Such a COOL experience becoming a real life snowman in the full body cryo! Tiffany was very welcoming her energy just draws you in! She was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the entire process (very mindful) and was sure to check on me a few times to make sure I was okay! (very demure) . If you follow the procedures you have zero risk of anything besides getting chilly AF , 10/10 would do again. Also Peyton at the front desk was super chill and very friendly as well! Side notes: -don't touch the walls inside the cryo machine, even with gloves on. This is a very honest and transparent review. The services they provide are cool and helpful if you are someone like me that works out a lot and need a wellness center to help with recovery, but the owner seems to just want to get as much $ out of people as possible, the prices here are just unreasonable which is why I left. In addition the hours are odd and they are closed on Thursdays and Sundays, so if you are someone who works later in the day it will be hard to get in to use their services. I recommend Chilnout Express in Mission Hills! $100 a month gets you unlimited sessions and they offer everything this place does plus a more welcoming environment and better hours. read more

I've done almost every single service they offer and it's never a hassle to ask questions or concerns. Everything is about comfort. The results I see are the next day for me personally. The cryo facial leaves your skin glowy for weeks. Really just refreshed and moisturized. When using the slim sculpt they give you a step by step on how it works and how I can adjust the intensity if I can do more myself. The sauna pod is a dream for me and I always fall asleep. I've tried almost everything there from full body Cryo, spot treatment Cryo, compression legs, infrared sauna, t shock fat freeze and facials (my faves), and salt therapy (great for my toddler). The girls that work there are amazing (Tiffany, Peyton, Nina, Damaris). I love that they have regular deals and I love that the new owners kept almost everything exactly the same so there doesn't seem to be too much of a break in service. This place is phenomenal. I've tried each and everything here. My go to things Cryo chamber followed up sauna pod for extra calorie burning, detoxing. It also leaves you warmed up after you leave. It's super refreshing and it's an amazing way to start your day. Not to mention that's double calories burned when you stack them back to back. PS cryo is great for hangovers ! Always fixes me up on bad days. LED MASK - ahhmazing. I have rosacea and this treatment is awesome. I usually use the blue light setting or white to calm my red skin and it ends with a minute of cool cryo air. Anti aging facial - this is my ride or die treatment. It is literally an instant face lift. If you have wrinkles or any forming then this is where you need to be. I corrected fine lines and kept coming every few months as maintenance. Each time you tighten your skin it builds off the last treatment. Cryo t shock - at this point my whole body will be under this machine Lol! I've done my arms and stomach so far. The skin on my stomach was able to tighten so much I've seen abs for the first time in my life. It's pretty epic. This treatment is also permanent and builds more each time. No down time or pain. No side effects. Lastly - service here is unmatched. I always feel like I'm at a spa here. The owner Michelle is truly amazing and makes every single person here feel welcome. Today this morning at 9:45 am I was excited to have my cryo-facial done for the first time. I was even more excited that the clinic is only one block away from my house. My appointment was 10:00 am. Being a veteran or anyone with professionalism I always show up to all my appointments 15 minutes early. There was a receptionist who did not look friendly. She came to open the door and said she wasn't ready for me. Instead of inviting me in to sit down she made me stand there and close the door. Then another gentleman came and she opened the door for him. That was one of the rudest experience I had in a very long time and I just will not tolerate it! Needless to say I will not be back and will tell friends and family to go elsewhere. What a waste of time and I called to go into work late for this. VERY unprofessional!!! read more

I initially tried Cryotherapy back in 2019 with a cryo facial. There was an introductory deal on Facebook so I was excited to try. They utilize a wand that can either warm or cool your face. I liked it so much I signed up for a few more sessions! Because I don't have much signs of aging, I didn't see a major change, but I did see improvements. After that life went on and then 2020. They sent me an offer that was too good to pass up with only a 2 month required commitment. Cryotherapy, sauna pod, cryo spot treatment, LED mask and compression therapy. Unlimited! It was too good to pass up! Cryotherapy has helped boost my energy, helped alleviate some of the COVID-19 induced stress and amongst other great benefits. But what I love most, three minutes can burn up to 800 calories! An hour on the elliptical won't burn that much! Combine that with the infrared sauna pod and the potential to burn around or more than your daily caloric intake was so great! As hungry as I was after my appt, I tried to be careful not to overeat despite how much I burned off. I've been able to lose some of the quarantine weight that I gained. I love the LED mask followed by a quick cryo mask. I'm definitely looking into getting a LED mask for myself, if only I can find a device to do cryo mask at home too! I love this place! Amanda, Michelle and Jeremiah are all so nice. My schedule is pretty random but they have been so accommodating to fit me in. Trying Cryotherapy for the first time has been a great experience. I do feel like I have a little more energy and have been sleeping a little better. Doing the saunapod after is the best, I always feel pretty refreshed after it. I want to try the facial next time. This plaza is pretty busy but you usually can find parking easily. They also let me bring my daughter with me which helps so much on not needing a babysitter. Great service and staff is positive and like to motivate you to better yourself. read more

All My Cryo is my home away from home, scratch that it is my home. I did 10 sessions of the T-Shock on my stomach & the results are astounding!! I've seen not only my stomach fat go away & stay away but my waist change too! My body hasn't just changed but the way I see my body has. When I began this journey I struggled with how I saw myself in the mirror everyday, and just in loving my body. Let's just say the first session I went in for I was very emotional & holding back tears at the thought of someone literally focusing on my stomach for an hour. Hannah did my first session & immediately put my mind at ease we chatted about books & boys completely taking my mind off of my body. Throughout our sessions and talking I found myself slowly starting to accept & appreciate my body again. I don't know exactly when it happened but today I put on a tight fitting dress & for the first time in my life I didn't hate how I looked. I used a groupon to get introduced to this new facility. As I walked in for my appointment I noticed a very clean office and reception/front desk employee was Super nice. I was asked to sign a waiver and then used the bathroom- very clean area. I noticed several areas of equipment for anti aging and relaxation- but here is where I wish I could give 5 stars- absolutely no introduction or tour , no information about the facility their mission statement their other services- I was guided into the infrared sauna room and instructed to get in pod and the attendant set the machine on and left- I had a good experience but not a great one - read more

Started cyro therapy last week. Initial session I was nervous considering I was inside a -200 degree freezer chamber for 3 minutes. After, I felt relaxed,calm, and joint discomfort was relieved. I decided to wait a few treatments in to write my review for this one. I came to All My Cyro to see if their infrared sauna would give me some relief from what I hope is temporary nerve damage. I called to see if they are open for business and was greeted by a very knowledgeable, professional voice. It was easy to make an appointment. Once I arrived I could see that the establishment is clean, uncluttered and staffed with very pleasant helpful employees. Now the infrared sauna... YAY, 20 minutes in a heated pod with my head sticking out and being cooled with fans. I need to bring my headphones next time so I can choose my music. Immediately I could feel the benefit and results of the treatment. I have been 3 times now and the pain has diminished substantially. I am grateful for this service and may consider some of their other treatments. I also loved the fact that I am never given the "hard sell" on other procedures. Michelle was the most accommodating throughout the treatment and answered any and all of my questions. After my treatment, she happily gave me a tour of the facility and all the services they offer. Not only do they have cryo, but hey have cryo facials, infrared sauna pod, fat freezing, and this vibration machine that give you the results of a 60 minute workout in 10 minutes.
