My wife and I just had a baby and getting the attic insulated was one of those projects that slipped our mind. After having a baby the house being chilly was a little more apparent than before. We called Dustin who quickly came over to check out our project. Great guy, detailed, thorough, and what I appreciated most, transparent about his recommendations, and why he thought the process and type of execution would be a good idea. He was up front about costs and simply broke everything down for us. From looking up other groups and reading other reviews, I thought their prices compared really well. We were super appreciative of his professional manner and his friendly demeanor. He quickly earned our trust. He and one of his guys came over the next weekend and spent the better part of the day completely clearing out the old worn down insulation and putting in everything new. He also showed us pictures of what it looked like up there and explained everything. I also appreciated his first concern was ensuring we were comfortable, he was worried about making too much noise with our new little one, which was totally fine. It actually wasn't really noisy at all, we just had Pandora on, and forgot they were up there :). They also cleaned out the dryer vents and looked over our heating unit in the basement. He recommended a new eco-friendly type of filter which is washable, don't need to buy new ones now! And he threw in a UV light hook-up after we decided to do the attic insulation job. We used Airganic to clean our ducts and service our furnace last week. I'm not exactly sure how much gunk got cleaned out of the ducts. They basically just stick a giant vacuum on the end of the duct and shove a drill-powered brush down it to knock the dust loose. And for the furnace service, the guy just used a brush to clean off some dust and residue inside the burner chamber. I had to supply my own furnace filter (one of which was the wrong size and the guy mangled so I couldn't return it). We paid about $450 and I'm not sure the service was worth that much. Plus, their drill brush broke so they had to come back a 2nd time. The team was super friendly and they had plenty of availability, which was nice. Maybe I'll use them again for duct cleaning in a few years. But I probably won't use them for furnace service unless I'm missing something. read more

I have used two duct cleaning services in Seattle. Airganic was less than half the price of the other service I used. They sent a team of three specialists out to my house. All were very knowledgeable and friendly. They diagnosed the condition of my HVAC system (which had been pretty taxed after a major remodel), answered my questions, and gave me options for how I wanted them to proceed with cleaning. Incredible customer service with this company!!! Couldn't recommend them more. We used them to install new attic insulation in the summer and were so pleased with their professional and timely service that we decided to go back to them again to replace our furnace. They were prompt in getting back to us via text (even during a holiday weekend when no other company was picking up their phone or calling us back!). They arrived for an appointment just two hours after us reaching out to them. When the heat is out in your rental home in the dead of winter and your tenants are freezing, this is INCREDIBLE and timing is so important! After the diagnostic appointment, we scheduled a furnace replacement which was installed and ready to go just 3 hours after we gave them the green light to install. The owner came out to our home today with one other worker and took care of our heating ducts as well as our dryer vent. We just recently moved into this home and knew that neither had been done recently. Turns out we had a birds nest in our dryer vent! Gal gave us some suggestions on how to address the issue so it wouldn't happen again. He also took time to go over our furnace which we had recently had inspected by an HVAC company to make sure it was working properly, but had not had serviced. He suggested they clean off the layers of dust on the blowers (it was gross!) so that the furnace would run more efficiently and not blow all that dust into our freshly cleaned vents. When I chose Airganic it was based on the excellent reviews. Are there cheaper places? Certainly. But the quality of service was excellent and I was happy to know I was supporting a local small business that cared about their work, not just the sale of the service. They were efficient and courteous of my home, wearing shoe covers any time they came inside, and friendly and if they were bothered by my piles of boxes and clutter from just moving they didn't say a word - just wore a smile. I'm delighted with the air duct cleaning service Airganic did for my house. The crew was respectful to my request when I asked them to take off their shoes and use a cover to protect my hard wood floor as they moved their big equipment around the house. They cleaned each vent with care and even removed a dead mouse for me from the crawl space (salute to the brave soul of that crew member). My furnace wasn't working at that time because of a different issue and they promised they would come back to clean my return vents when my furnace was working again. Came for the estimate. They did a good and thorough inspection of the ducts system under the house. Impressive! The project is a complex (ducts airflow distribution in am existing house) and the outcome is a bit unpredictable so we've agreed to take the incremental approach. Dustin was great. I live in a community that is barely two-years old and I thought that with all the construction going on, our air ducts would be gross. Not in our situation though. I originally called for a whole house deep cleaning and Dustin showed me pics of our ducts informing me that it wasn't necessary, just needed a regular cleaning. His honesty blew me away. On another note, he informed me that we can get a permanent air filter for about $100 and just vacuum it out instead of paying for Bob's filters at their $120 annual rate. read more

The crew came within the time that they had stated they would. It was a three person crew using portable vac and a tool which brushes off the things in the vents. They did a cursory look at the furnace and recommended extra cleaning due to drywall material but that was an additional charge of $125 above the $285 promotional deal. In a nutshell, they crew is very friendly, I am not sure if the machine is powerful enough to suck all the stuff out. I am used the crews using the machine in their van or truck. Will try a few more provider in the future. read more

I had used AirGanic services couple of months ago They were punctual, professionally dressed, and seemed knowledgeable but were expensive. After their work was done, I paid the invoice online and got the receipt for zero balance. Since then, every two weeks, they keep sending some bogus invoice. When I called/emailed, they are very apologetic, confirm there is no balance and say that there is a bug that is causing the invoice to be mailed. It has been FOUR times so far and now it is going from annoyance to plain harassment. I don't know what to do to stop it. One thing for sure, I will NEVER HIRE THEM again. read more
