I have gone to these guys for three different vehicles now. They have always been honest, professional, and they do a great job. The muffler install they did on my 2000 Camaro SS was complemented by my "normal" mechanic because of the obvious care taken to make the install smooth & even (dual exhausts). They did not know who did the install when they made the compliment. AMS is also very honest about their advice. If they don't think something will benefit you, they will let you know, even if that means they don't make a sale. For my birthday I was offered by my gf to either buy me a bedliner for my truck OR dual exhaust. That is a NO BRAINER and I chose dual exhaust because that is some MANLY sh!t. Plus I have a big V8 in my truck and honestly it sounded almost as quiet as a damn family car. I had a connection to go here and was nothing but pleased. They were super cool people and did a top notch job. Installed a two chamber flowmaster which grumbles so awesomely that my junk moves a lil bit when I hit the gas. Finished it off with BIG, CHROME tips. My truck sounds fricking macho now. They did awesome work and I am very happy. Wow! What can I say about Mark at All Muffler?! He was an amazing help to me this past week in regards to some work I was having done on my brothers car! Between him and Michael, they made me feel like I was their only customer! My brothers car was not passing smog and they didn't want me to replace anything that I didn't have to. They showed me what they found under the car, fixed exhaust leaks, helped me find someone to raise the car a couple of inches so the exhaust system would stop scraping the ground (which was causing holes...making leaks)...seriously went above and beyond! After a new Cat Converter and new O2 Sensor...the car finally passed....Whew! Their main concern was that I didn't spend money where I didn't need to...great people! My 1992 Jeep Cherokee exhaust was burning my carpet. It took Mike about 3 seconds to find the problem and about 10 min to fix in-between talking with me. Replaced original muffler that had a hole on top which was leaking hot exhaust into the floorboard. When you walk into the office you can see these guys take metal fabrication to the next level. All the furniture and knickknacks are made from exhaust parts which advertised the business in a unique way. The metal multi gear revolving lamp was fascinating. Mike was not only professional but treated me on a personal level as well. When I spend money, I like to ask questions to the point of being annoying. He answered every one from what is the difference between a stock and performance muffler, how long he had been doing this line of work to how he keeps his shop so clean and organized. My overall experience is that I felt welcomed at this establishment and was treated with professionalism, kindness and respect. Based on past 5 Star reviews I decided to give All Muffler Service a try. I was NOT disappointed! Mark Price, the owner, confirmed that 1 of the catalytic converters on my SUV needed to be replaced; not all 3 converters like the last shop recommended! Total cost (parts and labor) was under $500. Took my car in today around 4:30 pm. The shop closes at 5:30, but Mark got my car on the lift to check it out in a few minutes. I had an idea of what was wrong with my car and he told me plain and simple what was wrong. The estimate was free which was nice and he gave me the quote. A lot less than I expected as my mechanic cousin said a shop would probably want to change out most of my exhaust system. Mark said it wasn't completely necessary and it would be cheaper to just replace the one part. Saved me a bunch of cash. I gave him the go ahead to fix it and figured I would have to leave it over night. To my surprise, he immediately got to work and stayed late to get the job done. Very good customer service. The obnoxiously loud problem was fixed and I was on my way. This is my first experience with All Muffler Service and I am very pleased. Extremely Rude over the phone. Called to ask a simple question about working on european cars. He answered yes, and i explained I have a track car that needed to have downpipes installed. He asked what I would do with the Cats, and I answered honestly that its an "off road" car and they would be boxed until i wanted to drive on the road. In the middle of my answer, he cut me off and said cant help you, hung up the phone. My second question was to also have exhaust installed on our 2015 chevy Tahoe. Just lost business because your an ass. Edit: Mark as I cant reply, ill add to my add to address your statment. It was a simple questions as I was referred to you. I wasnt "cut off" I was hung up on. Proper customer service would be to ask if there was anything else I can help you with. Instead of apologizing, you make an excuse as to why your employee was rude. I just moved to the area, and put exhaust on 5-6 cars a year, all legally. This was for a track car, which I can sign a release of liability as long as you see the registration is "off road use only" nice try though. read more

Called All Muffler service for a possible exhaust/ muffler for my C280 benz commute car. Asked Mark for a suggestion on type of muffler. He said bring it in, and if your car has a large resonator we could just delete the muffler, and it will sound great. Me trusting Mark as the owner with all the experience said sure. So, i picked out a set of tips, and he proceeded to do the install. 225 bucks later just for deleting a muffler seems a bit pricey, but he finished quickly, and i was on my way. Well, as soon as i took it for a five minute drive the droning in the car was terrible. Needless to say, i called Mark up informed him i was not happy with the droning, and does he have a better option besides a straight pipe. He suggested a glass pack which he said was only 35% quieter than the straight pipe. I said just put the old muffler back on not trusting his judgement anymore. 45 dollars more, and 270 bucks down the drain. read more

I was just looking to set up a future appointment being so late in the day. He took the time to get my vehicle up on the lift and examine them, then explained to me why the smog shop was wrong. He even pulled an associate in from the shop next door to confirm, and gave me options so I can pass smog. He took over 30 minutes with me, and then he refused to bill me at all.
