We had a couple reservations about a truck we were looking at, so I had the sales rep write a clause into our purchase agreement, giving us 10 days to have it inspected by our own mechanic. We scheduled it with our mechanic for later in the week, and on day three, the fuel line blew while my husband was driving it- spewing diesel fuel all over the truck and highway! He drove it straight to our mechanic, who said it was a hazard to even have on his lot- and recommended NOT going through with the purchase. Not only did they try and talk our mechanic into fixing it so they could "force us" to keep it (after we called and said there's no way we would buy it in this condition), but he kept our downpayment to pay for the piece of junk to be towed back to the dealership! When we called them about them giving us our money back, based on our agreement, the owner said he would refund only the difference it took to fix and tow, since they had to pick it up just south of Salem. THIS WAS NOT THE ARRANGEMENT WE MADE! We are now out over $1,000 from this whole ordeal. Oh... and almost 3 months later, still waiting for our "difference" check! Chris/Faraed completely lied to me. Worst car buy experience I've ever had. I travelled from out of state for this very specific car. I'd had multiple conversations with Chris/Faraed. Every time he assured me the car was in excellent mechanical condition and needed nothing. Unfortunately I trusted him. I got it home and took it to Honda to have the power seat fixed three days after buying it. There they found that the power steering rack had a leak ($1518) and the timing belt was original and the oil pump was leaking oil all over the timing belt ($1656). Plus lots of other little things for a grand total of 3890.95 (minus 20% for my student discount thankfully) Black transmission fluid. Original spark plugs. Called the state today to see the status of my title a month later and they haven't even received it yet!!! Now I can't even drive the car I got ripped off for. Do not under any circumstances by a car from this guy! The one I bought appeared very clean and presented well and I trusted Chris and his "mechanics." On the plus side what he did was illegal and I've talked to several lawyers and have signed affidavits from our local Honda dealer stating these problems are ones he should have been aware of according to Oregon state law. I also have his emails assuring me everything was in great working order as inspected by his mechanics. read more

I purchased a car from them at the beginning of March 2016 and was very pleased with the experience. They helped me obtain financing and gave me fair price on the vehicle. Although there was a delay in receiving the title from auction, Chris went out of the way to actually take it through Washington Emissions for me and then to the DMV office to get titled/registered. I had great service at All Cars Auto Sales -they did not try to upsale me, I was able to keep in my price range - I had a 2007 Subaru stick which I wanted to trade in for a 2007 Subaru automatic - Chris (owner) gave me a fair trade in and said his mechanic would show me that the timing belt had been recently changed, which he did and he also said he would replace the 4 tires with better ones (not brand new but with better tread) The car has been running great, I do need a car FOB but their salesman said if I get one he will program it to the car for me. It didn't take too long - I had other places holding me there for hours until I got pissed and walked out. Bought a 2003 Ford Explorer from Ray. A couple months after it needed new brakes, then the driver window stopped working, the heater and air stopped working, needed a full tune up, seven months later the engine blew. Called Ray to see if there was something that could be done. Went in to talk face to face with him and he said he could take it as a trade on another car, but would have to pay off my loan and then find a "really cheap engine" for the Ford and fix me up in another vehicle, when I called to get the ball rolling he avoided my calls for over a week. I called and could hear him talking in the background and when the person on the phone asked who I was, the guy would say my name out loud and Ray would get quiet. I ended up going to his business for a face to face and he lied and said he had been out of town. He then told me he wasn't going to buy off my loan but tried to talk me into purchasing a different vehicle and putting it in my adult son or daughters name. Even began to try to figure a way that we could pump up their income so that they could get a loan. I already had one piece of junk sitting in my yard and wasn't about to buy another one from him. Then he said he could have his mechanic fix my Ford and I could pay it off in payments. He told me he would talk to his mechanic and get back to me the same day or the next. He never did call me. So of course I called him. He pretends he is not there. I can hear him in the background. Has completely avoided me and obviously could care less about the situation. Buyer Beware. This company isn't honest, there is no integrity and they don't care about their customers. Though Ray seems like a great guy, very friendly, comes off as caring and honest. He will tell you how all the other "used car dealers" get their cars from auctions and don't even fix them up and sell them to their unsuspecting customers. He claims he is different and he sends all the cars he buys from auctions to his mechanic and they get a thorough go through before he puts them on his lot. Clearly he is just out for the sale. I am stuck with a piece of junk that is sitting in my yard collecting dust and I've still got to make payments on it. I could have walked away with maybe an inkling of respect for Ray had he not be such a coward and just said from the gate there is nothing I can do to help you instead of leading me on thinking he gave an damn. He knew from the beginning when I told him the engine blew that he had no plans to try to rectify the situation. It isn't right when I had the vehicle for less then seven months for it to have a blown engine. The very least Ray could have done was meet me half way on the cost of fixing the vehicle. Long story short: On Jan. 22, we bought an 03 Acura from All Cars Auto Sales. The check engine light came on the first day so we could not DEQ the car. All Cars sent the car to their mechanic, who destroyed the cars computer. Two months later we are told the repair part is at least two months out. We have requested a refund on several occasions. Chris (owner) refuses to deal with us until all options for him to fix the car have been exhausted. This is not satisfactory to us. We want to get this behind us and move on. Communication and customer service is not on their priority list. I bought an SUV and they completed a repair on the car. They had the car for 3 weeks and no one let me know the status. I had to keep calling every week to find out what was going on. When I asked for a call back....nothing. I finally got my car, took it thru DEQ and gave them the paperwork. It took them 3 weeks to submit the paperwork to DEQ. Finally on 8/2 I got a call that my plates were there. I asked them to mail them to me and 3 weeks later I still hadn't received my plates. I called twice and talked to Adam; was told Chris would call me back. Did that happen...no. Called again and talked to Chris. He said the plates were sent and didn't seem to care to much that I hadn't received. After much fuss about it, he told me the lady that does their paperwork would call me on Monday. Five days later still haven' received a call, so I had to go down to DMV myself and pay for new plates. These people are horrible when it comes to basic customer service. read more

DMV says they have 30 days to get them the paperwork but they have not done it. I keep calling and they say the owner of the business is the only one I can deal with but he's only in a couple hours a day. read more

After they neglected to process paperwork for our F250 trade in long enough for the bank to pull the payment from our account, it took weeks to get them to pay us back for their error. Eventually (almost two months from the trade in) they did pay off our F250 but if we did not have auto pay we would have had a late fee and ding on our credit because they did not hold up their end of the deal. Unprofessional. Now here we are with our new jeep getting a brand new sunroof because the one in it leaked and couldn't be fixed ($2200) and getting ready for new struts because they neglected to fix them as they stated they would in our paperwork. This all really doesn't matter after tomorrow because WE CAN'T DRIVE IT WITHOUT LICENSE PLATES! Our second temporary expires today and our plates still have not arrived, surely due to the fact that they haven't processed the necessary paperwork for this to happen. This has been the absolute worst consumer experience ever. Do not deal with them. Do not look at their lot. Do not browse their page online. They are complete frauds. read more
