Five or ten minutes after reaching out to Advantage Air on Yelp, a staff member from the company (Brenda) contacted me to follow-up and schedule an appointment. She was amazing! On the day of our appointment, the technician arrived on time. In fact, Brenda contacted me beforehand to advise that he was running ahead of schedule so he could be at our home 30 minutes earlier if we were available. We were ready for him so it worked out fine. The repair technician (Joe) arrived and introduced himself. Initially, I had a question about a message displayed on our thermostat, what it meant and if it had anything to do with our AC unit not operating. His response was perfect. He explained everything in Layman's Terms and I appreciated that very much. After inspecting our AC/Heating Unit, Joe determined there were three parts that required replacement; the contactor; the capacitor; and hard start kit.
