    Tire sensor signs

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE!!!! from this dealership! I made the painful mistake of doing so. Purchased an infiniti from All American Motors. The General Manager stated the vehicle has been "thoroughly checked and tested" and "You don't have to worry about anything for a while". Well in about less than 30 mins on the freeway all of the check engine lights came on. Check engine, tire pressure Sensor and the vehicle was overheating. This dealership reset the computer so when I test drove the everything seem to operate fine. I'm told from other mechanics it's a sleazy way to make the car seem fully operational. Shame on All American Motors. I am asking you buyers/consumers out there to think about this. How would you feel if you purchased a vehicle from All American Motors and didn't make it home before a sensor coming on. See images below.

I went here last Friday. I discovered them through Craigslist from one of their ad on one of their vehicles that I was really really interested in. They are easily located right on South Tacoma Way. I want to start off with I didn't end up buying a vehicle from them but let me tell you why and why I'm still giving them a 5 star rating. As soon as I drove in around 5:30pm after work it seemed that every sales rep was tied up and busy as I wasn't greeted like usual. Keep in mind I am shopping around as I'm really in the market for a car. So I've been doing a lot of going to dealerships lately. I parked my car and I walked over to the car I had my eye on on the internet. Then a man came in that I later found out was the owner. He greeted me and told me he will be right back with the keys to the car that I've been checking out. After about a minute he comes out with a huge smile and we opened the car up as the remote was dead. It was a white 2013 Lexus LS 460. I got to sit down, start it up and introduced me to Hunter, one of his sales rep to accompany me on a test drive. They took a copy of my license and I was on the road in no time. Now this is not my first rodeo when it comes to car buying and doing business with a dealership. I know the car really well. I've done my research. I drive the car and I let Hunter talk to me about the car even though I know everything about the car. He is super nice! He is personable! And he was super open about the vehicle and that it turned out to be owned by the owner's dad. So I drive back as I don't need convincing. I know the car and I want the car before I even got it on the road. I tell him up front that I'm pre-approved through my credit union and he said they work with most through the CUDL program and that he can work with me and if not they have various options. To make the long story short Hunter seemed really genuine to me. He tried so hard to get me as close to where I wanted to be. But we just couldn't get to a deal with what I was comfortable to do and what they could do. So yes sadly I walked away, but in my opinion I never felt pressured or that awkward feeling you get when you are trying to go back and forth to get a deal. Hunter stayed professional and I could tell he was genuinely trying to make something happen for me. I just want to say that besides walking away without my dream car, I had a great experience here. I left without any ill feeling. These guys are honest with their business. Inside the building they have all kinds of refreshments/snacks, coffee, granola bars, etc. it's pretty clean and they have a fleet of vehicle selections. If you are in the market for a car, see them! They will take care of you. Ask for Hunter!

I purchased a vehicle from here and the salesman explained that my check engine light would go off after I left because the oil life just needed to reset, they also gave me the vehicle with not even enough gas to get home. The next day and weeks to follow the light remained on. I had to schedule an appointment at their auto shop (who do not work hand and hand because the person I talked to over the phone told me to talk to a man who was NO LONGER AN EMPLOYEE and hadn't been for years) which has almost no staff so they have terrible scheduling. I came for my appointment, was given a dirty vehicle while mine is being repaired, and because I was told they'd keep and work on the vehicle I JUST BOUGHT all day I went to drive home. Only to find out the replacement vehicle HAD BARELY ANY GAS and the check engine light is on! The guy has to basically promise me that I wouldn't be stuck on the side of the road going home! Save yourself the headache. I also told the lady that helped me purchase the vehicle there that I had a different address than the ones they had on paper before anything was submitted, she told me just change it with the bank later and it won't be a problem. Days later she's calling me at work asking me to change bank address, my insurance address all because they can't get the bank to approve because it's the wrong address, BUT I TOLD THEM THAT BEFORE IT WAS SUBMITTED! And then she kept pestering me to do fraudulent things to help her until I finally said no! Save yourself the headache!

Purchased a car here Thursday May 12th, its now been 6 days. While driving home from work the back of car which was clearly already lowered by someone gave out on me. I was literally on the freeway in downtown Seattle in heavy but fast moving traffic when I heard something break for no apparent reason! I called them and spoke with Brandon who assured me I would be well taking care of, will I better be be!!! LOL This is not how I imagined the first week going with this car, put $6k down on a $37K loan and almost died on Interstate 5 in less than a week! Other than the obvious reasons, I'm also upset I have to pay $400 to tow it to the dealership in Tacoma, I live in Seattle. I know it's a BMW but the now the car has already Cost me $400 6 days in. I assume they will need the car for days, possibly weeks to fix, who knows if this is covered by warranty, will the give me a loaner? I have so many questions and the first one is did I make a HUGE mistake buying this car? (THANK GOD NO BODY DAMGAGE HAPPENED DURING THE INCIDENT) WILL UPDATE REVIEW IF SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME.

Never going to have any vehicle serviced here again…read more Ever since my Toyota Highlander Hybrid (VIN: JTEEW41A682002477) suffered major engine failure, I've completely lost trust in this dealership's service department. I relied on the information and inspection reports provided to me during routine maintenance visits, only to later discover that serious issues with my vehicle were apparently overlooked or never properly communicated. At every oil change and service appointment, I received inspection reports filled with green check marks across the board, giving me the impression that my vehicle was in good condition. Looking back now, it feels like there was far more concern for selling overpriced services than actually ensuring the long-term health of my vehicle. By the time I realized something was seriously wrong, it was too late. My Highlander Hybrid eventually developed engine knocking caused by internal binding that interfered with engine rotation, and the P0A0F code appeared. That was the last day the vehicle was drivable. Now it sits at a shop lot while I try to figure out my next steps. Because of this experience, neither I nor my friends or family will be bringing vehicles to this service center again. Very disappointing experience. Never again.

The service time to fix the problem, and their communication were top notch. I was assigned a representative (Mikayla) who contacted me with all the estimates, and responded quickly to a voice mail I left her. The work was done several days before I could travel from Vancouver to pick it up. When I arrived at the train station in Tacoma, (in the process of Googling the address of Tacoma Dodge), I saw the yelp rating was less than ideal. I read comment after comment of mad people who had had a bad experience. (I don't think people with good experiences are as motivated to get on Yelp. So, I'm here to balance it out). They are in an industry where parts can be scarce, and it's obvious they are always busy working on someone's valuable possession. I would encourage every customer to post about their experience good, bad, or in between.

Here's a copy of my Google review…read more The general manager of this dealership should be fired. It was the most rude unprofessional and insulting experience of my entire business career. I had a concern that I wanted to bring to the attention of the general manager and he could not be bothered and got very insulting about it telling me that he was too busy and that I should only speak to his service manager. I told him this was a pretty big issue and I just wanted to speak to a general manager and he continued to berate me instead of willing to listen. I have worked in the corporate world all of my life all the way up to being a VP of sales and regional director of national and international companies. I would never treat someone the way this guy did and if one of my employees did it I would fire them immediately. I have purchased brand new vehicles on average once every 5 to 6 years my whole life including Mercedes dealerships vehicles. When I bought this truck that only has 33,000 miles on it now. It was brand new and I paid cash in full. One of the easiest customers you can sell to is a repeat customer that you take care of and you treat them well. This guy blew it. This general manager should be fired. I brought my truck in and these guys wanted to charge me $350 for a simple diagnostics test which is more than I ever paid anywhere but I said okay After that they called me back and said well they need to pull the engine apart a little bit more and it will be another $2,100 on top of that that may or may not be covered by the warranty. I asked the service department can you please verify it will be covered by the warranty and that that 2100 will count towards the repair and he said he couldn't verify it until after they do this further inspection until after I paid them another $2,100 which to me is unacceptable and seems very shady. I came in to have a calm professional nice conversation with the general manager and he couldn't be bothered. He told me he was too busy and he started insulting me that I didn't want to just talk to his service manager. I politely said look I really want to talk to you, can you give me a few minutes and instead this man was the most rude unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Based on those repair experiences I would tell anyone don't buy a vehicle here. Based on my experience with that general manager I would tell anyone don't buy a vehicle here. Frankly he should be fired immediately. As a sales professional my entire career in the corporate world one of the things I was always taught your best customers and the easiest one to make a sale to are the repeat customers that you take care of and you show them that you care. This general manager made the dumbest mistake he could have ever made, showing me his complete indifference that he couldn't be bothered and then insulting me in the conversation because he didn't want to listen to me for even 5 minutes. I have had the truck for 5 and 1/2 years now, purchased brand new from that dealership and I paid cash for it. It only has 33,000 miles on it and because this guy showed me he didn't give a damn I will never buy another truck there as long as I live. I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally in my entire life. I am a good customer who paid cash for his truck and this guy couldn't be bothered listening to me for 5 minutes without insulting me and being incredibly rude. This general manager clearly doesn't get it and he should be fired. He didn't even think how this could have potentially been a sales opportunity for him. I've had the truck for 6 years now and because of how insanely rude he was, because he couldn't be bothered giving me a few minutes of his time I will never buy another product from this dealership as long as I live.

My rear brakes started making noise so I took it to the local Ford dealership, Ford of Kirkland, because I had moved to King County. UCC denied my claim so I posted a negative review about Titus Will for using UCC. The Director of Customer Service, Dawn Walston, took immediate action! She contacted Ford of Kirkland to collect information and then reached out to UCC and spoke with the UCC claim adjuster's boss. Dawn really knows about car repair! She determined that the calipers did in fact fail and should be covered by my policy. She convinced UCC to honor my claim! In addition, she had a check sent to me directly from Titus Will to speed things up so I would not have to wait for a check from UCC because they're located in Colorado. WOW! This is customer service like I've never experienced! Titus Will did not make a dime off this repair and yet they were willing to go to bat for me! (Pretty cool, right!?) That was the end of the good, once the car left the lot all professionalism or even common courtesy left with it. To make a long story short(and so it will fit into this review) here we go: On August 7th 6 days after buying the car I was driving down the highway and the car seems a little funny so I was going to pull off at the next exit. As I get off the whole car turns off and I luckily coast into a parking lot. I do a quick check under the hood and determine that I will not be able to drive it home. I have it towed home around 3 in the morning. The next morning August 8th I call AJ, the owner and he tells me he will call back around 1230. (This is the last he answered or took my calls) No call or call back. I would receive scattered texts and promises to call but no real solution or faith that one would be reached. I had the car towed to the local Goodyear and they said it is hydro locked and needs a new engine (this can't happen in the six days I have driven the car). I checked the oil and all fluids daily(again only had the car 6 days) because it was a used 2003. I also placed cardboard under it when parked at home to see if there where any leaks. There was some leaks, but nothing that indicated a catastrophic loss like this! And now today August 16, 2018 over a week since the car broke down and only 2 weeks after I bought the car he finally decides to call me(only after changing my review on Facebook and calling everyday for over a week). He tells me that he calls me on "his time and his schedule". No sense of urgency or care. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!
