They dusted the walls, washed the baseboards, and left this condo in better shape than when I moved in over three years ago. Elizabeth is honest and fair with her pricing. She uses professional cleaning products, not those found in $1 stores. My only regret is that I'll be 1,200 miles away and won't benefit from her services again. We just bought a house and did a month's work remodeling the inside. We had a lot of drywall dust, etc everywhere. We used ASCS because they were the only people we could find for the day after Thanksgiving. They (two people) spent 5 hours cleaning 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen... not so sure they cleaned properly... I'm still finding dust as I'm unpacking. They claimed to specialized in post construction clean up... Not so much. I did a lot of the remodeling myself. If I didn't feel like tenderized beef, I would have busted my ass cleaning the house myself. I don't recommend ASCS for post construction cleanup. I paid for a gift card that I never received. They would not return my phone calls to deal with this issue. I think they are theives and I would not hire them. To top it all off the language barrier is horrible. They can hardly speak English which is very frustrating. read more

When I first started with them, I agreed to 3 hrs of work with 2 people to clean my house. The first visit they showed up on time and did an OK job, but with every visit after that, they kept staying and cleaning less and less time and asking me for the same amount of money. One time I had to wait 1/2 day for them to show up and they did not even bother to let me know. Last time I used them, they complained that I made them late for their next appt. because I asked them to finish cleaning the last room they were supposed to clean. Elizabeth was rude on the phone, making me feel guilty that I was keeping her crew from leaving for the next appt. We both quickly agreed that it was going to be their last time to clean my house. I work for an apartment building in the Los Angeles area and deal with numerous cleaning services on a weekly basis. I have never experienced such a disregard for customer service provided to the community and the tenants who have chosen this company. We had another major issue with this company today and after calling 2 different numbers posted on their website (where I wasn't even able to leave a voicemail) I tried a third and was greeted by woman with an instant attitude. Her employee was in the wrong in this situation and all I wanted was a calm resolution and she began yelling at me and being very disrespectful. After several unfortunate situations I have come across with this company, you can and should find any other of the several cleaning services in L.A. that are honest, respectful, have background checks, and are at a much better price!! read more

Working with All Solutions at the beginning of our relationship, was terrific! Elizabeth had a fantastic crew set up. For only a couple of weeks I enjoyed their service, up and until that crew left for Arizona. When Elizabeth told me the bad news, I was sad because I really liked them. Afterwards, I got stuck with a few people that didn't work out at all. Sadly, every time I scheduled a cleaning I was getting someone different. Some just sat around not doing anything, while others didn't know how to clean. I had to show them what to do. Communication was an issue, as none of the women spoke English. Another issue I had, was getting a hold of Elizabeth. Only a couple of times, did she follow up w/ me within a timely fashion. Most of the time, I would text and call her several times. Days later, she would respond. When we did connect, her excuses were lame; she dropped her phone, or her phone number had changed, she was on vacation. I am and Estate Manager and needed a detailed and comprehensive cleaning in a new construction after 2 years of work and dust. The cleaning via contractors really wasn't that good. I contacted 4 different companies and Elizabeth really impressed me with her quote but also her detailed write up of the work to be done. Her staff were super, arrived on time with their own professional supplies. The work they did was impeccable inside and out of the house, over 4000sq ft. I was so impressed that we now use them for all our properties. If anyone as ever tried to get post construction cleaning they will know that most companies do not understand the full extent of the dust and dirt and thus under quote their time, so that you either don't get the whole job done or the quote is much more expensive. The All Solutions crew has consistently done an outstanding job of cleaning my home. They have proven themselves completely trustworthy so I have even given Elizabeth a key. They go out of their way to accommodate my erratic schedule, and I can even set up appointments by email. When I do see them they are industrious and cheerful. They never have a problem with the limestone tile in my bathroom which is can be easy to damage. Mahogany floors and carpet on the stairs come out immaculate. When I come home everything sparkles and smells wonderful. I am a messy bachelor as well as being a painter so that's not always an easy thing to accomplish. All Cleaning Solutions does an amazing job cleaning my house. My husband is blind so it is critical that everything is alway put back in the same place. The crew comes into my home and cleans it from top to bottom. They are happy and helpful. Recently I misplaced my keys. Of course it was on a day, I was in a hurry. I called the crew of wonderful women who had just left my home and asked if they had seen them. I had absentmindedly placed them in a basket of towels, knowing how important keeping everything where it is put because of my husband, they did not move them, but they were able to help me pin point exactly where they were and I was able to get on with my day. All Solutions Cleaning Services does an amazing job! We just moved into our new house (after painting and doing some minor repairs) and there was an incredible amount of dust, not to mention the oven/stove needed some deep cleaning.
