Fearing further damage, I called around to see if anyone could help me repair this chip. At 4:30pm, ONLY Brock was willing to help me! He asked me to send some picture to give me a quote. After sending picture of the damage, he informed me that I may have been hit by a rock but not there because the damage had already been filled by resin and that the repair was failing. I called the rental company and they confirmed this to be true. Brock is an honest man! Almost every time I head to Vegas, my windshield gets hit and chipped by rocks. That's when I happened to stumble upon Secured Auto Glass on Yelp. I read the reviews which were all great, so I decided to give them a call. The gentleman that answered was extremely nice but best of all truly honest. He was definitely there to help me out and he was not trying to make a quick dollar out of me. So I decided to head on over to get my windshield replaced. Upon entering the shop, i noticed it was extremely clean and very well organized. The waiting area had very comfortable seating, and the shop smelled so clean. My son made a little bit of a spill with some chocolate milk and the owner kindly provided me with some napkins and cleaning solution. Even walking out to the back of the shop where the work gets done, I was so surprised by how clean and organized it was. The owner really helped me out and saved me a ton of money. I even paid lower than the quote I received over the phone. Also, he told me I would be out of there in 1 hour and 15 minutes, and literally I was out of there in that exact amount of time. There's nothing more that I love and respect, than honest straightforward individuals and business' who are here to truly help you out, and not waste your time.
