He is younger and much more flexible than me and did the job without going under the car. Battery is next to differential and I had to use a creeper and do the swap on my back. I took 90 minutes last time I did a battery swap. We had 10 minutes to chat and Ric lift after cleanup at exactly one hour. 5 stars. I asked for a quote for installing 6 new spark plugs and ignition coils for my 2106 Honda van. The process is 1 pull plug wire 2. Remove a 10 mm bolt that holds coil in place 3. Remove spark plug. 4. Install new plug. 5. Put coil over plug. 6. Replace and tighten 10 mm bolt. 7. Attach plug wire to plug. Repeat 6 times. The 3 rear plugs take an extra 4 to 5 minutes each due to less clearance to rear engine compartment wall. Last time I personally did this on a Honda van it took me an hour and 20 minutes. I checked the 2 flat rate books I have access to and the time allowance was 1.5 hours on the first and 2 hours on the second. I was a bit shocked when Squeaky sent me an estimate for $419 net after a 50 buck discount. Simply put, you priced yourselves out of future work from me. My brick and mortar independent garage beat your price by almost exactly $150. I was a businessman myself, and I know you need to make a profit. I wish you well in the future, but have to rate this transaction as 2 of t stars due to unreasonable pricing. Cannot see using Squeaky in the future.

Exchanged a few texts, got a quote for $45.00 for the glare strip. Made the appointment for today. Checked in, discussed some other windshield tinting more for heat reflection, but decided to just get the glare strip. 40 minutes later, perfect job done and I couldn't be happier! Great job!

I used to go to Discount Tire exclusively but the last few times I went there, they were only interested in selling me on their most expensive tires that I didn't even need. Not to mention they never even had my size in stock for any tire. I got fed up and found Tire Mart. Not only did they have what size I needed, but they always had different brands of tires in stock. I went with some Crossmax tires a couple years ago and happy to say they're still holding up very well. Best of all, it was about $200 cheaper for all four than Discunt Tire was for two of their cheapest tire that weren't even in stock. Fast forward, I bought some wheels for my car and of course Discunt Tire was trying to upsell me on their ugly wheels instead of mounting the ones I already bought. Also trying to sell me on tires that were absolutely not needed and quoted me $2600 in total for everything. I went back to Tire Mart, and they installed my existing tires onto my new rims and mounted them on the car for only $160. Took less than two hours also vs probably taking all day at the other place. Customer service is always great here, prices are definitely fair, service itself is pretty quick. I'm doing some more work to my car soon and will use Tire Mart for their services. They offer many different financing options as well. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family and will continue to do business with them myself. I live on the southwest side of Vegas and the drive to Tire Mart on Losee is worth it.

It was all around a better price for the year and mileage. One was at a Toyota Dealership here in Vegas and it was a 2 Wheel Drive with more miles and older for $7,000 more ! When I talked to Ryan on the phone he said he was going to take it to the auction the next day if I didn't buy it because he had it for a while. Hard to believe no one had bought it since the Toyota FJ has a cult following and keeps its value more than almost any vehicle on the road. They easily sell for $25,000. I got mine for $17,500. I checked it out thoroughly and test drove it and everything was in great shape. No tears in the interior , normal wear and tear for the body , etc. I did a Car Fax on it and what he told me about it coming from Florida was there. Also no accidents and regular maintenance. It was originally purchased in Utah , so it made its way back to the West. I recently took it into a shop to have it completely gone through to make sure it was ready for my move to Oklahoma in a few months for my early retirement. The shop said everything was good and had some new parts. I did need to replace the 2 lower ball joints in the front and one of the control arms would need to be replaced in the future , so I had the shop just go ahead and do both control arms and the upper and lower ball joints since they were going to be working on the front suspension and I plan on keeping this a long time. My present car , 2004 Ford Crown Vic P71 , I've had for 10 years now and bought at the LVMPD Police Auction. I've taken care of it and unfortunately will have to sell it since I'm moving. I bought the FJ to have 4 Wheel Drive in Oklahoma due to snow in the winter and to carry items in it to move and it has a tow hitch on the back as well as a roof rack. I was looking for a 4Runner 4x4 , but this was a better deal than any 4Runner I could find and I've been looking for a while. I always liked the FJ Cruiser and never thought I would find one at a reasonable price and in great condition. It is fun to drive and everyone at work says it fits me. I had an old Convertible Blazer years ago that they still talk about. It's nice to be back with a vintage SUV.

Was quoted by a different company $4,500 to replace it and that price was unacceptable as it cost me $8,200 to replace all my other windows including a new sliding patio door recently. So I found this company who was able to replace parts of it and save me a lot of money. A tech was sent out to measure and provide an estimate (sorry cannot remember his name) he quoted for all 6 pieces as I asked but told me I only needed to change 2 if I was going to do any of it. The 2 main pieces had dust and dirt in between the panes so I could never get the window clean. After I decided to move forward I scheduled the install and Marlo showed up and was very professional and polite. He did the job very quickly and when he was removing the 2 old glass panes we discovered that they had completely failed as the outer pieces of glass separated from the inner spacer in effect leaving me with single pane glass. He was able to come out a few days later, take measurements and get me a quote. He was also able to source the door and trim which saved me a lot of guesswork. As soon as the doors came in, he reached out to schedule and he had the doors hung within a couple of hours. His attention to detail is what really stood out to me. He was able to source the exact doors, trim and handles I have so it looks like this came installed from the builder. Everything is level and looks great. He was even able to refer me to someone to get the doors painted and that person did an awesome job as well.
