Our AC unit wasn't cooling properly. Something was wrong with one of the parts, and Leo replaced it as it was under warranty. I remember when he replaced our AC unit a few years ago, some other companies offered cheaper quotes to replace our AC unit. Leo responded to our request to move an AC unit that was obstructing the window. The request was filled within 2 days of a call. The unit was moved and serviced with the area left completely spotless. A few days later, the AC was not cooling, and Leo came out the same day to assess-turns out the electrical power had been shut off by another contractor. Later, Leo responded via text to a question I had within minutes of my sending. This is truly a responsive company. I just moved to the area and will be a returning customer forevermore. Ever since AirTech installed a house system 7 years ago, we have had to chase them down for 1) faulty installation (major leak) 2) motherboard failure 3) basic service. We used these guys twice. They came pretty quickly which was SUPER awesome! I don't know much about ACs so I couldn't elaborate on what the problem was or what they did exactly....but they were able to fix it. Price-wise, they're not cheap but not terribly pricey either. And they totally helped replace a part that was under warranty which is why I appreciate them and also why they will get our repeat business!!! Our AC had been leaking water into the ceiling for a while. After calling someone I found on google and paying them $50 to come out they told me that I needed a new AC unit for $5000+. Given that the unit blew cold air I thought that sounded wrong. We live on the westside and it's not that warm often so I just forgot about it until the recent heatwave when our place was hot. I called AirTech, they sent someone out the next day who found a hole in the condensation drainage line. Fixed it for a reasonable price and now we're all set. Highly Recommend. read more

AirTech was recommended by a reputable company who themselves could not handle servicing our furnace. I was at the end of my wits with the gas company that said it would take nearly three weeks to come out and start the pilot on a furnace that has not been used for a few years! So after calling plumbers and running into roadblocks left and right, I called AirTech. I was quite frustrated by this time, but much to my surprise they were able to schedule me within an hour of my call! Oscar came out in less than an hour, checked and started the furnace, checked for carbon-monoxide levels, and then there was warmth!!! The fee was reasonable, and Oscar was friendly, but professional and knowledgeable. I was relieved and grateful and you can be sure I will call them in the future for all heating and air conditioning issues. We had an undersized system in our house, prior to awarding AirTech the job we received many estimates. Leo from AirTech was it only the most reasonably priced but also the most thorough with the estimate. Once we got the house he came out and his awesome crew was here all day doing a really difficult installation. It was 6pm on a Friday night, so I figured I was out of luck, but I called Leo's number expecting to get an answering machine. He picks up and lets me know he's just finishing another job nearby and will be over right away. My mind is blown. He shows up, gets up on our steep roof in the dark and fixes the issue. Completely dissatisfied! I booked a regular maintenance appointment for my two fully working AC units, both upstairs and downstairs for last Friday. Since the temperature was going up to 108 the following Monday, I wanted to have peace of mind we were in good shape. My technician called at the end of my two hour window and told me he would be an hour late. Fine... My technician suggested additional work, clearing a drain line and upgrading a filter. Fine. By the end, my $245 regular maintenance came out to $375. But peace of mind is worth it, right? The technician left saying both units were all good. Great! I went upstairs afterwards, and all of the lights were flashing on my unit, and no cold air was coming out. It had flipped the circuit breakers - we flipped them back, reset the unit - anything we could think of to do on our own. We even got out the manual! It was Friday night now, and we were in for a long hot weekend of not being able to use our own bedroom. We made it through the hot weekend, though uprooted, and I contacted Airtech about our problems. I got no response. For two days. I told them to refund me the $95 I paid for the now broken unit and fix it for no additional fee, and we'd be good. Today, three days since I contacted them and 5 of the hottest days on record after the technician broke my upstairs AC, they tell me they will refund me just the $95 but won't fix it or ever do my service again. NO PROBLEM, I wouldn't have you do it again! But seriously, you broke it and won't even try to fix it? That was a $4500 unit I had installed just last summer, and you broke it and won't fix it?! Great work, Airtech. I hope people will learn from this and not use Airtech in the future. People, for your own good. They do NOT guarantee their work, obviously. I forgot to mention - some reviewers have commented on how good it was to get service since they have pets at home. I'm being REFUSED repairs for problems they caused, and I'm pregnant with my husband and three hot dogs in the house. Pregnant lady just can't catch a break in this heat!! read more
