I went here to purchase a car and had an awesome experience with Brian, one of their salesman. I knew exactly which car that I wanted and Brian made sure that I got it in just an hour and a half with no hassles at all. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. Best salesman I've ever dealt with. He had me out the door driving my new car faster than it's ever happened for me ! Brian deserves a raise ! I highly recommend this lot and Brian !! Thank you for your excellent service !!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE!!!! from this dealership! I made the painful mistake of doing so. Purchased an infiniti from All American Motors. The General Manager stated the vehicle has been "thoroughly checked and tested" and "You don't have to worry about anything for a while". Well in about less than 30 mins on the freeway all of the check engine lights came on. Check engine, tire pressure Sensor and the vehicle was overheating. This dealership reset the computer so when I test drove the everything seem to operate fine. I'm told from other mechanics it's a sleazy way to make the car seem fully operational. Shame on All American Motors. I am asking you buyers/consumers out there to think about this. How would you feel if you purchased a vehicle from All American Motors and didn't make it home before a sensor coming on. See images below.

I went here last Friday. I discovered them through Craigslist from one of their ad on one of their vehicles that I was really really interested in. They are easily located right on South Tacoma Way. I want to start off with I didn't end up buying a vehicle from them but let me tell you why and why I'm still giving them a 5 star rating. As soon as I drove in around 5:30pm after work it seemed that every sales rep was tied up and busy as I wasn't greeted like usual. Keep in mind I am shopping around as I'm really in the market for a car. So I've been doing a lot of going to dealerships lately. I parked my car and I walked over to the car I had my eye on on the internet. Then a man came in that I later found out was the owner. He greeted me and told me he will be right back with the keys to the car that I've been checking out. After about a minute he comes out with a huge smile and we opened the car up as the remote was dead. It was a white 2013 Lexus LS 460. I got to sit down, start it up and introduced me to Hunter, one of his sales rep to accompany me on a test drive. They took a copy of my license and I was on the road in no time. Now this is not my first rodeo when it comes to car buying and doing business with a dealership. I know the car really well. I've done my research. I drive the car and I let Hunter talk to me about the car even though I know everything about the car. He is super nice! He is personable! And he was super open about the vehicle and that it turned out to be owned by the owner's dad. So I drive back as I don't need convincing. I know the car and I want the car before I even got it on the road. I tell him up front that I'm pre-approved through my credit union and he said they work with most through the CUDL program and that he can work with me and if not they have various options. To make the long story short Hunter seemed really genuine to me. He tried so hard to get me as close to where I wanted to be. But we just couldn't get to a deal with what I was comfortable to do and what they could do. So yes sadly I walked away, but in my opinion I never felt pressured or that awkward feeling you get when you are trying to go back and forth to get a deal. Hunter stayed professional and I could tell he was genuinely trying to make something happen for me. I just want to say that besides walking away without my dream car, I had a great experience here. I left without any ill feeling. These guys are honest with their business. Inside the building they have all kinds of refreshments/snacks, coffee, granola bars, etc. it's pretty clean and they have a fleet of vehicle selections. If you are in the market for a car, see them! They will take care of you. Ask for Hunter!

I purchased a vehicle from here and the salesman explained that my check engine light would go off after I left because the oil life just needed to reset, they also gave me the vehicle with not even enough gas to get home. The next day and weeks to follow the light remained on. I had to schedule an appointment at their auto shop (who do not work hand and hand because the person I talked to over the phone told me to talk to a man who was NO LONGER AN EMPLOYEE and hadn't been for years) which has almost no staff so they have terrible scheduling. I came for my appointment, was given a dirty vehicle while mine is being repaired, and because I was told they'd keep and work on the vehicle I JUST BOUGHT all day I went to drive home. Only to find out the replacement vehicle HAD BARELY ANY GAS and the check engine light is on! The guy has to basically promise me that I wouldn't be stuck on the side of the road going home! Save yourself the headache. I also told the lady that helped me purchase the vehicle there that I had a different address than the ones they had on paper before anything was submitted, she told me just change it with the bank later and it won't be a problem. Days later she's calling me at work asking me to change bank address, my insurance address all because they can't get the bank to approve because it's the wrong address, BUT I TOLD THEM THAT BEFORE IT WAS SUBMITTED! And then she kept pestering me to do fraudulent things to help her until I finally said no! Save yourself the headache!

Purchased a car here Thursday May 12th, its now been 6 days. While driving home from work the back of car which was clearly already lowered by someone gave out on me. I was literally on the freeway in downtown Seattle in heavy but fast moving traffic when I heard something break for no apparent reason! I called them and spoke with Brandon who assured me I would be well taking care of, will I better be be!!! LOL This is not how I imagined the first week going with this car, put $6k down on a $37K loan and almost died on Interstate 5 in less than a week! Other than the obvious reasons, I'm also upset I have to pay $400 to tow it to the dealership in Tacoma, I live in Seattle. I know it's a BMW but the now the car has already Cost me $400 6 days in. I assume they will need the car for days, possibly weeks to fix, who knows if this is covered by warranty, will the give me a loaner? I have so many questions and the first one is did I make a HUGE mistake buying this car? (THANK GOD NO BODY DAMGAGE HAPPENED DURING THE INCIDENT) WILL UPDATE REVIEW IF SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME.

They did right by me. In house financing 50% down and a short loan term. The vehicle's proven reliable and I am very pleased.

The service time to fix the problem, and their communication were top notch. The work was done several days before I could travel from Vancouver to pick it up. When I arrived at the train station in Tacoma, (in the process of Googling the address of Tacoma Dodge), I saw the yelp rating was less than ideal. I read comment after comment of mad people who had had a bad experience. (I don't think people with good experiences are as motivated to get on Yelp. So, I'm here to balance it out). They are in an industry where parts can be scarce, and it's obvious they are always busy working on someone's valuable possession. I would encourage every customer to post about their experience good, bad, or in between.

She makes me question my REALITY. Like what? I got really upset and annoyed how could the dealer all of a sudden decide to charge for an oil change??? After I started to defend my warranty ... All of a sudden she noticed it has a warranty. First she quotes me $160 + $13. But once she noticed that I am actually aware of my warranty she "drops it". Maybe don't quote people $160 until you look up their warranty. Think and read before opening your mouth. Then!! When I actually stood up for myself! She had the nerve to say " I don't like your attitude with me " ... Like!! Lady!!! You just tried to pocket $160. If I was loaded with cash and rich and didn't care - I could have easily just given her $160 cash or ran my card. And she. Would be $160 richer. BEWARE! - her name is Tammy Kalista -

(Pretty cool, right!?) That was the end of the good, once the car left the lot all professionalism or even common courtesy left with it. To make a long story short(and so it will fit into this review) here we go: On August 7th 6 days after buying the car I was driving down the highway and the car seems a little funny so I was going to pull off at the next exit. As I get off the whole car turns off and I luckily coast into a parking lot. I do a quick check under the hood and determine that I will not be able to drive it home. I have it towed home around 3 in the morning. The next morning August 8th I call AJ, the owner and he tells me he will call back around 1230. (This is the last he answered or took my calls) No call or call back. I would receive scattered texts and promises to call but no real solution or faith that one would be reached. I had the car towed to the local Goodyear and they said it is hydro locked and needs a new engine (this can't happen in the six days I have driven the car). I checked the oil and all fluids daily(again only had the car 6 days) because it was a used 2003. I also placed cardboard under it when parked at home to see if there where any leaks. There was some leaks, but nothing that indicated a catastrophic loss like this! And now today August 16, 2018 over a week since the car broke down and only 2 weeks after I bought the car he finally decides to call me(only after changing my review on Facebook and calling everyday for over a week). He tells me that he calls me on "his time and his schedule". No sense of urgency or care. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!
