Wanted something refreshing, light and fulfilling all at the same time. I had the salad with seaweed and edamame including 4 protein of choice which was a double tuna, salmon and albacore. Toppings: cucumber, cilantro, peppers, avocado with the ponzu sauce and furikake seasoning. Everything was on point. To include a refreshing unsweetened green tea. For dessert, I picked up a green tea macaron. Loved everything and it was point! I would return again if i was in the area. But will be a future visit when I'm back in town! read more

My friends and I stopped by here on a Sunday for poke bowls, staff was very friendly and worked fast. We all got medium sized customized poke bowls and they were delicious except the edamame and cucumbers in our bowls had a weird taste to them almost like soap which stopped us from enjoying our bowls. There was also no seating options in the restaurant to dine in so we had to eat in the car which was very inconvenient. I would recommend this place if you are looking to order poke to your home due to the no seating, just stay away from the cucumbers and edamame. read more

I really liked the food here but I was very disappointed at how wasteful this place seems to be. They do this cool thing where they mix the protein with the sides that you choose (with sauce as well.) Instead of using just a normal bowl, they use big paper containers. They also wear gloves and after they stir it all up they threw away the gloves and the paper container. They then used entirely different new ones for the next person. So incredibly wasteful. That doesn't include the normal plastic bowl and container that is used for when you actually order. So one person just getting a small bowl ends up causing so much waste. Poke is a relatively new delicacy in California. I've been enjoying it for several years and most of the time, I have to go to Gelson's and pay $15.99 per pound for their fresh Poke, but not anymore. Now that All About Poke opened here in Burbank, I can enjoy a fresh, healthy and affordable meal without having to drive very far. I tried two of their Poke bowls today and I was extremely happy I did. Both the tuna and salmon Poke were fresh, delicious and wonderful. You construct your bowl as you go with many healthy choices along the way. From the base of white or brown rice, or salad, to the choice of Poke and some pretty amazing add-ons, to the final choice of sauce and perhaps, crunchy garlic on top, (yes, you really should try it.) This place is a fantastic addition to the food landscape of Burbank. We need more healthy selections in our fair city. All About Poke is going to be a monster hit and they should be. A great deal of thought went into the menu of this establishment and as a customer, I thank them for that. read more

I've been hearing about Poke for the last year, and it's absolutely piqued my interest. I finally succumbed and dived into here for a quick lunch today. All I can say is that I wish I had not waited a year, and instead just tried it straight away when I first heard about it. For those that don't know what it is, you can crudely describe it as sushi in a bowl, but that really doesn't do it justice. It's really like the freshest, cleanest salad you've ever had. You get a choice of rice, various proteins, and various toppings including mando, mandarin and seaweed. You also get a choice of sauce to go with Poke bowl, and if you want a little more spice or flavor, there's soy and sriacha available on the side too. You can probably guess already that I loved my first experience with Poke, and I can't wait to go again. If you are a fan of sushi, I have no doubt you'll love Poke too. read more

My first experience here was so excellent and I cannot wait to go back and get another bowl sometime soon! I'd never tried poke before and I was pretty nervous, but All About Poke totally came through for me!! It's similar to a Subway, where you choose your rice and then you can choose your sides and toppings. Unlike Subway, the things you get in your bowl are unique and delicious! I couldn't believe I could get so many kinds of raw fish in such large portions all in one tasty bowl of food! And as I've said before, I love restaurants where you can really customize your meal, so All About Poke fits that standard to a T! For me, one of the most exciting parts outside of the amazing menu options was how good of a deal it was! You can get a tasty and filling dinner for $8-12 with sushi-quality meats and toppings! Oh and I must mention how friendly the staff was, I was really impressed with that. This restaurant has a chain feel because of how clean and organized it is, but the way we were treated made me feel like a regular individualized customer at the local poke bowl place. My friend and I have visited this place today lunch! I came here when it was first opened up- and it was bit disappointing to find out that they have removed seating area. As mentioned in some review earlier- the price has also gone up. Still, it's pretty decent fresh poki bowl- relatively quick to order and ready to go. I do like that they offer soba noodle (and chip?) and salad as a base option. We both ordered small size- with two choices of fish. You can also choose every side without extra fee (avocado exempt)- and it has pretty good fresh veggie options. Their spicy mayo runs bit more spicier side than regular! Wasn't really fond of "gangnam style" sauce option- it was too ginger-ry. Not having seating area definitely knocks my 5 stars to 4 stars- Though we didn't mind seating outdoor, we "awkwardly" ate lunch at bench without having table- ended up leaning to bit dusty window ledge. Great food -- one of my favorite Poke spots in the area (Burbank/NoHo) -- they have fresh and varied food. I love the rice and salad mixed, or noodles and salad mixed. BUT they recently removed the tables and chairs inside the shop so it seems you can only get food to go or will need to stand up while eating (there are some high tables on the side but no stools to sit at them)! I will wait until they get their tables to go here again -- hope it's soon. read more

I really like All About Poke for the consistency in quality and taste. Raw fish is a tricky business but I have never tasted the off/old fishy taste in their food.
