My daughter had an OIL CHANGE appointment today at 11:20am. Got there on time, my truck was taken in by 11:38 I was helped by Andrew when i got there. He checked my truck and did the routine check in. He than went to tell me that he was going to call me when it was does. Forward to almost 2 hours of waiting time and no answer. I had to call because as a routine and SImple Oil change YOU SHOULD NOT BE WAITING FOR SO DAMN LONG! Come to find out after calling the service department TWICE ( 1st call spoke with some RICKY guy rude as hell left me holding so I had to call back) 2nd call Frank answered. Tells me that they take an hour lunch which I have no problem BUT that shit should be mension when you get there OR they SHOULD NOT be given appointments while they are at lunch. She waited from 11:20 until 2:30 and on top of that they wanted to sneak in some tire rotation and some bullshit inspection which the truck did not need ... ITS a 2020 truck what other maintenance would if need. Awful service!!! Make sure to get verification on hours of service operation. This is for repair center only. I brought my car in after going to another mechanic who told me the problem with my car was almost 100% likely to be a warranty covered issue. I took my car in after calling several other Ford facilities which couldn't take me in sooner. I ended up at All Star because I couldn't wait weeks to have a working car. After much research and getting two opinions and a diagnostic I was sure something was wrong with my car that was a warranty covered problem (it was, I didn't pay for any work at this shop). However, service was very slow, I felt like I was getting different answers from each person who contacted me. I had to rent a car, which should be covered because it was a warranty issue, but that whole process is lengthy and a big game of phone tag, and some of the days I had the rental for won't be covered. When I got my car back their shuttle wasn't running, it stops at 2 pm, whereas they're open until five or six o'clock, so be aware. My car was also filthy and covered in bird droppings when I got it. They hadn't used the paper liners for the pedal/foot area most places use when they work on a car. I was irked that my vehicle wasn't returned to me in the condition I left it in. Don't most dealership shops wash the car before they give them back? I know Volkswagen does. I most likely will find another Ford service center if another warranty issue arises. I wasn't impressed with their standards or communication. I also still have a small issue that was supposed to be fixed when I brought my car in. read more

I guess they don't check their paperwork for appointments the prior day. Then I was supposed to return the next day but my husband called (again not Ford calling us) to found out they didn't have the part. So we waited 2 weeks and still no word from Ford. I called to follow up on the status of the part and guess what??! They have the part. AGAIN, not a call to follow up. Crappy service to say the least. read more

-no price on the car I test drove -told them I wanted to pay NO MORE than 20,000 out the door, preferably under. -They did accept my trade-in for $10,000 -gave me a rebate for the 2019 Ford fiesta for 3,000 -I put down $2700 -I asked to see other options, everyone refused -after 2.5 hours of waiting to see if they could solidify the deal, I asked for I was rushed into the financial office to sign papers. halfway through signing, I was informed that with the warranty I would be spending 25,000, and an additional 4,900 in interest, Bringing me in just under $29,900 after a 6-year term. -I was offered 6% interest with ford financing and my credit is 739. I asked them to apply for a lower interest loan and Safe Credit union approved me at 4.9% -Additionally, after learning all this information I asked if I could leave because this was not what I had asked for. I thought I had been crystal clear, but somehow I don't think anyone cared what my goals were. I was told by the financial manager, "well, you've already signed" leaving me with the impression that if I walked away I would still be legally responsible for the loan. I was late for work, panicked, had no idea where my trade-in(ford f-150) was, and felt forced to leave with a bad deal. 6 years, $30,000 in debt for a Fiesta hatchback SE. The MSRP on this car is $16,885 -The follow-up. Staci, their "happiness success" coordinator tried to throw the new salesperson that helped me under the bus by having me do a survey on her. I wasn't going to do that because that poor girl was being coached by someone else. -Staci said she would be a meeting she set up for me and the General manager, Chris. She was not there and I took one look at Chris(who looked like agent Smith from the Matrix) and knew immediately this guy was going to be completely unsympathetic and not lift a finger for me. I was right. He told me some bullshit like if I had come back within three days he could have done something for me. THERE IS NO COOLING OFF period in California. All I wanted was for him to re-allocate funds to my loan for $3,000 because of thats what I was overcharged for this car that I was cornered into. I know I can't return shit, I just wanted an HONEST deal. -Finance Manager even had the audacity to tell me that the loan was a good deal and that I could always fall back on rides-hare gigs to pay for the car. This is not good advice and if you are driving for LYFT it is FALSE because they do not allow sub-compact cars on their platform as of late 2019. Luckily Uber does, cause as my luck would have it, I lost my job 20 days later. This was on the heels of losing my Prius to a car collision with a driver who was going 60 miles an hour and was being chased by a gunman who fired 8 rounds at his car AFTER he collided with mine. I shared all of this with them UPFRONT and how Toyota Financial wasn't going to let me off the hook for the $3,000 I owed them on the loan because insurance only pays off the value of the car. No one listened, not my super green salesperson, not the financial manager, not the happiness success coordinator, not the GM. -up to this point, I very decent people at two dealerships give sound advice and coaching. After this dealership, I can't imagine ever wanting to buy a new car ever again. I have a maintenance package n my Ford fusion. Everytime I bring my car in for maintenance it's always something at All Star ford. They say they rotated my tires when they didn't, filled my fluids when they didn't. But today takes the cake for rediculus horrible customer service. I made an apt for 9:30 to drop my car off for an oil change. Dropped my car off on time. My car was not done until 4:50pm. Almost 7 and a half hours later was I able to get my keys and leave. I have never heard n my life been treated so poorly from a business. I finally told All Star ford I am done eating and need my car back. I will be bringing my car to some other Ford establishment to have my car serviced. My husband bought our 2 vehicles from All star ford we will never be buying anymore vehicles from them, or bring any of our current or future vehicles to be serviced at All Star ford. I cannot believe it took them this long to do an oil change. They were supposed to do my brakes and now I will have to bring my car back to another Ford establishment to have them complete the job that they were supposed to do, but even almost 7 and a half hours later they couldn't complete their job. The service was great. The pricing on programming a key to my vehicle was highway robbery. I was quoted $180 to program a key to my 2014 Mustang GT. Keep in mind the service takes about 10-15 minutes and involves no real skill only a key programmer. I called around and found a locksmith 8 minutes away who did it for $75 dollars. It's tactics like this that drive customers away from the dealership they just spent $40k on a new car. I was contacted by their customer service department and asked about my experience. He's a young guy who would do well in politics. Maybe he should pursue that instead of tossing me aside. I scheduled an appointment on Saturday because I needed a new battery. The clown in charge decided it was an electrical problem instead (and $225 just to look at it) and there was nobody working that day who could do it. I had to rearrange my work schedule as well as ask my husband to make some sacrifices so that I could make the appointment that this fool scheduled for me during the work week. It turns out it was just the battery after all and it absolutely could have been done on Saturday. I seriously think he was overbooked and understaffed that day and I was an easy person to get rid of. Thank goodness you have Anthony Garza or I would never come back. Treat your customers better. Now on to the 5 star review and the awesomeness of Mr. Garza. Anthony Garza has always done what he has said he's going to do. I took my Mustang GT car on this dealership for diagnosis about the lights that was coming up on the speedo meter and I asked does it cover under warranty, and they said yes it is covered under warranty but after when I went to pick up the vehicle they charge me $225 fees for diagnosis even it was under warranty and the staff was rude and specially Frank Williams who was my service advisor. He told me to pay this fees otherwise you cannot take your car. This company is ripping off and When i ask for manager but nobody called him. After that, I was still not acknowledged by anyone (I'll be with you in a sec --- super easy to say and I probably would have stayed). Waited a bit and then went out to my car---a service guy walked past me and I let him know my frustration. He went and got someone who came out and said "well, we're helping people in order." This review is more about the service department. It is hands down the worst I have ever been to. I have been a few times but never again! The first time I took my car in for transmission issues on a newer car and I explained to the guy what happened and I said it runs fine now but had to have it towed home. He spoke to me like a female who was crazy and had no idea what I was doing. So disrespectful. After checking my car there was an issue found and they had to reset the computer and I never once received an apology! I took it again for the same issue and again wasn't taken seriously for the issue. The last time I took it in was for a recall on door latches. First, they didn't hide their annoyance for not having an appt but after reading reviews setting and appt here seems like a waste. Second, they said it would be done before the end of the day. No call or voicemail. The next day came and no call or voicemail. I tried to get through by as on hold for 20+ minutes. I called and left a voicemail on Sunday for a manager and 48 hours later still have not heard back from a manager!! I finally got through to the service department and they lied to me and said they called. I asked to confirm the phone number and David, the service rep clearly did not want to and was rushing to get off the phone. Terrible customer service. They clearly need additional training. They also don't have a transmission technician. What kind of place does it have at least 2 of them when you know ford has transmission problems. About a year ago I went to All Star Ford in Pittsburg to have my car battery checked due to my car kept dying on me. I ended up needing a battery and I got an oil change and air filter. While I was there I mentioned to the service guy that was helping me (elder gentleman) that the front carpet on the passenger side was starting to come up. He stated that he would order a part and call me when it comes in. A month or 2 went by and I received a call from I think her title was Public Relations Manager asking about my experience and I told her about the issue and she stated that she would have the same guy give me a call...he did and told me AGAIN that he was going to order the part. I picked up a previously loved 2017 Ford Escape SE here on Friday. I got a really sweet deal in the end thanks to Kenny Calderon in finance, who helped me out tremendously. I am disabled and funds are limited. Let me start by saying my initial sales contact Brian, was less than completely honest about what I was getting on warranty and payment before I made the 3 hour drive. A little too blunt as well. I'm a formidable woman and I was quite irritated to find that the deal had changed when I got there. The understudy Chris D'Amore was super sweet and very helpful with snacks for me (the diabetic) and keeping me relaxed and calm while waiting. Once I got to Kenny things got back on track. I let him know what I was prepared to spend and that I didn't want to haggle. He made it happen fairly quickly. This isn't my first rodeo buying a car. I can say despite the issues on arrival...the experience was a very good one thanks to Kenny and Chris. These two are awesome. Brian..not horrible. But maybe needs to work more on his delivery. I purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze LTZ from All Star Ford on April 26, 2017. Within (3) days the service engine light/notification came on. I contacted the sales person immediately and was told it was probably an oversight. However, when checked there was literally no oil in the car. Not, that my F-up sales team did anything to resolve. So, after the oil fiasco was hoping that would be the end of my car problems and me having to deal with people who don't care about my well being while driving this car, and they don't care about their customer service. The drama continues...  Today's date is May 31, 2017 and I have yet to make a car payment which is due June 10th. The car just started whistling today. I have a very bad headache, and my nerves are shot. The car was losing power and I thought I was going to be rear-ended.  How does this happen? You go in and purchase a car and hope for a great or good experience. I've had nothing but drama and a nonchalant attitude. Had the car checked out and was told the car could be experiencing a faulty pulley or a bad alternator, also 9 error codes popped up. I guess I should be just so happy the car has wheels. They will probably fall off after the car payment?? It's very sad, I received a call today from All Star Ford, asking me if I would purchase a car from them, WOW.
