Amazing!! I got a box of Albert's Star Wars cake pops for Christmas and was so impressed with how they looked. Actually, they were too pretty to eat. We stared at them for almost a week before finally taking a bite, and they were delicious. Then when it was time for my daughter's Elmo birthday party, I contacted Albert and asked him for a quote for a cake pop arrangement. And he did not disappoint! We were in close communication for about a week going over design and details. He sent me pictures every step of the process from sketch to freshly made chocolates to the final product. We even added the gold fish into the mix. The arrangement looked amazing on our dessert table, everyone came to the party was extremely impressed. I have known Albert for 17 years; I had the pleasure of working with him as a personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. He was a meticulous, conscientious trainer therefore I expected no less when it came to anything he put his hands to do!
