But the Alfa team made the whole move a LOT less stressful! I'm very grateful of their team! We were texting back and forth a week prior to our move. The owner was very patiently addressing each of my concerns. Then on the day of the move, they arrived early and very politely asked if they can start moving. They quickly started moving our boxes and misc item's strategically. They inquire us about if we want to keep the items, they even helped us disassemble our furnitures. Fraudulent Movers Beware. They dented scratched punctured and broke our Brand New Stainless Steel Refrigerator. This is their Fake Website http://www.alfamoving88.com/434366206 We have 6 witnesses + video of these fraudulent movers moving our brand new refrigerator without the promised protective wrapping, no promised blankets..they dropped the refrigerator on the concrete pavement from 4 steps above after damaging the bottom of the refrigerator bc their fraudulent movers refused to use the guaranteed moving bands to lift the refrigerator. They also held $450 in valuables hostage refusing to return our property until unless we paid them cash tips + 2 hours extra above the original agreed to moving time. They took 2 hours extra to do the same 10 minute refrigerator move Home Depot did thru the exact same doors. and yet still demanded payment after breaking and damaging our brand new over $700 stainless steel refrigerator. AFter apologizing Mia Dong the so called General Manager requested our requirements we requested they replace our now broken damaged property, she requested our receipts and pictures with descriptions and now has gone missing does not answer the same business phone always answered thru the booking process. BEWARE of this Fraudulent Moving Company. Law enforcement and the Consumer Fraud division of the District Attorneys office will be handling this along with DMV Investigations. We would have understood mistakes and bad days happen if Mia Dong and her moving company would have been honest and stepped up to do the right thing and replace our damaged broken destroyed property however they are super shady have disappeared and the whole bit over refusing to return $450 of valuables holding our property hostage for cash tips is against the law according to law enforcement, we have it on hi definition video and audio. These are very dishonest fraudulent movers peddling themselves as authentic professional moving company. Mia Dong sent us in writing the entire list of guarantees of the safety and security of our valuables and property with full descriptions and assurances guarantees nothing would be damaged or broken, that everything would be protected wrapped and moved professionally by experienced professional movers. We have 6 witnesses and 2 seperate Videos/Audio this was a scam..none of Mia Dongs guarantees were Real All Fake. No protective wrapping or blankets were used. they also ruined an antique desk using no protective wrapping,, they taped it with tape which destroyed the wood finish, they broke the knob handle. We are still finding broken missing damaged destroyed valuables and property thru the unpacking process. Law Enforcement and Attorneys are now involved, we had no choice but to Press Charges since Mia Dong disappeared and no longer answers the phone. Dont get scammed Stay Away. Make sure you find an honest verified professional mover. This company is fraudulent. They asked for the replacement cost of our damaged property and have now disappeared. The good thing is the Law Enforcement agencys involved, DMV INvestigations, District Attorneys office and Channel 7 cannot be hidden from. Also these are most likely illegal immigrants so The State Department and Immigration ICE are most likely involved thru Law Enforcement. They came at the scheduled time, moved everything out and into the new apartment and finished in 69 minutes.
