This company quoted me a very high price to move one table. When asking for a better quote, he recommended I go to Uhaul and hire "Mexicans". Very culturally insensitive. I don't condone stereotyping any people group.

I was reserved to provide such a negative rating (because I don't normally), but after thinking about it for quite some time, I feel it's appropriate. I moved in December about one mile away from my original location. They quoted me an $89 fee, then a $65 gas fee, I paid my $99 deposit and we were on our way. I had about 25 pre-packed boxes, a dresser, and a nightstand. There was no heavy furniture so this should have been a pretty simple move. It took them a little over 4 hours, so for that, I'd give them a 3-star effort. I did, however, purchase a murphy bed, desk, and closet from someone online and my request were that they go there, uninstall there and re-install the bed in my apartment. I made sure to let them know it was a custom job and sent them pictures, and a blueprint. I was assured that they've done them before and can do it. The day of, they said they cannot do it because it requires drilling and the building and it required building approval. Both the seller of the bed and I both requested building approval as a result of this request. They agreed and that night, they ended up going to the seller's apt with a couple of screwdrivers and around 8 pm, we realized there was no way these guys were going to be capable of doing it. The seller gave up and returned my money to me. I lost out on my bed...sleeping on the floor for a few nights while I purchased a new bed. After the job was done, they asked for $417 for a total of $516. I requested a receipt and was told the admin would send it to me that day. No receipt that day. I made another request on Yelp, and text message. Still nothing. I made another two requests on Yelp messaging with no response. 2 months later, I thought I'd ask again. Nada. The young movers were nice, but because of all the missteps, I'd recommend experienced movers. As a result, I feel this review is warranted. read more

I used these guys when I moved from West SJ to Campbell and they got the job done within 6 hours considering that my old building was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Use them again this weekend moving 5 minutes away into a 2 bedroom which took a total of 9 hours. I originally scheduled an 8am appointment but they contacted me the day before to of rechedule to 2pm (the drivers arrived close to 4pm). I needed an 8am appointment because my 7 month old son will be at his baby sitter (which we're paying for hourly) and needed the move to be completed no later than 5pm. The move was completed at 1:30am, so you could imagine the additional cost spent that was not planned. I had already paid a deposit and couldn't find a replacement last minute. To makes things worst, my son was also sick. Taras and another person showed up. Taras apologized for being late and tried to make up time by showing urgenancy, did not get the same urgency from the other guy. Probably because the guy was new, but the lack of urgency was on our dime. This delay through my my schedule off for the next two days. Definitely not a good experience. My wife and I rent because we like moving and taking advantage of newly build apartments. Which means we move often. Im sorry to say but I won't be using this company again. read more

These guys were great and I would highly recommend them for moving a smallish family. I think a big house might take multiple trips for their truck. They were fast, hard working, polite and cheap. A bit more than $1000 for a 2 bedroom house (2 parents and 2 kids). read more

All Right Moving was Outstanding from my very first contact with them. They got back with me instantly with a quote. No hidden fees. Great communication - very easy to work with. They showed up on time ready to start. They are very professional. My wife has some very fragile and large items. They wrapped and protected everything - perfectly. They worked very hard. I can't believe how efficient and smooth they worked. All Right Moving is by far the best company I have ever used for moving. And I have moved 7 times in the last 9 years. These guys were all around really, really good. While they arrived a few minutes late (I'm being very critical), they made up for it in every other way. Incredible nice, communicative throughout the entire move, hustled, were careful and even more protective with certain pieces than I would have been, and offered to give me a ride to my new apartment instead of taking an Uber. Very respectful; I'll use these guys every time I move in SF and will recommend them to every one I know. Exceeded expectations! read more

We had to move 2 times in about 2 weeks and both the times taras and valentine helped us move. Both taras and valentine are very professional and flawless in their work. Our move had no problems at all and they made sure nothing was broken, their were no scrathes at all and before placing anything they would check with us where things should be places. Moves are generally painful but due to all right moving we had no problems and we recommend them to everyone. We used All Right Moving to move my mother-in-law into a new apartment. Taras and colleague showed up on time and did an amazing job! They took such great care of her glass decorations, and all of her dishes and precious momentos were expertly shrink-wrapped and packed to perfection. Not one item broke in the move and she had a lot of fragile stuff. Both gentleman are polite, responsive, fast working and stay focused on delivering a timely and professional move. They carried all furniture and a queen-sized bed down three floors and through long hallways to load the truck, which was packed snuggly and safely. There was not one scratch or dent in the furniture and nothing was lost. They were gentle and efficient when unloading everything from the truck. They were also patient and helpful in setting up the furniture in the new place, especially when we asked them to move furniture around and reconfigure the layout. I completed a move with All Right Moving this week, and I'm very pleased with how everything turned out. They were the first moving service to respond with to my pricing inquiry with a quote. They were easy to work with, and their rates are very reasonable. My move was a difficult one, due to an unexpected elevator outage, but everything still went smoothly and efficiently. Taras and team were friendly and thorough. They made sure to ask questions throughout the process to ensure everything was packed correctly. Nothing was broken and all furniture was properly put back together. Although the crew showed up an hour later than scheduled, they did their best to make up the time. Note that you will put a down payment via Zelle, Venmo, etc. Make sure to have cash for the balance (something I did not catch prior to the move)! But it was no problem--they loaded the truck with the items that were ready to go while we packed the rest. Make sure to ask for Joseph and his team (Fernando and Victor). They arrived a little early so they'd be ready and were the utmost professional while also being a warm and friendly team of guys. We would have them over dinner any time. Because of Joseph I'm now convinced that moving is both an art and an athletic feat. I had Carlos and his team assemble our European style kitchen cabinets. They were made of finished…read morewood and lacquer cabinets. We sent our kitchen assembly instructions ahead of time to make sure they were aware. My overall sense is that Carlos is fairly capable and experienced but either his team or him are not as careful as we had damages to our finished wood toe kicks and our lacquer cabinets looked like they had been dragged over nails as they were being assembled. I didn't appreciate that they made 0 mention of it at all and I had to point it out. As the homeowner, I essentially had to baby sit them for 5 days through the install since it felt like they were incapable / unwilling to read the kitchen cabinet installation instructions in detail and I caught several mistakes early on during the cabinet assembly that made me hesitant to leave it unattended. Carlos's attitude was particularly bad through the entire experience as well. Always made it seem like we were inconveniencing him or being too nit picky even if we caught some mistakes. At one point, he even threatened to quit after the assembly but before the installation simply because he had underestimated the complexity of the project. We did have a 1 day delay due to some plumbing / electrical issues but that's pretty typical as far as kitchen cabinet installations go AFAIK. In the end, they were able to get all the kitchen cabinets installed, albeit with a lot of effort from my end due to the more custom nature of the project. The price was affordable and the work was solid (minus the scratches) but for me the bad attitude wasn't worth it.

I made an appointment with All Right moving and Vitali and Anatoli were on time, prompt, and professional in their arrival. They are both so sweet, kind, and know their stuff when it comes to moving furniture and keeping all items safe and in place; which was my biggest with hiring movers. They both carefully yet quickly wrapped all my items and moved them to the truck with ease. These guys are great! They even cracked jokes while working and were very pleasant individuals to have around. Both are very hard, efficient, and timely workers. I had a very expensive and fragile vintage piece handed down from my great-grandmother that needed to be handled with special care... they both paid attention to detail when handling the item and were very careful when transporting the item. Anatoli's and Vitali's customer service is outstanding and I look forward to hiring them again. I would, without a doubt, suggest you hire them for your moving needs. The price is unbeatable, the cheapest I've found, and the service and quality of the moving experience is unmatchable. Love these guys! read more

Today I had very hard move with many stairs up and down (condo to condo), there was elevator on delivery address but it was broken:( Guys just told me that it can take little longer and started to work. They worked non stop for 3 hours and quickly loaded my 2 bedroom in the truck. I was surprised, i didn't expect that it will be so fast! I moved just in 2 miles so Vito and his crew didn't have many time to relax in the truck. Than I offered to guys lunch and drinks, than just stopped for 10 minutes to eat sandwiches and drink juice. After that team continued work! In 6 hours of hard job my move was done! All furniture assembled, moved to needed places and we was happy! Thank you guys for GOOD job! Will definitely call back in case I need movers! read more

I hired All Right Moving based on their reviews and neighbors opinion. We had a local move and they were great. They were careful, helpful and continually asked what else we needed as the move progressed and they did our move easy. Vito and Anatoli were true to their pricing and very fair in with the time billed. They provided everything for the move including wardrobe boxes, shrink wrap, blankets, etc and there were no additional fees for these items. The hourly rate was all I paid, plus a tip for the guys, which they deserved. After work, I checked everything and there was no damage to our furniture, dishes and ect. All Right guys are great on service, price with no nickel and dime fees, I highly recommend them to everyone! read more

Vito and his crew did an amazing job moving us. We moved from a two bedroom apartment to a home. They protected all our furniture very well. Not a scratch on our all hardwood floor after moving all our furniture and appliances (refrigerator, washer/dryer); not to mention a huge china cabinet! They worked hard all day and did not rest until we bought them lunch. It took them 8 hours but that's because they had to work around small door openings. We can't say enough good things about Vito, Anatoli and Makar from beginning to end. They were so professional all the way. And above all, the guys are so nice! And honest! I would use this crew again in a heart beat! read more

This was a great experience. It was my first time hiring a moving company and I would definitely recommend All Right Moving. Anatoli and Vito worked really hard. I have a lot of super heavy items, but it was not a problem for them!!! The crew showed up Sunday morning and they were professional and efficient. They listened to what I wanted moved and what I wanted to stay and worked hard to stay within the two hours that I planned on. Moving is a very stressful experience but I was very happy with my decision to let these guys take care of the heavy work so I didn't have to. Thank you so much All Right Moving! I like to do things by myself and moving is not exeption. But we have full two bedroom apartment with couches, dressers, big shelfs and ect. Also garage, so it mostly storage than garage. We with my girlfriend were little lazy after weekend and decided to hire movers. It was a great idea! Guys work really amazing, fast, careful with a good mood. It was pleadure to see how they pack and turn things easy. Price was less than I expected, because they did move in only 6 hours from Burbank to Santa Monica! Toli, Max and Vito are great guys and movers Highly recommended to all friends and relatives. Will definitely use again for next move. read more

All Right Moving sent an incredible team for a very difficult move down two flights of curved apartment stairs. They disassembled and assembled our furniture at no extra cost and were very courteous and forward-thinking throughout the move. All of our furniture arrived with no damage (everything was carefully wrapped and carried) and the team even helped us find the room arrangement that made the most sense in the new apartment. They were very flexible throughout and also sent the most reasonable quote out of all the movers I contacted. Hello to everybody! This is new moving company but guys here are amazing with big expirience in this bisiness. They helped me to do everything and explained the easiest and fastest ways. I'm more than happy! Vito, Anatoli and Max moved my two bedroom apartment from Sherman Oaks to Santa monica little more then 5 Hours!!! I have a stairs on both locations, but guys did their work with smile and easy! No additional charges for my very havy items, no charges for packing, no for stairs. I used All Right moving for a move from Hollywood to Long Beach. They arrived promptly and were very friendly and helpful. Guys worked hard and did not stop until the job was done, even though the day was hot and they had several stairs to carry my belongings up. I thought that I would have to wait a long time for them to arrive to my new house with my stuff, but they arrived only moments after me and were ready to continue working. I needed movers ASAP. Scheduled move at 9 a.m. and at 10 a.m. movers arrived at my house in Hollywood. I was wondering how easy this guys making this hard job: looks like my antic dresser and long sofas weights nothing. They pack everything well and moved careful, also they took out door from big refrigerator and put it back faster than any handyman:) All my move took 4 hours 20 minutes, I was planning around 7 hours! We needed to move our one bedroom apartment from Santa Monica to West Hollywood. After reading reviews and calling to 5 companies to get a quotes my girlfriend and I have decided to choose All Right moving. Now I definitely believe that the reviews correspond to reality. I wish to thank All Right Moving for doing an impeccable honest service moving my stuff not only once, but twice during the day of my move to my new house. Taras and his assistant provided me detailed information about how the process is gonna be. No extra charge. They started moving my stuff at 9am and we finished at 10pm but received no complaint from them. Will recommend them to my friends and family. read more

Moving is incredibly stressful.Couple of days ago I was moving from North Hollywood to Hollywood. Allright Moving's whole mission was to remove the stress from moving and that's exactly what they did. These guys came on time,worked very fast, they carefully packed all the stuff and moved to the other apartment, no additional charges and fees. Just moved out to Hollywood and I'm so glad I went with All Right Moving. They were on time, ready to go. They protected all of the delicate furniture and were very careful leaving the old place and coming into the new place. Anatoli and Vitali helped me out with moving. I really enjoyed it. Moving is always hard, but those guys know their job very well. It took about 4 hours - much faster that all other services do. They cared about all my stuff especially the glass things. Next time I'll use their service if I move. read more
