This is a strip mall that's by the airport. It's across from Melaleuca and Dunkin''. They have a big parking lot, but you'll need validation from one of the businesses. They house many eateries here. I saw Family BBQ, Aloha K Sub, Big Kahuna's, L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, Ninja Sushi, Jamba and Starbucks. Honestly, the only reason for me coming out here would be to go to Big Kahuna's. If I'm in the area I'd probably stop in Starbucks as well. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. read more

Killing time to pick up fellow Yelper from the airport. Decided to go and have a quick bite at L&L airport they was close. Checked out Ninja's Sushi close. Also Starbucks close . I was thinking what's going on! Everything is closed @ 6:30pm on a Saturday night hmmm. The only establishment was open was Big Kahuna Pizza and Airport BBQ. Wow on a prime Saturday night all restaurants in that airport area closed. Makes you wonder if their going to be in business in the near future must be very slow in that area so all businesses closes early on Saturday night . Starbucks hours show 5:00pm. Here sits a gated oasis in the midst of the Nimitz/Airport madness from either from the rail project, traffic or just long drive thru snaking around the block...nah! - Big Kahuna Pizza - Starbucks - Airport 7 Market - L & L Hawaiian BBQ - Family BBQ and a few others I seriously can't remember but the first hour is free with validation and I believe any additional hour is $3 woah! How can I not know this place exist? I've driven by this place tons of time but only during this past weekend I visited the Airport Trade Center, due to #YelpsBigNightIn and my bookmark for Family BBQ. After stopping at Dunkin Donut I drove right over. Airport Trade Center is a great complex for dining either before or after your flight or to enjoy your meals either dining in ( After pandemic is over) or for take out, I will continue to support the local business, during these trying times. There are 2 automated entrance and I noticed there are no staff working at the lot. Take your ticket and please don't forget to get your validation at the businesses, 2 hours are free with validation. Important note, there is only 10 minute grace period which is fully enforced and with out validation the first hour is $3.00. I was in and out of Airport Trade Center within 20 minutes and didn't have a problem with my parking ticket. There are tons of parking here at the Airport Trade Center and lots of great eateries, medical offices and even credit union. There are also seating areas next to Family BBQ if you want to dine outside. My husband mentioned that he got his respiratory testing done for work at one of the medical office here. Some of the businesses that I observed during my short visit, at the Airport Trade Center are Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Airport 7 Market, Edward Jones, Hawaii USA FCU, Pearl Hawaii FCU, L & L, Blimpie, Big Kahuna, Ninja Sushi, and many more. Overall, after today's visit, I will be back to check out the other business, I might as well do my banking at this Hawaii USA location and then go grab some take out after. Parking gate ticket readers don't work when it's raining so it'll cost you an extra $3. They can read the ticket and charge you for time but not the printed validation on the ticket. Customers addressing this issue with the parking vendor is pointless they only deny it's an issue. It's not the businesses fault but the tenants should address this recurring issue with Airport Trade Center management and the vendor in charge of the parking. read more

Furthermore, customer service refused to take responsibility for their faulty ticket readers, stating that it was my fault that I did not hit the help button. Unimpressed by the management of this location. Check your Parking costs when you leave and if you get validated ticketing. Watch out for this parking scam. read more

My pals from Oakland, Art and Jean, got me to come here for the first time! Haha! I live on Oahu and had never been here before! Maybe I've just driven by on the way to the airport, but that's about it. This seems to be a relatively new shopping complex. It was clean and organized with Free parking with validation from one of the tenants. We were here for lunch at Big Kahuna Pizza. This location is much better than their previous one! This long building has an elevator in the middle and convenient restrooms. I went to my bank and noticed that this market was selling Dole pineapple whip. I love the fact I don't have to travel to far for my favorite refreshing whipped ice cream. The staff there are friendly and they also had a refreshing strawberry whip too. read more

The Airport Trade Center is a convenient place for food and drinks if you live and work in the area. Peak times are definitely in the morning (mostly Starbucks) and lunch. There is ample parking and the store front parking is for 30 minutes, the rest of the stalls are 2 hours. They have the following shops and restaurants: Starbucks Jamba Juice Ninja Sushi Family BBQ Blimpie Big Kahuna Airport 7 Market Pearl Harbor Federal Credit Union Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii L&L Hawaiian Barbecue Parking can get pretty full during lunch but there are two entrance/exits to the parking lot. This place is right by the airport and was on my way to my previous job. Best part of thai place is there's alway parking. I've never had trouble finding parking. This place has tons of eateries. There's Syarbuck and Jamba Juice if you want a quick drink. There's Ninja Sushi, L&L Drive Inn and Blimpie. One of my favorites is big kahuna pizza (way better location than their old Mapunapuna location). My favorite food place is Family BBQ. Family BBQ is some of the best Korean food at a reasonable price. You should definitely check it out; they have bentos earlier in the day to select from too! They have a liquor store and bank too. At lunch hour, this place can get a little crowded. Overall great selection of food. As far as I know, you don't really trade anything here except money for food and drink. Perhaps you will also trade money for parking. But that's about it as far as trading goes! There are several businesses that are great for taking a little break. Whether if you're waiting for your flight, making a pit stop on your journey to the west side, or waiting for a friend's flight, this is good place to stop. My favorite places here are Big Kahunas, which specializes in pizza and cheesy things, and Starbucks Coffee. Restrooms can be found in the center of this Center on the first floor. The parking system is a joke!! If you ever have issues there is never anyone readily available. Last week they had a glitch to where people had to pay a dollar to get out. I was only there for 20 minutes with a validated ticket. Today the machine ate my ticket, wouldn't open the gate. After pressing the assist button for 10 or more minutes, with no answer. I called the main line to the office, just an answering machine. Keep in mind this all happened at 8 am when people are normally working. Finally after 20 minutes of being stuck in the parking lot some finally called me back and I was finally released. 12.17.13. Located (obviously) near the airport, this small center is home to various fast food/sit down places and banks. Off the top of my head...there's an L&L and Big Kahuna (awesome pizza!). Coming here to either pick up food and do some bank transactions is very convenient if you also need to head to the post office, which is right down the street. Sometimes I come here to wait for flights to come in too since the lot is big, lit, and seems a bit safer than that desinated "cell-phone waiting area". Really bad experience the last time I came here... I commonly come here to grab a bite to eat at least twice a month. Just yesterday the parking ticket collection when you enter and exit the establishment was malfunctioning. The other entrance was building up because one of the drivers probably had the same problem. For the visit yesterday I had to make a pick up run at family BBQ (awesome Korean food) and Starbucks (great service). I validated my ticket at Starbucks because it was the last establishment I went to. My visit took at most half an hour, definitely well under two hours. As I was exiting, the ticket collector said I owed three dollars despite the validated ticket and the under two hour visit. There was five cars behind me because the other enter and exit booth was preoccupied for over ten minutes with someone else that had a dispute with the parking situation. I was in a rush and there was a long line behind me so I just paid the amount required to exit without validation. I'm so thankful my employer decided to move near this complex back in 2006 because I can get everything I need done all at one location. As the other reviewer mentioned, there's Family B.B.Q, Blimpie, Big Kahuna's Pizza, L&L Hawaiian Barbeque, Ninja Sushi, Jamba Juice and Starbucks. What puts this place over the top for me is the Pearl Harbor FCU where I can go for my shared branching and the Airport 7 Market where I can go for snacks. Airport 7 Market, do not buy anything from there, I have been a customer of this establishment for over 5 years. Today at about 11:15 a.m. I went to buy a few items, I gave the lady behind the counter a twenty dollar bill, my purchased amounted to $6.10 she only gave me back $4. When I told her of her error she refused to check her register to see that I gave a $20 and would not give me the $10 she owed. Absolutely would not verify this she owed me an additional $10.
