The two cashiers this weekend were the absolute sweetest! And the pizza was delicious, perfect amount of everything at a reasonable price!

For the 2 yrs. almost every week we order pizza from here, never once had I ever had an issue. There food is always hot and on time. The guy ( forgot his name) is always so kind and friendly. But today I am appalled at the young girl that answered the phone and beyond disappointed in the way this situation was handled. At 6:15pm on a Sunday I ordered an all meat pizza that tasted so sweet it was like there was pineapple on it and the removed or the cook used the same gloves for all the topping and then used the same pizza cutter. So, . I tried calling on several occasions but I was placed on hold - long holds. They were so busy last night and so I'd thought I'd wait to call again. Before I knew it time got away from me and they were closed. So I called today and asked for a manager, they were out and wouldn't be back until Wednesday. I told her my complaint, and she said sorry it's too late to do anything. When I told her my thoughts on possibly using the same gloves or pizza cutter and said well thank God I'm not allergic to pineapples. Her response was,"all of their customers let us know of an allergy, so we can make accommodations for them." I let her know that every week for 2 yrs we order pizzas from there; never once had an issue, but I have one today, and the managers are gone, won't be back till Wednesday and there's nothing she can do about it and she said yes that's correct I said OK well I guess I will start taking my business elsewhere. It's not even about replacing the damn 10.00 pizza. It's the way she talk to me. The way the situation was handled... very, very unprofessional. So if for any reason at all you have an issue... Please make sure you call the same day, they're not to busy, otherwise you'll be sitting on hold, and a manager is there... otherwise there's nothing that can be done!!! read more

I called in my order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I got there, 25 minutes later, they had lost my order and asked me to pull around while they remade it. I finally got my order 45 minutes after I ordered it and was still charged full price. Then, they forgot the ranch and had to go back for it. I got all the way home and the pizzas weren't even close to what we ordered. I called to let them know and was never offered an apology, discount, anything. The manager told me "they're just a small restaurant trying to keep afloat during covid". The whole time I was there only 1 other customers came. Don't try to use that as an excuse when there really are businesses hurting. And learn some customer service. read more

Love this pizza place. When my family and I are looking for a quick take out pizza All American is the way to go. A large specialty pizza, supreme, meat lovers, pineapple, and canadian bacon all $9 each. When you're ordering a pizza to go this is above and beyond anything else you can find in Edmond for take-out pizza. We here on a regular basis and never once have we had a problem with our order. Love AAP but my experience at this location has really soured my love of them. They placed the large pizza in a giant box so my father-in-law decides to measure the top pizza and it is near 11 inches not the 14 inches it should have been. Then while I am on hold he tells me one of the pizza's is wrong. All of this is fine mistakes happen. But the lady I spoke too had would not listen to me and swore that it was just in a larger box. She had a snarky attitude the minute I explained that a rules on the pizza is not effected by the box it is sitting in. Then when I get there to return the wrong pizza, she again had an attitude and wouldn't give me the pizza until she had shown my the pizza in the large box makes it look small. All is fine mistakes happen, the attitude and need to prove me wrong is what drove this experience to the very negative. Word of warning, check your pizza's before you leave the store! read more

If you're looking for inexpensive good pizza it's a great choice for take out; however, do not be expecting any type of quality customer service. The staff is primarily young people that are obviously not worried whether you come back or not. Having three kids and a busy schedule, we pick up pizza from All American quite a bit. They all seriously act like they are bothered when I call to place the order. I don't take it personally, but it makes me wonder how well they're doing the rest of their job (making pizza, cleanliness) if they can't greet the customers or even speak to them. I have tried their pizza today and it is much better then i expected. It does tastes better then some name brands but i would highly recommend to get extra cheese. But i was highly disappointed when i tried to order some wings. Only flavor wings they have is buffalo wings and nothing else. Not even plain. Ordered a supreme pizza for a late night meal. Quick and simple pizza. Plus side, SUPER SUPER CHEAP!! You get what you paid for. So simple toppings with a simple crust. Hey I'm not complaining though. We were told our pizza would be done within 20 minutes. When we arrived, pizza was done, and we received it piping hot. Toppings didn't fall off when we ate it, along w/ the crust not becoming soggy. I had the supreme thin crust and even with the thin crust, everything remained whole. Pizza is good but their customer service is below par. Was told my pizza would be ready at 6:12p got there at 6:12 and then was told it would be just a couple of mins. Pizza was already paid for. As I sat there my pizza was out under the heating lamp in front of me and finally after 20mins I went to the kid and said is that my pizza and told him my name again and he responds with yes it just came out. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I sent my husband to pick up an order and when he got home it was completely doughy. I called the store and was told "you have to bring it back to prove it or there is nothing we can do." I wasn't expecting anything for free but I did not want to drive 15 minutes back to the store. I threw the pizza in my oven at home and the wings in an air fryer. That attitude is not good customer service. I asked for a manager and was told they do not have one. This place is a JOKE, what's so crazy is it used to be my favorite. The last two times I have ordered from here my order has been wrong. Tonight I ordered a specialty and a pepperoni, I received neither. Then when I can to let them know I received some one else's pizza the response upon phone pick up is "we're closed". As I drove up I watched the girl at the drive thru window wipe her nose with her hand then hand the customer a receipt and then food. We've been eating a lot of pizza from a competitor for a cheap meal and it's half way decent when the pizza just comes out of the oven, but that is frequently not the case. Then I noticed an All American Pizza place very close by for only a $1 more ($5.99) for a one topping large pizza so i called them up and they said they make their dough fresh and only make the pizza when you're ready to order so they're not pre-made and getting dried out. We ordered and 15 minutes later i picked it up and the difference was night and day from the competitors place. It was clearly much fresher and cheesier and to me well worth the extra $1. If you want a low cost pizza that actually tastes good (including the crust) I highly recommend the All American pizza at 16726 N Pennsylvania Ave. in Edmond, OK. I'm torn with how to review this pizza restaurant. The pizza is always delicious. And the prices are great. However, the workers I have encountered while ordering are very unfriendly. For instance, I just called to place and order. The call was answered,no one said a thing, and the call was disconnected. This very well could have been an issue in my side with the audio in my phone. However, after several call back attempts, it seemed I was unable to get through again. (Phone rang and rang, and eventually disconnected) Finally, when someone did answer, they seemed bothered that I asked for a total of what I intended to order, prior to confirming my order. Additionally, I was brushed off the phone once advised it would take 15-20 minutes until ready. I do understand that pizza restaurants are usually quite busy. Especially during the dinner hours. I yelp near by pizza and "All American Pizza" showed up. I got two large pizzas for not very much money and they tasted great. Service was great and they had really cool boxes. DeAnn J. Good pizza, but pathetically bad customer service. Our order got duplicated on the online order. The staff at 12100 N. MacArthur recognized it was a duplicate and prepared one order. I picked up the one order. I was assured I would only be charged for one order. I was charged for two orders. I have called every day to get an owner or manager to call me. There is no way to contact anyone other than order takers and the order takers relay messages. The relayed messages have since resulted in being charged four times for the same order and two refunds. It has now been five days and no calls from management. one call from management would have resolved this. read more
