, smiling all the time and stayed there until she pulled away. I work with the senior population and was thrilled to see how helpful he was to her and not making her feel stupid. We need more people like this read more

I am only giving this place 5 stars because they helped me when I was in a bind. They are definitely not the fastest place to go to for mailing your things, but I returned clothing I had bought online through this store and the clothing company lost it and claimed I never sent it. The clothing company requested a month later I give them the receipt to prove I sent it and that the tracking number I provided isn't enough. Who keeps the receipt that long right? So I went back in and the young man at the front desk sifted through old transactions in his system until he found mine, and reprinted the receipt for me saving me $72 bucks from the clothing company. 5 stars just for caring. read more
