I highly recommend Alex and would rate him higher than 5 stars if I could. He responds promptly, and is friendly, very knowledgable, and does great work. He replaced our front door handset, two other deadbolts, and replaced all our doorknobs throughout the house with new ones we had purchased. He worked hours and offered to come back later the same day to install another deadbolt for the front door as the one we had purchased didn't fit correctly in our door.
