They throw their customers under the bus. Had a worst experience with them. Branden is the worst person who lies his way to not take any accountability for their mistakes. Hired them to do insulation to my attic. Due to their carelessness and lack of security measures they messed up electrical connections and lead to power outage in my house. When I approached Branden right from the beginning he was hesitant in taking the responsibility. His first stance was pointing out the issue with the circuit breaker and asked me to make sure the issue is not with circuit breaker and if that's not then they'll fix the problem. I struggled over the weekend to find an electrician and diagnosed it and sent Branden the diagnosis details stating the circuit breaker is good and issue is in the wire connections in the Attic. Then he stopped responding for a few days. Then a person (who is not an electrician) from his company called to check the wire connections in the Attic and then we figured that they messed up with a wire connection in one particular area. I posted to their company (through email) looping everyone, still there was no response from Branden. I have to followup multiple times and finally he called and said stating that he spoke with the person (who inspected the attic the other day) and the electrical connections are not as per the code. When I asked how do you know it's not as per the code you when you never sent any electrician to check it? Then immediately he built a story stating that he asked his electrician (who never came to my home to inspect) and that's what he said. What a liar you are Branden? What sort of electrician would comment on any electrical problem not even diagnosing it. More than this he even laughed over the phone for the problem they created. IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS AFTER YOUR WORK IS DONE? I hung up realizing that it's a waste of my valuable time to have any conversation with such people who earn money through lack of accountability and lies. Then he called other day and left a voice mail stating his company would send an electrician to fix it. By this time, the way Branden handled this situation shows they don't take any pride or accountability in their work and lost all trust on them. I understood that they won't would actually fix anything and I don't want to take any risk with these liars, who knows they might come and create even a bigger damage and would just say it's not their fault. The way they handled this job shows they have little experience dealing with any Attic insulation. I learnt my lesson in a hard way. Please don't waste your hard earned money and valuable time on this company. read more

Gal helped me out with a really weird situation-- my two cats got stuck in our duct vent when the contractor left the bathroom vent open after removing tile. I frantically called AirGanic and Gal came out to assess the situation within 30 minutes. He was able to get a schedule to remove the furnace within the day in case my cats entered the furnace (the furnace is at its end of life and I was actually getting bids for replacement). He also contacted his duct cleaning team to get hoses ready to push the cats out in case they still don't come out. The cats eventually came out before his HVAC team and duct cleaning team arrived, but I am so so thankful to Gal for coming out for this emergency. We needed to have an air conditioning installed in our older home (build 1968). We reached out to a few companies and decided to go with Airganic based on the honest recommendation from Gal about what we needed and their estimate being reasonable (they were not the cheapest but added a few services in addition to the AC install). There were a few curveballs along the way due to the home being older, but Gal was very responsive to address the issues that came up. We had some silly items come up in a very poor home inspection, but his team was able to come in and quote us for what we really needed (not just overcharge and install more than what was actually needed). The air duct cleaning experience with Airganics was really great. I checked with a few of the competitors and got estimates, and they had the best price. Their response time was really amazing and they were able to schedule me in very quickly. Gal and his service associate was courteous and they took care not to track a ton of dirt into my house. They even offered to inspect my ductwork. They noticed there was an area that lost insulation and offered to replace it for a very reasonable price. That's a 5 star experience. A few weeks afterwards I had my heating guys over to inspect everything again before installing a new furnace. I've worked with these guys for 6 years - they've installed every heating unit in my house from water heater to gas fireplace to now the furnace. The lead systems installer noticed that there were multiple places where the duct work had collapsed, and locations where of the binding had stretched or broken which caused the duct sag to the ground in the crawlspace. I was in disbelief - I told Lyle that "I just had the ducts inspected." He shows me photos... it's just as he says. He suggests we tear out the old soft ducting and install hard ducts. I was understandably upset about having just cleaned my airducts only to have it torn out 3 weeks later. However, upon learning of this situation, Gal from Airganics reached out to me to apologize for the error and offered me a partial refund. The customer service management helped earned them back a few stars from this mistake, but more importantly Gal promised to be more thorough with his inspections. I cut him slack because he's a young entrepreneur with good work ethics. If you have a duct system in good working condition, Airganics is a good low price choice, and I believe after this, they will be a much more experienced team in terms of duct inspection. read more

Such a great experience with these guys. I honestly chose this company because of all the good reviews and I'm glad that I did. Gal, the owner, and his wife (she was a hoot) came to greet us with a technician which I thought was a cool addition. They were easy to work with. Easy to pay! Which was really nice (they are all paperless) because we were visiting trying to get some work done on my dads house. Working with them to service my fireplace was really frustrating. I made an appointment to get my air duct and fire place cleaned. When the time came, they brought out a crew that could only do the air duct cleaning and not the fireplace. I had to reschedule another appointment for the fireplace. The fireplace guy came and during the cleaning the fireplace manage not to work (it was working perfectly fine before the cleaning). He assumed it was because of the filter so he had to come back another day since he didn't have a filter on him. 3 days later, the fireplace guy came and put in the new filter. Fireplace still not working. The company told me they had to send in a new company (called first response) to fix the fireplace. I get a Call from first response and set an appointment. 3 days later my appointment for first response. No one shows up so I call them. They stated they got the appointment mixed up and tries to send someone over that moment. I state I can't as I have other obligation (which I told them in the very beginning when I made the appointment). Called them to get back to get a new appointment. I keep calling for 2 days hoping for a response and I finally get a call back. A week later, first response comes out and fix fireplace. Apparently all this trouble was caused by a gas valve being knocked out of place when the fireplace was cleaned in the first place. Overall, I was not happy and won't be using them again. read more

Updating the review on 4/16 after the Insulation upgrade was completed. The project with Airganic has just completed and am very happy with their service. I called Airganic for duct cleaning and was happy when Gal mentioned they can do my insulation upgraded too and replace my water heater. The duct cleaning went on well and the insulation upgrade just finished. These guys are really awesome. Gal and his men showed up on Friday morning with the insulation truck delivery and started working in the crawlspace. The project turned out a little bigger than they initially estimated but Gal stuck to his word and had it all complete by Monday evening. Austin and Hugo along with Ismael are his wingmen. As the work was progressing, Gal was running back and forth getting more material as his guys working called out for more. He showed what an awesome boss he was by bringing them lunch when he realized they haven't had lunch! Gal will be back to replace my A/c unit's Refrigerant tomm. I am so grateful that I chose this company for the huge project of rebuilding my attic and crawl space. When I told Gal, the owner, that I didn't really want to be out of my house for three days, he offered to pull all his teams together and complete it in one day - and he did. The guys came in a did the job, but $279 seems pricey for 2 guys just being there an hour. I also didn't really get a clear explanation of the whole process at the beginning. Also, some white particles from the vent were left on the floor and counter. Finally, one of the vents dropped on the floor wasn't tightened down properly and fell after they left. Nice guys, just expected more for the money. Gal, the owner called me and was very apologetic after seeing the review and promised to come out soon and make things right. I am changing the review to 5 stars due to his efforts to full customer satisfaction. 1/18/18: Although finally everything was taken care of, I have to lower the review to a 3 since there was just too long of a delay to get the new filter promised as compensation for the experience. As new home owners we were excited to move into our new home. However we learned during inspection our house was not properly insulated so the search began! We found Gal, Dustin and their crew first on Thumbtack. Dustin reached out and we had a delightful educational phone call about what was needed to bring our house up to code. Dustin inspected our attics, crawl space and exterior. He explained to me the different type of insulation needed for different parts of the house. He walked through the house and helped us understand how insulation saves us money. We needed extensive work in all areas. With the help of Gal they helped formulate a plan to meet all the code requirements. We had a rodent problem and they helped us identify the areas of concern. They work with our other subcontractors to ensure that the insulation was laid properly preventing any disruption of our cables and wires. We had a hiccup with one of our other inspections and they waited patiently for us to finish and graciously fit us back into the schedule to try to keep us on track. We had a very usual crawl space access door and Gal and his team creatively came up with a solution to prevent any 4 legged intruders from entering. Throughout the whole process Gal was easily accessible via email or text. He and his team was transparent and easy to work with. I will lucky to have met Dustin, Gal and his team and will highly recommend them to anyone in need of insulation, or duct work. We will be utilizing them in the future for cleaning our ducts. One of them even pointed out for me how the vent wasn't attached correctly, and showed me a way for me to fix it myself (said it'd be cheaper than having them do it).
