My water heater finally gave out and I tried several places before happening upon this company. My experience with this company was professional, honest and courteous from the beginning to the end. When I first called I spoke with a very friendly woman on the phone who told me she would have a technician call me back to answer any questions and also give me my quote. Travis called me back and was very thorough when answering my questions and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone that I was comfortable with and we agreed to set the appointment for Tuesday. On Tuesday Travis arrived on time and set about removing my old tank and installing my new gas hot water heater. While he was installing it he discovered he would have to change some things so he could replace the tank properly. Super happy with my decision to go with All Pro Water Heaters! I had received two other bids on replacing my water heater, and estimates ranged from $1200 to $2800. I went with All Pro Water Heaters not because they had the lowest price, but because they only work in water heaters offered multiple brands. I had already called the city to double check what was required for a change out, and All Pro understood what codes needed to be met, and wanted to install just what was needed. Excellent business. My water heater went out at the worst time on Tuesday. I was getting ready to go to work. It was either take a cold shower or not shower at all. Well, when I called they sent out an emergency text to their plumbers for me and I got super lucky. One of them was actually 10 minutes away and offered to come see if he could repair it with the parts he had on his truck. Once again, I got super lucky and he was able to fix my water heater with what he had!! I literally got service within 10 minutes of calling!!! Amazing!! This was the first time I ever had a water heater that needed to be fixed as a house owner. I feared it was going to be a long drawn out process. Nope!! If there was one downfall it was that they are a little pricey. In the end though they were up front about the costs. I've heard of multiple stories where a plumbing company will tell you a low cost and then add a bunch of charges at the end. They are honest and up front about their prices! I can't say enough about how happy I was with this company. I call late in the evening because my water heater had given out and Parker answered right away. He asked what services I required and asked if I could send him some photos of my current installation to be able to provide the most accurate quote as possible. It was kind of hard to get a time that both worked for us but he offered to just come super late at night and it helped me out so much!
