Do NOT Book with them . Horrible experience I made reservation signed contract and paid and they never delivered RV . They didn't answer calls , emails nothing. I had my whole family in Glamis with no RV. Thankfully it was an off wknd and I was able to call Camp N' Style and book another RV through them . They took my $100 deposit and Remaining balance of RV . If they had no intension on delivering RV they shouldn't have charged my card . Terrible. If you know these people, remind them that they suck. If it could be zero stars, that would be fair. POS company still taking money from people when shut down. My cc company said they will go after them. I too was left ghosted and without a trailer but on a holiday week. Luckily, I have great friends that were able to help. I contacted the office Saturday Night 8/6/22 in regards to my rv rental and My horrible experience. It's been 4 business days And I have yet to be contacted back. Im a social media influencer and have thousands of followers and will be posting my reviews with pictures on yelp, twitter, facebook and anywhere else to warn people of the horrible experience to prevtn them for experiencing what we did. The Rv smelled like complete shit when we arrived, stuff was already broke, table also, things didnt work and Found out from my cousin the valves weren't properly set as the water and dumping valves were both open. My kids and I couldnt sleep because the horrible smell and the ac stopped working. Im shocked with how no one has contacted me to resolve/ compensate for this horrible experience especially paying $450. You would think you want clients returning, but after this and no customer service, I will make sure I will not and everyone that follows me is aware to not do business with. I have spoken wi th my lawyer and will be contacting the BBB about the lemon service you are providing and scam. Stay away!!! Check other RV places and get scammed of $500 with no customer support. From the first call to Shawna to rent the rvs to the end of the trip, there were some low points but overall the high points outweighed the low points. Pros: ease of renting ease of set up price customer service (one trailer leaked and they had a technician on site at Campland by the bay) Cons: One trailer was really old and was a disaster. Leaked inside / smelled weird / tub wouldn't drain. Overall, they took care of the last old trailer for us and we were truly grateful and our family had a blast. Notes: when renting I would ask them to give you a newer trailer if possible. Also, this is to take place of traditional camping so you need to realize you are in a rented trailer not a hotel. read more

They were quick to collect the money but no way of solving they're own mistakes ! booked with them 5 months in advance to our glamis trip . collect the remainder amounts 2 weeks before. once we arrived to our destination drop off (Glamis) we were told to call 1hr in advance to let them know and have the Rv delivered we had 5 trailers reserved as a group . so we called when opened 2hrs prior just to give them heads up we had arrived . They did not bother to inform us until couple hours after that they had nobody to drop them off that we had to pick them up 1hr drive away total 2hr drive there and back , so then they said they had no permits to deliver them .how are u going to rent when u don't have the permits ! So then they decide to cancel because it was huge inconviekce For them. and they offered to give refund but we're still trying to keep our deposit! When they were the ones to Cancel ! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! ZERO STARS - NEGATIVE STARS IF IT WERE AN OPTION! Our camper was uninhabitable. Before I go any further, please keep in mind that we are avid campers, and had recently sold our travel trailer to replace it with a toy hauler or Class C. Being that we had a trip to the Dunes planned the weekend after we sold ours, we decided to rent. The trailer was junk, but after I tell you what cosmetic things were wrong with it, I will get to the reason why we couldn't stay in it! The floor had received water damage at some point and was nearly falling through the bottom in the main living area of the camper. Trim was on the floor that had apparently fallen off the top of the walls. When we brought this to Francisco's attention, his response was "don't worry about it, we won't charge you for anything unless it is something like a broken window." That shows you what kind of pride they have in their rigs . . . ZERO! So let's get to the real issue . . . THERE WAS SOMETHING HORRIBLY WRONG WITH THE WATER and/or Grey and Black tanks in this travel trailer. Each time we turned the water on, a horrible sewer-like smell overtook the entire camper. We could not use it to wash our face, brush or teeth, cook with or shower. I started calling the number of the rental place on Friday night, and no one would return my phone call. We wanted it replaced. Finally, on Saturday morning, Francisco got back with my husband and said there were no other rentals available. He offered a free weekend in the future or HALF of our money back. That is sufficient. We stayed in this piece of crap for less than twelve hours, and our family trip ended abruptly Saturday morning because we couldn't handle the stench. Also, we are certain that Francisco knew there was a problem with the tanks because he left the grey tank wide open to freely dump into the sand. When we told him this, he advised that it was accidental. Now come on, if you do this for a living day in and day out, you know to check and make sure the valves are shut when setting up. Further, others that were camping near us advised that they could smell the stench coming from the camper and were curious as to what it was. Since Alberts refuses to do the right thing, we are disputing the charges through our credit card company. They have lied to them and said we kept the trailer the entire weekend, so I have to file a rebuttal. This company is a scam, and please beware that what they have done over the course of the years is to rename themselves once their reputation has been tainted. Do your research friends. I don't want anyone else to get stuck with something you can't even spend the weekend in due to a wretched smell. read more
