I found this company and the owner Tony by word of mouth from a friend! Tony is quick to respond and very reliable. Our heater in our building went out and Tony was quick to come by and take a look. Unfortunately the first time he came around I didn't have roof access but he was very patient with me and said he would come back as soon as I figured out the roof access. He even encouraged me to climb up to the roof with him so I could see what he was doing. And he was kind enough to explain the problems that he found! He told me what parts I'd need to replace and gave me a quote by the next day. Luckily parts were in stock and quick to get so he was able to install and fix our heater the following week! He even was kind enough to help us install a new filter and clean the vent free of charge! His prices were reasonable and his work is honest. My central AC smelled really bad so I called Tony at Full Circle Heating & Air. Originally he gave me a quote/hr for him to come out and check out my unit. When he got to my house in the morning, he climbed on the roof and inside the attic to inspect all the AC components. In the end, he couldn't find anything wrong, which made me feel better about the quality of air that was coming out. He then suggested a number of things that I can do to try and get rid of the smell. Also, he warned me about certain companies that overcharge for AC services. In the end, as I was asking further questions and we were talking, he said, "I'm not going to charge you for today". So to sum it up, Tony was very professional, respectful, patient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He didn't charge me for something he couldnt fix. I called what feels like 10 heating and air places to find someone to do a routine maintenance on my furnace. Either people didn't answer their phones or were asking for what I felt was an expensive call (usually $125+). I had seen specials for about $90 so was hoping for that. Anywhoooo, I found Full Circle Heating & Air on Yelp and gave one last ditch call to them in hopes of finding someone. The phone was picked up right away and we set a date for a few days for the service. I was quoted more than I wanted ($125) but was so tired of calling businesses by then that I said it was fine. He was running late but called me before the appt time to tell me that, told me precisely where he was and how long it would take him to get to my house. He arrived, told me where my furnace was (I had no idea) and proceeded to check it out. He also was going to change my filter but I had an odd size and he didn't have it with him. I had already changed it once so knew how to take care of it and told him I would. He was so nice and said if I needed help, he'd come by again and drop off filters. To top it off, I was only charged $85 because he didn't change the filter, yippee! He was so nice, I'll definitely be calling him to service my A/C when the time comes. Highly recommend! read more

After having bad experiences in the past at my old residence, a friend recommended I try Full Circle. I now live in an old house and the central heating & air conditioning is the original from decades ago. The original owners hadn't been able to turn it on in around 20 years, saying that it didn't work any more. So I was under the assumption that it was all going to need to be replaced. Tony from Full Circle came out and was actually able to get the old unit working again in less than 30 minutes, which was great cause it saved me thousands of dollars. He even threw in a free thermostat. Honesty goes a long way...kind of like with auto mechanics. When you find someone you can trust it's like striking gold. First review I've ever written on Yelp. Today, Saturday, my A/C was blowing warmer air by the minute. My fear was that my dog would be suffering in the heat. Based on other Yelp reviews, I called Full Circle at 1:30. By 2:00 Tony was on my roof. He was professional, polite, great attitude, and fixed the problem! He explained how the capacitor broke and showed the broken one to me. My A/C is running like new, my dog is happy, and Tony left before 2:30! The cost was $185 ($85 is the minimum service fee plus the part). He also assured me that my A/C is not as old as I imagined. I thought it was 25 - 30 years old, he said it's only 5 - 6 years old. read more

Not just alot of hot air: My AC unit (only 6 yo) in my condo (rental) was blowing out hot air, it was cooler outside than in the house and the outside temp was 99; I called an AC repair Company that I won't name and the tech said that my AC had a massive leak and that all the freon had been lost, it would cost alot of $$ just to attempt to find the leak. I called Full Circle H&A (they are local) for a 2nd opinion, Tony called me back promptly, was on time and after thoroughly checking the unit indicated that the freon level was just fine and that the thermal expansion valve was faulty and needed replacing. He was straight forward and his diagnosis seems correct. I checked on the internet; he will be over tomorrow at noon to perform the repair. I was comfortable enough to give him the job and after all the other reviews expect that he will do a great job. I will f/u with an addendum to this review following the repair. Tony came to the condo performed the work and got the unit working; he was on time, thorough and explained everything. I was so impressed that I made an appointment for Tony to come to my house and check my old AC unit that wasn't working well after another ac tech rewired a new fan motor. After thoroughly checking everything Tony found the problem, repaired the unit, added freon and had the system up and running and cooling. Other AC companies have told me that I needed a new AC System, Tony did not even suggest it. Thanks Tony I appreciate your honesty and recommend your services. read more

I was recommended by my sister in law to give Tony with Full Circle Heating and Air a call after she had her unit installed about 3 years ago. We never got around to it. Veronica said the work was excellent and his prices were great as well. With the heat we've had the last couple of years we knew upcoming summers would also be scorchers. We finally went through with getting our system installed.
