My husband and I visited the Woodinville showroom and Jacob was the first salesman who welcomed us in. I wanted to replace our carpet with another high quality carpet that would last for the next 20 years. He was friendly and happily answered my questions, showed us a few samples and let us look around. We took home a couple boards and I returned later in the week and picked up another half dozen or so. We settled on a carpet especially designed for pets that comes with a 25 year warranty. Trying to find the perfect color that would work well with our LVP and hardwood floors was challenging! Since we were torn between two similar colors, Jacob offered to contact the manufacturer and get larger samples for us and have them sent to our home via FedEx. He was excellent in communicating through email how the scheduling and payment process worked and kept us informed of anything we needed to know about along the way.
