After my original caterer canceled on me 3 weeks before my event, I googled caterers in the area. I found Jose and All Party Catering through Yelp. Jose was able to cater my event and not only agree to a 3 week notice, but he was on top of everything. Being that I was already freaking out and not trusting anybody in fear of another cancellation, Jose would communicate with me constantly to let me know where we were from a planning stand point. For me service is everything and if I can give them 100 stars, I would. I am definitely going to use All Party Catering again for my future parties. I was very excited to have Jose's company cater our wedding a couple weeks ago. When I spoke to Jose I felt like I was going to be 100% taken care of unfortunately when the day came it was a mess. His staff didn't have a plan, his staff had my family setting up the tables. I paid for the ceramic, the flutes and glass ware. Half of my tables didn't have napkins, didn't have flutes for the toast. His staff didn't go around and serve drinks to my guest. But the absolute worst part was the food ran out. It was so embarrassing. My last 3-4 tables didn't get rice or rolls. They were very limited. His staff members even admitted to not being enough food for 150 Guest. Mind you it was technically for 140 guest. His staff were rude and didn't want to serve my photographer, videographer, & DJ. I was so embarrassed. What bride wants to be calling their cater 3 times on their wedding day? I'm sadden to be writing this review because Jose is a very nice person but just so unorganized. He refunded me a joke of 150 dollars. Please Jose be more organized with your team it was an embarrassing moment for to have your catering services at my wedding. And your refund was a complete joke since I paid extra to have your dirty dishes my mom had to keep returning. read more

CCPKUAD, California Coalition of PKU and Allied Disorders, used All Party Catering Services for a non-profit fundraiser in Tustin in June 2018 for about 80 people. We worked with Jose who was just awesome to do business with. He was extremely prompt in submitting a quote thru Yelp and then after we chose him, very easy to work with as we adjusted our final numbers. We had a Mexican food theme for the picnic and it was DELICIOUS! SO MUCH food that was SO GOOD. We had no problem getting rid of any leftovers! We were asked by many in our group who the caterer was. Did I mention how great the food was? All Party Catering has a very reasonably priced menu and they gave us prompt delivery and set up. My new favorite catering company! Jose was very helpful and was quick to respond. After we confirmed the date he called me a week before to confirm all last minute details. I booked all party catering over 1 year in advance for my wedding, and was pleased with the whole process, communication etc. unfortunately the night of my wedding didn't go anything like I had hoped for. We were supposed to have food for 175 guests, however, about 20 minutes into my reception my coordinator informed me that the caterer stated they only brought enough food for 150 "but it should be enough".. my coordinator also informed me that she had to use the venues disposable napkins and utensils to make up for what they didn't bring. I didn't worry about it, I knew there were people who didn't end up showing up so I just hoped it would run smoothly and we would have enough. Shortly after, I find out the food has run out and my guests are being served just rice. I called José to find out what happened because he was not at the wedding serving food and he argued with me stating that they did bring food for 175. I let him know that the servers already told us right off the bat that they brought food for 150 and about the issue with the utensils but he insisted they did bring for 175. About 40 out of my 165-175 guests did not get to eat, and I had to rush to order pizza- because it was the quickest option- to make sure everyone got to eat something. Meanwhile, Jose is calling me and texting me, telling me to count the plates and do a headcount of my guests - all during my wedding reception. When Jose called to go over the order a few days prior to my wedding, one of the first things he said to me was "and we still have 150 guests?" But the thing is we never had a 150 guest count.. we booked for 175 from the very beginning. This obviously should have been a red flag. This whole ordeal really threw off my wedding night (temporarily- I did not let it ruin my day) and took away a good 45 min or so of my time trying to get it sorted out. This was really just so embarrassing for me as the host, and I felt terrible for my guests who didn't get to eat. And what makes me feel worse is there is a similar reveiw from less than 1 month ago from another bride who had the same problem.. I wish I had seen that before. read more

Our office loves tacos but we are only a small group of 15 and had a tough time finding the right place. We are so glad and appreciative that we found All Party Catering! The food was amazing. We had tacos with 4 meats (asada,pollo,pastor,birria). Salsas to satisfy our cravings with rice and beans. The food was delivered to our office on time and well packaged ready for the celebration. What an amazing job done by All Party Catering crew! I hired them to cater my daughter's quinceanera and I couldn't have been happier with their professionalism! They hosted my niece's party with 300 guests 2 months ago and then mine this past Saturday, December 15th, 2018 with half the guest count and we were treated with the same respect and courtesy by this crew. We new we had the right caterer when we first met the manager Jose! He was professional, accommodating and understanding of all the stress you encounter when hosting an event like this and he couldn't have made this experience any easier even when we changed the food selection several times.
