My wife and I noticed a lot more spiders in the home, wasps in the backyard, and a few black widows that were concerning so we gave Grant a call. This guy really knows what he is doing, he is extremely knowledgeable, and is a true professional. Grant was able to answer all questions I had, he was thorough, and gave me a lot of useful information about pest prevention that I had no prior knowledge of. I was very pleased about the amount of brushing Grant did in the eves and around the house. I was impressed that he even sprayed around the fences in the back yard and areas that I wasnt expecting. I started service with Grant 3 months ago. I must admit I was never one to hire pest control, but the black widows became more than I wanted to deal with anymore. Grant came out for his initial service, and I'm sure it's one he will not soon forget..... with his discounted start up promotion, I'd be willing to bet Grant worked for less than minimum wage that day. Not to mention in the end of June heat. Honestly, I have not seen any pests, especially the black widows. I get a heads up before every visit and a detailed service report after every visit. You will be hard pressed to find a more dedicated professional individual. I would highly recommend Grant to anyone. I rarely recommend people..... Grant is the exception. read more

I can't say enough positive things about the wonderful experience we have had with Grant at All Clear Peat Control! He is extremely knowledge, super friendly, explains things in layman terms, and doesn't try to push you on sales. We were so very fortune to have found him! He went completely above and beyond our expectations! We had heard some scratching and large movement sounds from under our hallway floor. What the heck was it?! Certainly not a mouse because it sounded much larger - maybe a rat or some other scary thing! I talked to Grant on the phone and he explained if it was something big like a wildlife critter, he won't be able to take care of it because you have to have a special license. He did have a great Wildlife reference for me of a company that he often worked hand and hand with and even though it looked like Grant wasn't going to be able to get our business, he still wanted to come over and just look around - free of charge! He came out and found one spot that a rat had shimmed under my siding to get underneath my house. Then the Wildlife Guy came out discovered that we had a family of raccoons living under our house, removed them, and sealed all the opens around the bottom of the house. We hired Grant come out and lay traps under the house and in the attic. It's a month process where he lays the traps, checks in 2 weeks, lays more if need be and checks again in 2 more weeks. We really liked that! So we thought we were all set - wrong! That raccoon family who had such a great time under my house also brought in loads of fleas! We have no pets, so were knew where they came from - both Grant and the Wildlife Guy confirmed it. The fleas came up through the floorboards and carpet and were continually biting us! Thank goodness Grant had a solution for us! He sprayed the whole house 2 weeks ago and things have been 100x better! I HIGHLY recommend All Clear Pest Control!! I spoke with Grant on the phone along with calling about a dozen other pest control companies. He was very patient and knowledgable about our issues and was timely in his responses. He came to our house on short notice for a major ant problem and explained everything he was going to do. We had a wasp problem as well and he assured us he could take care of that too. We literally had ants throughout our house both upstairs and downstairs and within about 12 hours of him coming they were virtually non-existent. The next morning they were completely gone. Along with spraying the outside of our home as well, he knocked down existing wasp's nests and even sprayed our daughter's play structure that had them before. All of his equipment is environmentally friendly which allowed us to be outside later that day. His rates are reasonable and he goes far beyond just simply spraying around the house, he truly fixes the problem. I was so impressed with the owner's (Grant's) response to the bug issues we were experiencing. I had issues with carpet beetles and other pesky pests (spiders, ants, etc). The previous pest company did not show for a scheduled appointment to spray for the carpet beetles and never contacted me to re-schedule. I was not happy with their lack of service/communication and decided to search for another company. I found Grant by pure luck, because we live in a very secluded area where it's hard to find certain types of services. After, I contacted Grant, he said he was able to come out to my area and he scheduled an appointment with me the following day. WOW! This is my first Yelp review and Grant definitely deserves my positive sentiments because he has excellent customer service, he's respectful of my home, he's reliable and does an amazing job. He also calls or texts before he arrives which is a great heads up.
