Review This team did a great job on our home! Communication through Yelp was easy and response was quick. After exchanging some basic info on the project they were able to provide me with a detailed and honest quote. We scheduled the date/time and Ruslan and Michael showed up just as we planned. They were polite, friendly, & professional. Ruslan explained the process as they were working and even captured some images of the ducts before and after they finished each area. They were very clean and they did not try to up-sell me in anything. They did show me my current air filter, and how dirty it was. He offered to replace it at just the cost of the filter. Which he went above and beyond to go to Home Depot and buy because he didn't have the specific size in their work vehicle. I decided to get my vents cleaned since several family members have had allergies and we are bringing home a little one soon. Pros -Super responsive to messages, I was able to book very quickly and for the following day. -The team of two arrived within in the specified window -I don't feel like they are out to nickel and dime you. Their pricing is fair and straightforward. One of the guys showed me how to clean the exterior dryer lint trap and told me to not pay someone to clean the vent since my vent is very short and a vacuum would work just fine. Cons -They appeared to be very careful as they placed a large blanket under all of their machinery. They managed to scratch the paint off of my freshly painted cupboards. I literally had the cupboards painted the day before. -One of the guys decided to use the restroom in my master bedroom. I have video footage of the gentleman returning to my bedroom, going in my bathroom, closing the door and coming out a couple of minutes later. This honestly felt like an invasion of privacy. I know the team was in the bathroom earlier cleaning vents but they stayed at the entry way. I wish I would have been asked to use that restroom. I would have directed the person to our guest restroom. Maybe it was a cultural difference but this really bothered me. read more

I contacted them on a Sunday through messages and they were prompt with their reply and we were able to schedule an appointment the next day. Service came on time, wore shoe covers and were super nice to my kids who were curious as to what they were doing at our house. They cleaned the dryer lint, vent behind dryer, and the outside connection. Super glad I contacted them and will be able to schedule yearly lint cleaning with them. Excellent service and on 1 day's notice! The tech showed me photos -- in the "before" pic, my dryer vent was nearly half-clogged with lint, which is of course a fire hazard. The "after" photo showed it completely clear. Wow. He left the place immaculate and the floor unscratched. They scheduled me for the day after I called (I chose them for the five-star rating) and the tech came exactly, precisely on time--no four-hour window for these people. The tech also told me that because I had a very short vent hose, I didn't need annual cleaning, but could wait 18 months to even two years. How's that for honesty? These guys did a great job. I didn't see the video of how bad my ducts were before or after! But I trust that they did a great job. They recommended, that I have my air ducts cleaned/swept, once every 2-3 years. Mine had only been cleaned twice in the 10 years I have been in my home! Also, they ran a vent from my dryer(which was done improperly by the jokers who did my remodel in 2017). I did see the before&after video at a later date. My drier vent was almost fully clogged and needed to get cleaned. My condo is at the second floor, so the vent outdoors is almost 20 feet from the ground. It's also 15 feet long inside the wall. So definitely not the easiest job. This is the third company I called, after the first two walked away from the job after realizing it was too difficult for them (even if I provided all details over the phone and they confirmed they could do it). The guys showed up on the same day, were extremely polite and professional, and had the right equipment: - a 16 feet long ladder - a professional vacuum - an air compressor. They were both incredibly professional, quick and efficient with their work. It took less than one hour. When they finished, Ryan showed me a video of the before and after and what a difference! Also, I really appreciated that they vacuumed all the dust, lint and debris and put everything back in its place before leaving.
