Kept on lying about when they'll drop the flooring for 5 hours and kept on sliding by "another 30 minutes". Eventually what was supposed to come between 1-3 came at 6.30PM. And they never kept me informed of the delays, I had to make 5 phone calls every time they slipped again. I can understand delays in schedules but no one likes being lied to. If you have other things planned just give an accurate time so people can move on to do other stuff. I had important appointments that I had to cancel due to their inaccurate sliding window.
