When my parents very old dryer stopped working, we reached out to that company and asked specifically for Fedor. When we found out, he no longer worked for the company, we were very disappointed. I just randomly put Fedor's name into yelp, and luckily his name came up as he just started his own company. We reached out to him and we're very happy to find that he was the same person and we hired him to fix my parents dryer. He came out in a timely manner to see the dryer and diagnosed it. He could've charged an arm and a leg to fix it but he was honest with his diagnosis. He ordered the parts which weren't easy to find on hand as the dryer is very old, but he got the parts within a few days and now the dryer is running great again. I tried everything to re-balance the machine with no luck. I called Best Price Appliance to have a technician come out next day, as I was dreading a trip to the laundromat. Shortly before the technician was scheduled to come out, I re-ran an empty load so that the technician could see what was going on. That is when I noticed it was actually an "OE" error code for a drainage issue (not "UE"). The technician Elisei contacted me 45 minutes prior to the appt to let me know he was on his way. He diagnosed the issue which was a clogged filter (and an easy fix). The technician was courteous and knowledgeable.
