Some had just come back from Burning Man so they were filthy but they said all the carpet would be shampooed & everything professionally cleaned when we picked it up. Stopped by a few times before our trip to tour the RV with friends that would join us & make sure items that needed fixing were getting done. We arrive at our pickup time of noon & during the walk through we find out the carpet wasn't shampooed as promised as there were stains. We take a ton of pictures as evidence so they don't say we caused the stains. We noticed one of the living room windows didn't have a privacy curtain, we said we needed that. Their solution was to tape a padded aluminum square over the window, essentially losing the use of light & air from 1 of the 2 main windows in the main living area. Then we wanted to check to make sure all the slide outs were working properly before taking possession but the bedroom slide out wouldn't slide back in. Maintenance was called & after more than an hour of fidgeting with the slide, it finally slid back in but I was already not happy or confident in the condition of the RV. We drive the RV back home to load up & had to top off the gas tank as it wasn't full. Once we got home, we opened the slides to start loading & find out it won't slide back in again. Now it's 4 pm & & we have to call them back. They said to bring it back & they will fix it. Now we have to unload stuff we had started to load so we can take it back, in case it isn't fixable. Ugh! Our husbands drive the RV back & maintenance tries to fix it but couldn't so a part was ordered. We asked if there was a different RV, because now we have zero confidence the RV will work properly. They said they didn't have a similar one to exchange. We waited 1.5 hrs for the part to be delivered but that didn't fix the issue with the slide. Now they said they had another RV & it was slightly bigger. Ughhhh, now we are several hours behind schedule due to the issues with the 1st RV. By the time we get the replacement RV back home, it's past 7pm & dark out & impossible to take good pictures of the condition of the outside of the 2nd RV for any existing issues or damage. Ughhhh When we finally finished loading everything, it is well past 1am & we are exhausted from the extremely long day. We had to delay our departure to Sequoia the next morning so we can get enough sleep for the long drive. This caused us to arrive to the RV park late in the evening & hookup in the dark, which we didn't want to do. When we took our first turn, the contents of the refrigerator fell out when the doors flung opened. It was a residential fridge, not an RV fridge with locking closures. That's when we noticed there were hooks on the side of the fridge. Luckily we had some bungee cords that we used to keep the fridge doors shut using the hooks, when we were driving. It would've been nice if ShareMyCoach warned us or provided straps. They also tried to tell us we dented the fridge when we didn't. The audacity, considering all the issues we had with the 1st & replacement RV!! The main living room heater worked the 1st night but stopped working after that. We had to crank up the heater in the back bedroom & keep the bedroom door ajar so our friends sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room could get some warmth at night. Then there was a steady & annoying beep coming from the microwave every 5 mins & we couldn't figure how to stop it, even though our husbands are handy. We had to call their maintenance but he didn't get back to us until the next day. Told us to reset the inverter but the beeping came back whenever we were hooked up to power. We also rented 2 e-bikes from them & on the day of pickup, 1 of the bikes we were going to rent had a flat tire. And the batteries were old & could not hold a full charge to go more than 5 miles, even though we kept them charged for 2 days. What a rip off for charging $30 a day for each e-bike!! When we complained they apologized but didn't give us credit. Do not do business with them!

Instead, our brand-new motorhome has spent the majority of its first seven months of ownership in repair facilities, making this one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we've ever had. During more than seven months of ownership, we've only been able to use our motorhome for approximately six weeks. The rest of the time, it has been out of service at either Giant RV's Wildomar service department or a Ford dealership undergoing repairs. Our motorhome is currently at Giant RV, where it has been for three months awaiting warranty repairs. Unfortunately, this isn't the first extended repair visit--it's simply the latest in a long series of mechanical and warranty issues. Since purchasing the coach, we've experienced major problems including: * Transmission failure requiring complete replacement * Brake, rotor, and drum replacement due to reversing issues * Macerator failure that made it impossible to empty the black tank * Refrigerator malfunction * Generator and fuel sensor problems * Holding tank sensor failures that caused the toilet and generator to stop functioning while camping * House battery, relay switch, and battery replacement issues * Interior coach computer displaying inaccurate tank, water, waste, and fuel levels * Additional warranty repairs still awaiting approval and parts While we understand that mechanical problems can happen with any RV, what has been far more disappointing has been Giant RV's customer service. Communication has been extremely poor. We have repeatedly had to leave multiple voicemails just to receive a status update. Numerous messages left for both Dan Vasquez and Service Manager John Meyke went unanswered, and we often had to call several times before receiving any information. On one occasion, after leaving four voicemails over the course of a week, the only response we received was that they were short-staffed and hadn't been able to return our calls. We also emailed Giant RV owner Frankie Baruti in hopes of resolving our concerns, but we have never received a response. Throughout this process, we've received inconsistent explanations regarding warranty approvals, parts availability, and repair timelines. We understand that warranty approvals and parts delays are not always within the dealership's control. However, keeping customers informed, returning phone calls, and providing honest updates absolutely are. Instead of enjoying our new motorhome, we've experienced: * More than seven months of ownership with only about six weeks of actual use * Multiple lengthy repair visits, including the current three-month stay at Giant RV * Numerous canceled camping trips * Monthly RV payments on a coach we rarely get to use * Five months of storage fees * Hundreds of miles driving to repair facilities * Significant fuel and travel expenses * Countless hours spent making phone calls, sending emails, and chasing basic status updates Buying a new RV should be exciting--not exhausting. We genuinely hope Giant RV and Winnebago ultimately resolve these issues because we simply want the reliable motorhome we paid for and the level of customer service that should accompany the purchase of a new RV. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend Giant RV's Wildomar service department. If you're considering purchasing an RV from Giant RV, don't just research the sales process--research the dealership's service department and warranty support as well. The true test of a dealership begins after the sale.

When we picked it up we noted damage to our rear bumper caused during the repair. They did take care of that, AFTER we provided photos of when we dropped it off, clearly proving the damage occurred during the repair. Other than that, I will say the segment replacement appeared professional. D&D also quoted a price for battery and other electrical upgrades, which was more than a dealer quote and more than MEL Trailer in Placentia, where we ultimately got the upgrades done. In the Inland Empire, I would be inclined to take our rig to the dealer in Temecula.
