Steakhouse menu

Only ones at restaurant at 7pm. service was ok, food was also ok. A fair experience.

Thai Chicken Wrap

Was at an event held here where event comped our lunch at this place. The restaurant is located off main lobby area of hotel. Easy access also from doors that lead to back parking lot. Pretty good size, clean, open and airy, natural lighting through their glass windows that surround the place. It has a view of their pools and courtyard. When we had lunch the place was pretty quiet there was only one other party besides our table of 3. We preordered from their menu so our food would be ready when we had our lunch break. For lunch and dinner the menu they had a nice selection of salads, sandwiches, wraps, pasta and steak dishes. Prices were pretty reasonable averaging under $10. I pre ordered a Thai Chicken wrap. Thai chicken wrapped in spinach tortilla pretty good size and filled with both chicken and rice..had mildly spiced. Came also with peanut dipping sauce and side of sweet potato fries. I liked the chicken but there was too much rice for me. It tasted alright. For me it was just a little to heavy on starches not enough veggies. Very filling though. I barely finished half and was full already. Sweet potato fries were cooked just right and crisp. Definitely will keep in mind to order this as a side dish and that will be just enough for me. Service was okay. Came in and was seated right away. Server took our drink orders and we got those first . We got our meals on time shortly after, but note we did order ahead. Our server wasn't your average friendly type, for our party at least, but she was professional and did her job. Other staff on floor though was really nice. Kept our drinks filled and cleared out empty plates promptly. This place is a 3.5ish.. good enough fall back if you want to dine in at your hotel and avoid the crowds, but if you live in the area it's not likely I would go out of the way to dine at.

I came here on my last morning before leaving to go back to California because it was convenient to have breakfast here. Anyways, this place is now actually called "Alexis Garden" instead of the "Alexis Cafe" and it is located right in front of the hotel lobby. When we first came in, we were acknowledged by 2 severs and were seated by a window that overlooks 1 of the 3 main pools on site. Looking over the prices for breakfast on the menu seemed pretty standard of other restaurants for breakfast, so it was fair pricing. But I am sure there are other places on the strip that would have cheaper prices. Well anyway, I ordered the eggs & hash brown breakfast that comes with 2 pieces of toast (white or white) for $8.75 and a short stack of pancakes (comes in 3's) for $7.75 (http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/alexis-cafe-las-vegas?select=APwj3X6NCyZI5LfUm3SVPg#8DBcSB4pOA4MNUWPTy5K8w) (yep I was hungry.... but I honestly didn't eat it all and saved the rest for the trip and my dogs). Everything tasted just fine, like what you would expect of your typical breakfast. But I did not like that the eggs were made with butter. I would have preferred it made without. I also liked that I was able to get whole wheat toast in stead of just "wheat bread" (if you don't see the word "whole wheat" on the ingredients label in the first 3 ingredients on the bread you buy, then you are most likely not eating whole wheat bread). The breakfast was pretty filling. My husband ordered the steak & eggs (http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/alexis-cafe-las-vegas?select=_0SNchLimPkGo38ywWv5hw#_0SNchLimPkGo38ywWv5hw) for $13 and it came with 2 pieces of toast and a side of hash browns as well. I didn't try any of his steak but he did say it was good but a little on the fatty side (which he cut off the fatty pieces of fat off). His breakfast was also very filling as well. Overall, the food was good but a bit greasy. It is also very filling even if you only eat half of whatever you order. There are also some healthier options available to order, including a bowl of oatmeal (I believe for $4.50), half a grapefruit (for $3.75 I believe) and a bowl of cereal and milk (also for $4.50 I believe). There is also plenty of parking out in case you decide to dine here if you are not already staying here. There are also plenty of tables here (when we had breakfast, there was only 2 other tables occupied). Everything is nice and clean.

Fantastic burgers, and really good fresh salads. Highly recommended. We stop by here every time we're at the gun show.

The restaurant is open 24/7. One person had the sandwich/soup/salad lunch combination. This was a half turkey sandwich, a half salad with balsamic and lobster bisque. They really enjoyed it. I had the Kale and Warm Grains salad. It was an interesting combination (including farro, quinoa, dates) and was very tasty. Could have used a bit more dressing. I probably should have asked for some extra on the side. The third person had the Crispy Avocado salad. None of us had crispy avocado before (lightly coated avocado so that there was a crunch in the bite, but nice, soft, creamy avocado inside). Really good. The service was excellent. By Dawn, a very friendly, hard-working and efficient server.

Seating was quick, water refills infrequent, service checked in often until food dropped. Compatriots had ordered a double smash cheeseburger and a southwest chicken salad. I had gotten the slow roasted beets, and the house green salad. Nothing really wowed in this case. I'd say I like the fries and the slow roasted beets. The cream sauce balanced the beets well with occasional nuts for texture. The house green salad was more lettuce than anything else. The southwest chicken salad, the meat was a bit dry. Still was an easy meal and simple to plan around. Worked well in a pinch.

I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta but substituted shrimp instead, and it was an easy 10/10. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, the sauce had amazing flavor, and the portion was so generous that I couldn't even finish it but happily took the leftovers home. I also started with the Caesar salad, and even that was a huge serving! My boyfriend ordered the steak. It was a little dry, so we asked if they had horseradish. Our server was very kind throughout our meal, but she quickly told us they didn't have any without checking. Meanwhile, the busser overheard us, wasn't sure himself, and actually took the time to go to the back and ask. A couple of minutes later, he came back with horseradish! That small act really stood out to us because he went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. He deserves a huge shout-out (and honestly, a raise!). Our server also brought us A1 sauce, which definitely helped with the steak. Overall, the food was delicious, the portions were incredible, the vibe was great, and the staff was friendly. The busser's effort is what really made this visit memorable. We'll definitely be back!

But even without my discount, Buddy's was quite affordable! The portions were also very large. The food was amazing, the flavors were so strong. I had the Bucatini Carbonara (highly recommend!) and my boyfriend had the Chicken Parm. On top of that, the place just felt great. It was like sitting in your grandmothers kitchen! The ambiance was well lit and not overwhelming like a normal Strip restaurant would be. I must give a quick note about my waiter, Luca. He was so great!! He was very attentive and sweet, anytime we needed something it's like he knew before we did and was already there! Thank you Luca for a great dinner! For appetizers, we like to switch it up between the meatballs, calamari, garlic bread, and the charcuterie board. Every single one is packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. We don't usually even like meatballs or calamari, but we'll happily order them every time we eat here! The charcuterie board is also a great choice, with a nice variety that's perfect for sharing. The cocktails are fantastic, too. I especially love their themed drinks, like the Backstreet Boys and Wizard of Oz cocktails. They're creative, delicious, and priced about what you'd expect on the Strip (around $17-22 each). This restaurant is definitely a splurge, but it's worth every penny. The food is consistently amazing, the service is attentive and friendly, and every visit has been a great experience. It's one of our favorite restaurants in Las Vegas, and we'll definitely keep coming back!

I had already…read moreeaten dinner, so I didn't get to try the food or drinks, but everyone in my group really enjoyed their meals. During that visit, the manager, Karen, stopped by our table to check on us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, and I told her I'd definitely come back to try the restaurant myself. About a month later, a friend came to visit from California, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to return. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku's famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! (For anyone wondering, it's only available during dinner service, and it's worth ordering.) Every visit I've had here has been a positive experience. The food has been great, the atmosphere is fun, and the hospitality has been what keeps bringing me back. Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression. If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I'd say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It's a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I'd prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Karen is a true asset to the restaurant, and she's a big reason I'll definitely be returning.

We ordered the fried chicken bao, honey walnut shrimp, French fries and the pork ramen. The ramen haunts me. The noodles were perfectly al dente. There was a generous portion of pork. And the broth?! Just wow! Smooth, creamy and absolutely comforting. If you're at the Cosmo looking for something to comfort you, their ramen here is a definite must try!
