My wife and I live in a 2-story, 110 year old home. It was completely renovated about 12 years ago prior to us moving in. A lot of construction took place. Large amounts of construction dust and particles got into our HVAC system and duct work. Additionally, we have many four-legged "children" who shed continuously. Needless to say, we suspected our HVAC and duct work needed a thorough cleaning. Symptoms: We have central air conditioning. In the summer, I noticed that the central A/C system would kick on in the morning and almost never shut off until after sundown. It would run continuously all day long. The worst part was that the house never felt cool enough for my liking. Of course, the inefficiency of the HVAC and duct work caused the central A/C system to really run up our electric cost. Before considering the duct work as the potential problem, I mentioned to my wife that we might be looking at replacing the central A/C system to the tune of about $3,000. Solution: Art and Javier from All Bright Carpet & Air Duct Cleaners to the rescue! They showed up on time and were very professional. They surveyed the entire duct work system and threw themselves into their work. They worked all day and tore into every duct with very effective mechanical (rotating) brushes that shook loose all the embedded debris. Then they vacuumed all the duct work clean and clear. Afterwards, they sanitized all the duct work. They even disassembled our static air filtration system, washed it, cleaned it, and reassembled it. They cleaned up perfectly before they left our home. You wouldn't have even known they were here all day. Results: After Art and Javier completed the HVAC and duct work cleaning we turned the central A/C back on. To my amazement, I could feel air circulating in different locations of the house that I'd never felt before. I also noticed that the house cooled down much more efficiently. For the first time since we've lived here, the central A/C system actually cycles on-and-off the way it's suppose to. The incredible thing is that it'll cycle for only a few minutes and that'll drop the house temperature by the requisite 2° or so necessary for the thermostat to shut off. It's truly miraculous! I'm willing to bet that our electrical use for central A/C is going to be about 1/4 the cost of what we were spending in the past. Recommendation: If you are experiencing poor air flow and/or the lack of heating or air conditioning in your home, you need to call Art and Javier of All Brite Carpet & Duct Cleaning. They are miracle workers! They saved us over $2,000 on the replacement of our central A/C system. They honestly and truly care about their business and it shows in how hard they work. We called All Brite to clean our carpets. I loved the special attention they gave us and they really went over the really dirty spots to make sure the carpet was clean. The carpet looks new. They are really amazing. Do not fall for the cheap air duct cleaning offers you get in your mail. They do nothing and actually can even hurt and damage your duck work. If you want to get it done right - call All Brite. I had them clean vents and carpets in the house I moved into and they did an amazing job. I redid the flooring in most of the house and had the carpet stretched. Accessories were removed from the rooms, and only the emptied larger pieces of furniture remained. While I had cleaned it myself in the past, now was an excellent time to have it professionally cleaned. I emailed Art the square footage and his price was really good, included cleaning under all furniture and deodorizing, so I didn't even ask for a senior discount. Art helped us when no one else would! Believe it or not we had a flying squirrel (seriously!) that got into our duct system and died. We called HVAC, duct, exterminators, and special wildlife exterminators. Art was the only one who would come out and help. Most companies literally hung up on us when we said dead rodent. Art and his assistant searched our entire system and did CSI-level searching until they found the deceased critter. He removed it and cleaned our system. I made an appointment a few weeks back to have my 2 couches cleaned with Art at All Brite. I emailed a few different places and chose this Company as they were very responsive, priced right, and I had a good overall feeling. We spoke briefly on the phone to decide a good after the holidays date. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on time. Super nice and friendly. He listened when I showed him a few problem spots and made sure to concentrate on them. While he was here I asked about Scotch Guarding and he was able to also do that service today for a great rate! Explained the benefits in detail and didn't over exaggerate what the product does (like they do in the furniture store). He took his time and did an amazing job. I even asked for a few cards so that I could hand them out to family and friends. I don't post too many reviews on Yelp, but use it so often to find services..... It's time I start giving back. Art and his guys cleaned my house a couple weeks ago. It looked almost clean smelled dingy and later when it dried I saw some watermarks. I called up Art to which he said I must have spilled something and that he had left it clean and that I had done the inspection. So I have been living in my home for about 2 years now and have never had the vents cleaned or looked at. I know there was visible debris and quite possibly cat hair and dander from the previous owners, but didn't rush to get it done. We finally go tired of the ongoing allergies and decided to do it. They just came in this morning and got the air ducts cleaned/brushed/sanitized and deodorized, as well as the dryer vent. I originally did not think the dryer vent was necessary, but still opted to get it done at the same time. Let me tell you that the amount of debris that was in there was unexpected (about 2 feet in of a birds nest and lint). I just dried my first heavy load of clothes in about 14-15 minute. Yesterday, it would have taken at least 30 minutes, maybe 45. With that said, I'm already confident that the air duct cleaning will prove to show a difference in my and especially in my husband's allergies. So worth it! Loved the professionalism or Art and his crew. Definitely good people and very hard workers. Just as reference, I have a 1800 sq. ft ranch home and they were in and out in close to 5 hrs. I hardly ever write reviews, but this company deserves it. The owner Art and his worker Javier are the best. The first time I hired them was to clean my dryer vent and Art the owner sent out Javier to clean the vent and he did a great job took his time explained and showed me how dirty it was and a new part that needed to be replaced. So since I'm the new home owner to my place I wanted to have the air ducts cleaned and I called Art back since they were so friendly the first time why not call them back. I really don't know much about how the air ducts got cleaned, but Art took the time to explain all that they do and how long it would take. He even went a step further and came out to my house to show me what he would do and explained everything to the point I understood everything about how air dusts got cleaned. So of course I hired them. The day of the cleaning they came out on time and even took off their shoes when they entered my house and changed them to inside shoes. They were there for a few hours and did a great job. All Brite Carpet & Air Duct Cleaners are phenomenal. Art is very knowledgeable in his work. I had a carpet salesman track grease from his shoes all over the bedroom carpet I was thinking about replacing, which made me so furious that I resolved to have the carpet cleaned that night. Hire these guys. My partner and I just bought a house and wanted to have the duct work cleaned. I choose to go with All Brite for one simple reason, they had all excellent reviews. I must say I was a bit skeptical, but I gave it a shot anyway. I called All Brite because of the excellent reviews on Yelp. There was a foul odor in my house and I wanted the air ducts cleaned. I thought that we may have had a dead animal somewhere in the ducts. Art, the owner answered the phone on a Saturday (!) and we talked for a while and scheduled a cleaning for the Monday. He arrived on time, and called me in advance to let me know he was coming. He and his partner Javier thoroughly inspected my house, opening all vents, taking videos and spent a long time trying to figure out where the odor was coming from. He determined that the odor was coming from the water heater exhaust pipe. They remove the pipe and found a dead, burnt squirrel in there! DISGUSTING!!!! They disposed of the dead squirrel and went to Home Depot to buy me a brand new exhaust pipe for the water heater. They came back and installed it too. The next day they returned and cleaned out the air ducts and sanitized them too. They were at my house for 7 hours and I knew when I walked in the door that everything was really clean. They were incredibly professional and honest! And the went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend them and would definitely call them again. read more

We have had our off-white living room & dining room carpet cleaned three times in the last 10 years, and no one else did nearly as good a job at removing all the stains as All-Brite. They spent about twice as long cleaning the rug as the other companies we used in the past, plus our carpet was dry the next day. They also did the carpeting on our stairs and they look new.
