We have been waiting now for two months for All American Movers and their shipper Ameican Transportation to deliver our furniture and household goods to our new location. Each time we call they give us a new story about it bring shipped. The agent for this company is All American Moving. I supposed they contracted with American Pacific Transportation, US DOT #2524958, 16629 F Street, Victorville, CA. They packed and picked up our household goods on May 26, 2019, from our home in Tremonton, Utah. We were told they would ship in five to six days to Windsor, VA where we were relocating. We were then told they would deliver on or within three days of June 22, 2019. When they did not arrive in Virginia we called and they told us our household goods were in storage in Victorville, CA and would be out shortly on next truck. We call a few days later and were told something about their truck having problems in Texas?! We have been calling at least ten times in the past 60 days and each time they give us a different story. Four times they said it was being loaded and would go out the next day. It is now July 20, 2019. On Monday we talked with Tiffany at AAM and she said our things would be delivered in three days. It is now six days later and when I called the girl said they could not contact the shipper because they were closed until 12 noon EST, but would call me back. I called back at 2:00 PM EST and some man answered who said it was not his department and I would have to call back Monday! This was the same excuse they gave me last week. I called two weeks ago the FMCSA, Fed. Motor Carrier Safety Administration and was told the mover had thirty days grace period and they could do nothing. I called the BBB and they took my statement, but no help. I have nowhere to turn for help and all our furniture and have none of our household goods. There are medical supplies in the shipment and also all our financal records we desperately need. I hope this will warn someone else about these two companies. This company was recommended by my real estate agent and he did not steer me wrong. They were professional from the start. I called on Thursday, Tom came out and gave me an estimate on Friday. I said I wanted it Monday, no problem. On Sunday afternoon I called and asked to change it to Tuesday, no fuss, they said no problem. At 8am they showed up right on time. I did a quick run through, and they were off. They amazingly loaded everything from a 4 bedroom house, plus a very full garage in 3 1/2 hours the estimate was 5 1/2 hours. Vic , Roger, Carlos and Armando were excellent. A supervisor showed up as they were finishing to see how it had gone. I told him the truth; I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They are storing our things until we close on a new house and I have no doubt I will be just as pleased to have them deliver as I was that day. read more

With only a week to move out of our house before close of escrow, All American Movers was able to provide an estimate over the phone, and schedule our move on the day we needed. These guys handled a large move quickly and professionally! My crew was made up of Victor, Carlos, and Javier...what a polite, friendly bunch of guys. I've moved a few times and this crew was by far the most down to earth, genuine guys I've experienced. Loading time was efficient, unloading just as good. Stay away from this moving company for the sake of your peace of mind and your wallet. I've been a victim to their scam. They are unprofessional at best. Worst customer service ever. Deceitful, scammers, liars. Dont let the initial approce fool you. The moment you pay the initial fee, which is required in the form a 'NON REFUNDABLE' check they will get nastier and sneakier by the minute. Too bad I can't mention names for legal reason. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE. You will lose your money like I did and possibly your stuff. A great team from All American Movers moved our home a couple of months ago. Victor, Roger, Carlos, Javier and Jose carefully packed up our belongings and loaded them onto their truck. They asked what items needed to be packed and had a great plan on what to load first. Unloading went just as smooth. They would ask where we wanted boxes and furniture before bringing it into the house - which is great for a multilevel home. They were also patient too when we weren't sure where we wanted certain items. The team was quick, efficient and most importantly, careful with all of our possessions. I used All American Movers in 1998 and it was such a stress free easy move, I saw no reason to use any one else when moving my son in April 2017! Great choice. Can't say enough good things about this company. They showed up exactly at the designated time and introduced themselves and immediately wanted to do a walk through to see what they were up against. After the walk thru each of the 4 guys started loading up. The chemistry from the crew was amazing on how they knew what was expected. I've rarely seen a crew work so good together. No cussing among themselves but they worked a d bantered with each other so much that it was refreshing. I couldn't be happier with All American Movers. I called about 2 weeks before my move and they were able to get me in. The person I spoke to on the phone gave a price and stuck to it on the moving day (so great considering a lot of companies will have a bunch of add-ons). The movers showed up right on time(I think even a few minutes early, can't remember). They got right to work and were so speedy! What a great move! First off, even though it was raining this morning, the guys showed up 10 minuets early. Victor, Roger, Iggy and Julio were so nice and ran floor runners and pads thought out the house. After our walk through they set to work. Never once did I hear a complaint about the rain and every piece was wrapped in pads and plastic. It was fun listening to them tease each other and laugh as they worked. Cesar , Martine, and Freddy were great. I have used movers before and they were slow, these guys moved fast! They showed up on time reviewed the terms (which were told to be before on the phone) and went to work. They protected everything and made sure nothing got damaged. Customer Service rep Gili was also amazing. She gave me an upfront quote, told me she would follow up in a few days, and she did. No hidden charges here. We recommend All American Movers. Moving is stressful! On move day, Roger, Victor, Julio, and Carlos showed up on time with two trucks. Very quickly they were moving boxes and items and stacking them in the truck in expert fashion. If it wasn't tied down or nailed to the wall, they moved it! We moved locally earlier this week. We couldn't have asked for more competent and knowledgeable professionals as Joe, Sean, and Sabino. This company would ask for a deposit up front, then, halfway through the job, would double or even triple the costs.
