The food has always been bad but the customer service is the absolute worst. I know today is super cold but that's why I ordered from a place with a drive thru. But the employees were worried they would get chilly so they closed the drive thru. Now their customers have to get out in the cold and worse for those of us with little passengers either they also have to get out in the cold or I have to leave them in the running car. I leave my grandson hoping for a quick in and out and yes I was mad about the situation to begin with but every employee joined in on making fun of the old lady who really needed to drive thru. My wife ordered a family deal at 8:40 pm they close at nine. They told her we could place the order. I got there at 9:03 PM. Young man opens the window and states "we're closed". I stated my wife made an order and I was here to pick it up. He's states "oh I'm sorry we discarded that order we're closed". So you're going to make food and throw it away three minutes after 9? I'm sure the owner and/or manager would have different things to say since I would've happily tipped and PAID for my family's food rather than make my order and THEN discard it?! I had placed an online order at 6 and it said it would be ready by 6:30. When I got there at 6:30, there were 5 or 6 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, but the line went pretty quickly. When I got up to the window, the girl told me it would be another 10-12 minute wait because they were backed up on orders. No big deal. I ended up sitting there waiting for an additional 30 minutes. I wasn't handed my order until 6:58. The worst part is there was no apology for the extra wait. Just "here you go have a good night." Very unfortunate, because this is my favorite pizza place and I have ordered from here numerous times. Highly disappointed with the experience this time. read more

Granted it's not high dollar pizza. But, for less than $12 you get a large 3 topping pie that is hot and tastes good! It seems as though they have upgraded toppings. I've went there last night and ordered a pizza with extra cheese and light sauce. I got home and attempted to eat it but it was nasty. It had a ton of sauce and hardly any cheese. My son didn't mind and hand eaten some. I called them and told them they messed up my order and they said I had to bring the whole pizza back. I've been frequenting All American Pizza for quite a few months. Whenever we need a good pizza for a low price this is near the top of my list. There are other places nearby that over super cheap pizza but they usually are really hit or miss on quality. All American consistently makes a good pie with crispy crust, good ingredients and a very affordable price. Is it the best pizza in town? Absolutely not, but I don't always need the best and this is a great alternative nearby the house. The crust is made fresh supposedly, ingredients are well dispersed across the pie and they don't skimp on the cheese. Employees are friendly and I can usually get a fresh pie in 10 minutes. My biggest complaint is their hours. They close early and aren't always a available when I really need my pizza fix. Overall, a good pizza for a very good price. read more

I don't know why people don't give them better reviews. This is very good pizza for the money. They are courteous and your pizzas are always warm and ready on time. I personally love the veggie and the BBQ chicken. Hawaiian is my favorite pizza style in general, just not my favorite here. If you want to get a gourmet pizza, this is just not your joint. This is for "I need to feed a lot of people and stay within budget" kinda deal, or "I am going to watch tv and indulge myself with pizza" kinda deal.
