Where do I begin!!!! I was greeted nicely and barely waited and I didn't have an appointment. I got extremely lucky with the most perfect and funny nail technician I have ever had. Her name is Delilah. Truthfully she needs to be the head nail technician there (even though I haven't had anyone else) she really sealed my experience. I will never go anywhere else going forward nor use anyone else. The main thing amongst others was that she was SO knowledgeable and patient with me about the different services they had and that she made it clear the choice was mine (did not push any expensive options on me like most nail salons do). Thank you so much for having her apart of your staff and for being so close to my job where I could even go on my lunch break or right after work. Oh and her work by the way is so clean and neat as you can tell by the photo. I will be telling and insisting everyone I know go to this salon and use Delilah specifically. I found the experience from a customer service perspective to be a bomb. The manager seemed harried and rushed and not respectful of my appt time. Ditto to the tech who did my pedicure who seemed pained by having to do my pedicure. I sat in the chair waiting for her to do a pedicure I had scheduled. In total, there was 30 minutes of wait time between the two appointments not because of the scheduling but the mismanagement of this salon. I would never return, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the time.

We returned today purely for convenience since we were already at the shopping center and didn't have time to go elsewhere, especially with my daughter's musical tomorrow. The total came to $50, which felt a bit high, though we accepted it because she chose to add a 10-minute foot massage. However, the service itself was also lacking. My daughter typically receives three coats of clear polish (two base coats, the white tip, and a final top coat), but today she only received two clear coats, which likely contributed to the poor durability. At checkout, I paid by credit card and was charged a $2 merchant fee. I also left a $5 tip on the card since I didn't have cash. The staff member processing the payment pointed out that they "expect" at least an 18% tip and indicated an amount closer to $10 on the receipt. I want to be clear, I'm not against tipping. I regularly tip, and I'm happy to tip generously when the service is exceptional. However, tipping should remain voluntary, not pressured or expected. If a certain percentage is required, it should simply be built into the pricing to avoid uncomfortable situations. This was our third and last visit to Pacfe. Unfortunately, this is not a place we would return to or recommend.

She was more focused in sharing photos with another co-worker -from her cell phone- rather than attending to the client waiting for service in her chair. The stylist colored my hair and then directed me to a waiting area never checking on the process considering it was my first color with her. I was surprised because she a a mature hair stylist who expressed to me that she was in the industry for over three decades. I do not mind paying for value but the service absolutely does not match the price attached to color and service. Even the labor -considering was poor- did not meet my expectation. The color barely on my head and it is beginning to fade. I use quality hair products at home and know how to make the color last but for such an expensive salon I don't believe that it is worth the visit.
