For some reason I decided to box dye my hair a few nights before and I did it soooo badly. Teri took one look at it and said, "I can fix this" and SHE DID! I feel so lucky to have landed in her chair. You guys, I can't even describe how badly I messed up my own hair and how beautifully Teri fixed it. She did a fantastic job and she did it efficiently. I walked out with beautiful highlights that softened up the whole look and lifted me back to 'blonde'. She worked miracles, I swear. Also, the gal in her chair before me also got color and it was beautiful. That client had never had color and Teri did a beautiful, flawless balayage that looked natural and really suited her skin tone. Can't say enough good things about Teri and her skills as a stylist! It's the best cut I've had in a while as I was well overdue! She also talked to me about highlights and gave me her recommendations. I could definitely see how knowledgeable she was, and normally I wouldn't trust a hair cutting place to do color service, but I would trust Mia! I can do my own make up but felt like really looking polished for my event. I guess I was expecting an all out glam like when I go to the MAC counters. She knew I was nervous. I had a pretty messed up experience at Ulta one time with someone who didn't know how to do my hair. I also had family holiday photos to be taken later in the day. I'm super used to going to get a Dominican blow out but Blow Chic has now upped the game for me. I got the classic blow out with the famous curls and let me tell you, Tina did that! i had an appointment today with Lexi to get my haircut and colored. when i made the appointment 2…read moreweeks ago i had to request an appointment in which i had to give my name, email and phone number in which were all up to date. i got a call the same day with an appointment time, in which i was very happy. but when i got to the appointment today as soon as i walked in the girl sitting at the desk looked at me sideways so from the second i walked in i felt a way, she then asked how she could help me and i said i had an appointment with lexi, she then tells me she tried to call me in which i never got a call at all, to tell me lexi was sick. i took off a whole day of work to get my hair done, so at this point im livid, i asked what number they called and she said my old phone number. when i scheduled the appointment request they had the correct number and called me to make the appointment! so why was my number not updated? it was giving rude and lazy, and they really didnt care i felt a bad vibe the second i walked in and honestly i wasted my whole day and lost money, it was just unprofessional that they had the correct number to make the appointment but not the right number to let me know she had to reschedule? no. i will never go here again, on top of they never let me know their address changed when i made the appointment so i went to their old location at first, they clearly don't have it together and are very rude. 0/10! never again!

I came to her really disappointed and weary after going to a pricey and well-known salon in the city where they did not give me the cut or color I asked for and left my hair underwhelmed and halfway done. I understand going from natural brown hair in a double process while maintaining healthy hair is a process but it seemed that my requests were taken with a grain of salt. Danielle listened to my previous experience, all my concerns and took the time to understand what I was looking for, setting clear expectations prior to scheduling our appointment together. She did exactly what I wanted and I am so extremely happy. I paid almost half the price of the other salon and she exceeded every expectation, from the amazing hospitality while sitting in the chair to her following up with me after my appointment and more. Not only is she amazing at what she does but she makes you feel welcome and talks to you as a friend not just a client. The entire staff at Salon Eden are amazing, from the stylists to the receptionists. Loli is great- she does anything she can to meet your needs and get you an appointment that same day if needed. Kane, the head owner is so nice, so personable, and if he doesn't have a client he will just sit and talk with you. Has both male and female clients and is an amazing stylist. Ali and Ana are just as great! The salon in itself is gorgeous, full length mirrors at every station, televisions around the dye bar while you're getting your hair highlighted.
