    Cannot deliver water with any consistency. I've been a customer with Alhambra for 6 years and the service level that started off great has dropped to non-existent at this point. My last successful water delivery (I mean it's a few water bottles dropped off at the front door accessible to the street) was in the beginning of November. It's now 6 weeks later, 7 supposed reschedules, with 3 customer service calls where they apologize profusely and say that they've escalated the issue and promise to make it right, but still no water. The most recent rep spoke to the regional manager (for SF), who said that everyone quit and he was the only person driving the truck so basically the entire service area is F'ed. But they keep posting delivery dates, sending emails, and leaving voicemail confirmations telling me that "your delivery is scheduled!" when the only thing they deliver is disappointment. UPDATE: the business response below from "Phelisha L." is the same copy/paste response that is used in all the other negative reviews -- they just choose from some list of names like "Michael P." or "Jose R.". There isn't any actual follow up communication, they're just responding to new reviews within 24 hours to make the Yelp algorithm happy.

    For over a month, I have waited for (1) water to be delivered and (2) water cooler to be replaced. On four separate occasions, I took time out of my day to wait for someone to show up after being on hold for 60+ minutes numerous times during the week. No one arrives and there is no communication about it. Each person I spoke to through customer service has either promised that someone would arrive or have informed me that nothing can be done. I was told to bring my empty water bottles to the nearest Home Depot, but they also informed me that they haven't had their water replenished as well. I was told that due to labor issues (first it was a vehicular accident) that no one was available to deliver water. This past Monday, a (recently hired) representative came to my building to deliver water but I was scheduled (after being rescheduled for the fifth time) for this past Wednesday. I spoke to him and he confirmed that water would be delivered and my machine replaced. Wednesday arrived and I waited the entire day until I finally reached out to customer service and was told that there were no more water coolers available. In addition to that, they couldn't explain why I did not have my water replenished regardless of the cooler-situation. This has been an egregious, waste-of-time ordeal and I am frustrated by your services and your company's lack of communication regarding this issue.  This isn't the first time I have had to deal with unreliable and untrustworthy service from Primo Water, but it has never been this bad. Every time I go to refill water, I spend money just to lose money because half of the water is wasted by a leaking machine. I will be turning to social media and sharing my experience publicly but I wanted to make every concerted effort to reach out to those national and regional to explain what brought me to this point and why I have lost trust in your company to be honest, professional, and respectful of your customers.

    So here is an update. I started delivery with a local company and the service has been fantastic. I've been emailing and calling Alhambra to cancel my plan but after call, waiting over an hour on the phone EACH TIME to no avail, I'm still unable to cancel. They keep charging me too !!!!! Plus, they have so many different #s to call them and I've tried almost all of them. DO NOT USE ALHAMBRA SERVICE! You'll never be able to cancel with them and will be charged continuously for untimely and inaccurate service. It is beyond ridiculous in this day and age to have such horrible service like this! Below is a screen shot of the hour+ just waiting.

    All other one star reviews nail this on the head. This company does not fulfill orders and does not provide any customer assistance. No delivery received. Both of my last two scheduled deliveries never came (9/1/21 was the most recent). I'd be dead if I relied on this company for water as my source for drinking water. I called customer service and was on hold for over an hour before hanging up due to other commitments in my day. I can't cancel my account without calling customer service and I do not have time to wait on hold for hours to do so. See screenshot of the call on hold over an hour. Do not do business with this company. Completely unacceptable.

    After Primo Water acquired Alhambra, I needed to find a new water delivery service. Based on the…read morereviews, Water World seemed like a promising alternative. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. It took over a month just to get my deliveries established and running consistently. Once deliveries finally began, I encountered ongoing billing issues. The company repeatedly withdrew money from my bank account, sometimes totaling more than $300 in charges. Whenever I questioned the charges, they pointed to a long list of junk fees. I've never seen so many junk fees on an invoice, especially considering they already charge $17.99 per bottle of water. To make matters worse, I was charged for water that was never delivered. Trying to resolve these issues was nearly impossible because it was extremely difficult to reach someone who had the time or ability to review my account and explain what was happening. Reliable delivery, accurate billing, and responsive customer service are the bare minimum expectations for a water delivery company. Unfortunately, Water World fell short in all three areas. I cannot recommend this company, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering their service to carefully monitor their invoices and bank account for discrepancies.
