Called them out to do vent flush/ clean. Cleaning clogged the filter in my furnace which then caused the system to overheat and shutdown. Had no heating for 4 days during a snow storm with 4 young kids. Ended up paying $1200 to fix the issue with another company and asked if Airganic would kindly overlook their fees considering the money I had to pay to fix the issue caused by the cleaning.....they wouldn't. They even helped me figure out other things I needed help with in my garage shed that had nothing to do with the job. They also cleaned up the big mess the other two guys who came earlier to clean out our dryer vent. If I were rating the other guys from the same company... I'm not sure they would even get 2 stars. They left vent debris all over the house and didn't put back all the furniture. They left chunks of dust outside from the dryer vent. So if you follow me on Yelp you know I am a big Yelper. I continued to get "flow" error messages on my new LG dryer. It has a sensor in it to notify you if there is a hose connection issue and/or your dry vent to the outside is clogged. The pickle is...I live in a newly built very contemporary home and the dry vent is located 30+ feet high which I did not realize until Air Ganic came out to my house. Dustin and his team arrived and were very respectful of my shoes off policy in my house and I sincerely appreciated that even though I told them they could keep them on. Dustin and team went beyond the call to duty. Even though they couldn't help me with my issue because of the location of the outside dryer vent they still helped me to locate the vent and even took a picture of the vent with a selfy stick from my roof top deck so that we could have a better look at it and to see if it was clogged. What I appreciated the most they were honest and very helpful with their limitations. Those guys are great! We had them for 2 houses duct cleaning as we were moving. They did a good job by not breaking any of my stuff and knowing removing some of the wall register will mess my original painting a little bit. They checked with me in advance to make sure I was ok with that. The above is only half of the story. The next half of the story made me think they deserve some positive feedback on Yelp. They also did free furnace inspection while cleaning the duct. At the second house, right after they inspected our furnace, it was broken. We had some handyman friend came and made a temporary fix. Our friend told us that a panel inside the furnace was broken by someone. I made a phone call to the company, left a voice mail suspecting they broke that, and requested a reimbursement on the repair we would like to schedule. That was after 5pm of the second day they did the cleaning. About one hour later, I received a phone call from the owner. He said he could reimburse me the cost for the repair or came to fix that on his own the next day. He showed up the next day and made that temporary fix better even he did not think his men broke that panel as they didn't have access to that panel. He refused our offer to pay for the repair. He said he valued our business. I really appreciate their flexibility and responsibility towards this little incident. Rather than arguing with me who was responsible for breaking the panel, they provided me solutions immediately. That's how they win in the market and I will definitely use their service again. read more

Found Airganic on Yelp after I was taken for a ride by one of those $89 air duct cleaning companies. I am so glad I did ! They are the BEST in east side. Gal quickly scheduled his best guys Cameron and Austin for a complete air duct cleaning. As I was scammed, Gal also threw in a great deal for full furnace cleaning (which was ignored by the previous guys). Cameron and Austin showed up on time, did an absolutely thorough job of cleaning EVERY supply vent and dryer vent while also explaining the air duct cleaning process. They also did an awesome job deep cleaning the furnace blades and chamber after the air ducts. There was a bit of dust left just above the air filters and Gal had them come back right away to dust off those as well. read more

We scheduled a dryer vent cleaning with Dustin at Airganic when our dryer gave us a "check filter" warning on a recent load. It was super easy to schedule online. Dustin was really communicative and called us before he came over to give us a heads up on when he would drop by. Turns out our dryer vent was just fine, and didn't need to be cleaned (yes, I checked the lint filter before calling Airganic!). Dustin gave us a few ideas as to why our dryer would give us a "check filter" warning without actually being clogged, and didn't end up charging us for his visit. It's been almost 2 years since we hired them to clean out and insulate our crawl space and attic. I know PSE gives rebate for insulating both spaces and our project met at least 80% of the requirements. We were not informed that they were not a CAN contractor when we hired them and therefore would not be able to issue the rebate. I have been following up with Gal on this issue after the job was done but it is always pushed back on PSE's approval on the company becoming an alliance contractor. He always promised to keep me updated but my last check in was in Oct and I have not heard any news at all since. They are not the cheapest company around to begin with so rebates help, but alas. To be fair he is responsive to my emails and sending his guys out to fix some of the insulation when I found some problem. At this point I think I might as well give up and kiss the rebate goodbye. I was trying to find a company so that I can clean up my air ducts. Konnor's team came right in time as the scheduled time and was able to finish up the work quick and efficiently on my 3000+ sized house. The team has provided pictures inside of the duct while also explaining about details about the furnace, how they treated the bacteria and sanitizing the air duct. All members are friendly and kind providing a comfortable atmosphere also to my little kid while he was curious about the equipments. While doing the furnace maintenance they also checked by AC unit so that I can also get a maintenance scheduled for my AC after the winter is over. He helped me on the warranty and options that I can take to get it fixed. He even helped to search online to find a company who has the broken parts and takes the warranty because ordering the parts from manufacture takes time and he doesn't want the little girls to be in cold and in trouble. My wife and I just had a baby and getting the attic insulated was one of those projects that slipped our mind. After having a baby the house being chilly was a little more apparent than before. We called Dustin who quickly came over to check out our project. Great guy, detailed, thorough, and what I appreciated most, transparent about his recommendations, and why he thought the process and type of execution would be a good idea. He was up front about costs and simply broke everything down for us. From looking up other groups and reading other reviews, I thought their prices compared really well. We were super appreciative of his professional manner and his friendly demeanor. He quickly earned our trust. He and one of his guys came over the next weekend and spent the better part of the day completely clearing out the old worn down insulation and putting in everything new. He also showed us pictures of what it looked like up there and explained everything. I also appreciated his first concern was ensuring we were comfortable, he was worried about making too much noise with our new little one, which was totally fine. It actually wasn't really noisy at all, we just had Pandora on, and forgot they were up there :). They also cleaned out the dryer vents and looked over our heating unit in the basement. He recommended a new eco-friendly type of filter which is washable, don't need to buy new ones now! And he threw in a UV light hook-up after we decided to do the attic insulation job.
