You never doubt that he wants to sell you a car, but he is not too pushy. He knew a lot about the vehicles, and if he didn't have the answers, he went and got them right away. He stayed late one night to go over the vehicle with us, and didn't utter a single complaint when we left without buying that day. Before he delivered the car to us he helped set up the blue tooth, go over the owner's manuals, and made sure we were completely comfortable with the car before we left. Tim is the perfect complement to Humberto. He has a calming personality and is a pleasure to just talk to. We felt no pressure from Tim at all, and were sure that he wanted us to get the best possible deal, so could get a car we could afford. He introduced us to the service department, and other people at the dealership, so we would feel comfortable when we come back for our service. My wife and I brought my Toyota Tundra to Alexander Toyota for a recall alert for my airbags. My wife and I are fairly new to Yuma. We are still searching reliable places to go if we need various services of any kind. While there at Alexander Toyota we encountered Christopher Corona. Greeted us with an introduction of his name, a handshake, and a smile. Very helpful with any questions we had. Holding the door for us. Considerate with regards to me being on crutches due to a ruptured Achilles Tendon. Christopher when my vehicle was ready remained courteous and brought the truck very close as he was aware of the logistics of my navigating on my crutches. Vey, very helpful. He is the primary reason I would return to Alexander Toyota. He conducted himself in a non pressuring courteous manner. My wife has a Sequoia. We recently spent just under 5000 dollars at accurate automotive on my wife's Sequoia. We went there because our experience with some Toyota dealerships they have been very aggressive with the hard sell and add ons in service to ramp up the charges. I did not feel this at this service call. I have had 3 Toyota trucks. My has had two Toyota vehicles. I want to thank Hector and the service department at Alexander Toyota for the warranty work of a new battery and a rear window weather seal. To replace the weather seal means the rear window needs to be removed. These jobs were done on two different days due to the weather seal needed to be ordered. I asked Hector to have his wash/detail person not to wash the vehicle. The vehicle was clean but dusty. What I wanted to see was the cleanliness of the vehicle when the work was completed, in other words, I was looking for finger prints, grease, items that might be out of order. I am happy to say I found nothing. The vehicle looked the same as when I dropped it off for the warranty work. It looked as if no one had worked on my vehicle how-ever all the work had been completed. What this shows me is the crew in the service department has pride in their work. This speaks volumes. Most people no matter what their job is can do the major work, it is the details of that job that make it an outstanding job. Christopher Corona in the Service Department addressed present and past issues with my 2015 Toyota Corolla. I took in my car on Tuesday because I was having issues with the touch screen. He had the technician look it over and the technician diagnosed a defective display screen. Christopher checked with the warranty and he ordered a replacement that day. I received a call on Thursday that the part had arrived. I took my car in today, Friday, and now the touch screen works beautifully! Christopher even helped rectify an issue I had been dealing with for over a year. When I first purchased my car it was at an offsite sales event. It was a certified pre-owned vehicle and the dealership was waiting on the previous owners to drop off the second key. I waited for a call to go pick up my second key. Months went by and I would remind them about the key whenever I took in my car for regular service (speaking to a different manager everytime). Last year I dealt with Ruben Diaz and I highly recommend him if you are looking to buy. He is very knowledgeable, dedicated and quick to answer any questions or work on a deal. Purchased our 2016 RAV4 last May through Alexander Toyota, just had my battery die out yesterday, called Luis V. In service department and he checked on my certified pre owned warranty to see if a battery replacement would be covered. It was, came in this afternoon and got it taken care of, all inclusive, in a convenient and timely fashion. Even got some things in the works to replace a tail light that had a faulty seal, all of which is being covered by the warranties I purchased through Alexander Toyota. I had my Tundra serviced at Toyota of Orange, CA just prior to making a trip to Arizona. Upon arrival in Yuma, I noticed some fluid leaking from my truck.
