    Orange roll
    Kimberlee D.

We were told about the orange rolls from our dear friend in Arizona who still thinks about these orange rolls fifteen (15) years after she last had them. She was NOT WRONG! The orange rolls were great, but so was the rest of the meal! Our server was Brody and he was a class act. He kept our drinks filled, rolls on the table and excellent treatment and service from top to bottom of our meal. I wish more restaurants understood you only get one chance to give a first impression. This was an excellent experience. But let's start with fresh side salads with fresh ranch dressing. The croutons had a great garlic flavor, pretty sure they are homemade. We both chowed down on the salads. I ordered the Gulf Red Snapper. Hubby ordered the Rib Eye. Hubby said he could cut his steak with a fork. We've been traveling since Monday and he said it was the best meal he's had all week. I had a lot of fish this week, going down to Florida. Tonight's meal was excellent. I was honestly sad when I took my last bite of fish. The fish was flaky and tender, and the crab sauce they served with it was scrumptious. Even the Green beans were great! I sopped up all the sauce with those yeast rolls Brody brought us. The much anticipated orange rolls were about to arrive! Were they worth the wait? We opted to not eat at the All Steak until our return trip home. Brody brought out our orange rolls, each on a separate plate. They were beautiful, smelled great, and even better??? They were delicious! I had read up on the history of this place, the fires, the restaurant sales and the tradition of the orange rolls. If I recall correctly, they have 1 lady who makes 710 a day and double that on Fridays for the weekend. I had been taking pictures to send to my friend who is still in Arizona, knowing she hasn't had one of these in a while. I wish I was able to take a fresh one home for her, but I live in Kentucky now. I overheard one of the waiters telling another table that we were in the old Ford dealership. Very cool to learn. The interior was a great vibe with beautiful cow prints on the walls. We will be back on our next trip to Pensacola, making Cullman our overnight stop again. It's definitely worth it.

Good food and service! We did lunch here on a Friday.. wide options on menu.. steak on hose salad and grilled chicken sandwich both decent.. nice atmosphere..

Blue Cheese filet with creamed spinach and wagyu sirloin with baked Mac n cheese and fried green tomatoes.

Great atmosphere, great service, and great food. We live almost an hour away and choose All Steak over traveling to anywhere in Huntsville.

Prime rib... I ate a few bites before I remembered to snap a pic.

The vibe is classy but relaxed. Order the prime rib medium rare and it did not disappoint. The sauce was good too. Melts in your mouth and super tasty. Best place I've tried in Cullman. The side green beans were a bit plain but they weren't bad. The orange bread roll thingy was just okay as well. It took awhile for food but we also had a bunch of people! Server was funny and nice. I came late so I didn't hear her name but she was very attentive.

10 out of 10 for sure ! Great place to eat ! We had an early dinner. Walked in right as it opened and got seated immediately. Our server Emily was fantastic and offered suggestions as this was our first time here .We were a party of 3 and All had something different. I had the Red Snapper with a crabmeat and citrus sauce. Was a perfect meal, the citrus didn't overpower the fish at all but added a yummy flavor. I had the mashed potatoes and green beans and they were delicious. My husband had the hamburger steak and he said it was the best he's ever eaten . The rolls that went with the meal were so fresh and delicious. My son had the steak sandwich and it was great with the fries being so good too . The salad is very good and fresh . We ended it with the crème Brulee and it was delicious also . We had to get the orange rolls to go we were stuffed lol . We will definitely be eating here again .

Looking up good eats in Alabama, this popped up. They were known for their orange rolls. Though it was about an hour away from Birmingham AMBIANCE: Parking: Street parking available. I didn't have any issues during the weekday Seating: Inside seating with room for about 80 people. Great for small and adjustable for large groups. Vibes: Culman is nothing too flashy. It looks like a well managed grit and grind small town with old school buildings. The restaurant itself is pretty spacious. Limited lighting for some intimacy and artistic pictures of cows. The popular music in the background gave it a nice sense of comfort/familiarity It's a pretty fancy place but not too fancy where you have to impress. FOOD: Alabama Blue Crab Claws (Recommend) Delicious these were kind of like lollipop wings. It was well breaded with cornmeal which gave it a good crunch. and the crab tasted fresh. You were able to pull the meat right off. The cocktail sauce gave it a nice zest to it. Mixed Greens (Recommend) Though it sounds simple and you think you can get in anywhere, that's not the case. The poach pears are well pickled in wine and cider. There was a good amount of greens. The gogronzola had a nice blue cheese-earthy taste and the cranberries and walnut had a nice sweet taste to it. Orange Rolls (Recommend) MAKE sure you leave room for the rolls! These are a delight! served hot and fresh CUSTOMER SERVICE: Drayton was great! Friendly server and attentive when we needed help TL; DR OVERALL: 4.5 Stars. Great selections, reasonable price, and delicious food. It's unfortunate this is not in the main cities, otherwise I'd be here more often, especially for the orange buns! However if you're looking for something lowkey or passing by, be sure to check this out! TIPS: * Dinner rolls are hot and fulfilling. Don't eat too much!

Our party of 6 dined at this relaxed, small-town restaurant in Cullman. The service was warm and the pace slower than usual--but refreshing. The server timed everything perfectly, allowing space for conversation and drinks between courses, and was very friendly! Standout cocktails included the ginger-mint peach bourbon smash, the dragonfruit-infused "Khaleesi," and a fall-inspired apple cinnamon rye old fashioned--each crafted with care and creativity by the bartender who designed the menu. Being a bertender myself, I chose to pick her brain in their separate cocktail lounge which felt similarly low lit and intimate. The food was simple yet perfectly executed, highlights including my wife's fresh salad with farm to table greens and heirloom cherry tomatoes, my crab cakes appetizer, blue cheese filet, collard greens, baked mac & cheese, and standout traditional orange rolls for dessert. The overall experience felt unhurried, intimate, and exceptionally balanced--like a European dining experience with Southern charm. Highly recommended for those who appreciate slow pacing, quality food, drinks, and good atmosphere. Reached out to the business on social media for our server and bartenders name so I could shout them out on here but no reply in the last 48 hours. Had to go ahead and post before I forgot the details! Wish I took more pictures, in my defense I was fully immersed in experiencing the moment. Go visit All Steak, have fun, lose track of time, and leave wanting to come back the next day. No need to thank me!

This is a very nice steak restaurant in Cullman. I came with my friend Julia for an early dinner. The atmosphere and the workers were all very professional, but it was not to where you couldn't come in wearing jeans and a tshirt. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable. We started off with complimentary bread. Julia and I split a filet mignon, asparagus, and baked potato. Everything was delicious! We ended the meal with complimentary orange rolls which was the perfect way to finish our meals.

    Red snapper

All Steak is a well-known, upscale restaurant in downtown Cullman. We went there for dinner and all of our entrées were delicious. I had the red snapper that comes with grits and green beans. When the plate came out, it didn't look like much food. It was pretty small, but it was actually very filling and just enough food. My husband had the NY strip with a baked potato. Note a side salad does not come with the New York strip or the red snapper. It's an extra charge. My son got the French onion soup and mac & cheese, and enjoyed it. Our overall bill was approximately $113 including non-alcoholic drinks. The service was very good. The dinner rolls were brought out before our dinner which also included their famous orange rolls. I would've preferred the orange rolls at the end so they would've been warm but some people like to eat them before their dinner. If you're looking for a steakhouse, this is the place. It's probably the best steak around. No steak sauce is needed as it is seasoned perfectly. You can call to make reservations or you can make reservations online. It's recommended to have reservations on the weekend for sure.

My wife's "Medium" cooked Filet Mignon....does that look Medium to you?

$43 dollar filet was hard as a hockey puck. No restaurant would ever plate an overly cooked filet mignon like this and then try to tell you to cut on the other side there should be some pink over there sometimes they cook unevenly. The photos show what was ordered as "medium". My wife tried to eat it anyway because she "didn't want to cause trouble". This is unacceptable that they would ever bring a filet that overcooked to a table to begin with. https://s3-media0.fl.yelpcdn.com/bphoto/A9tgn5qxYl3kX6T3rQGXJQ/348s.jpg

We have loved their Blood Orange Berliner Weisse for years and have always said we needed to make it to the brewery. Today was the perfect chance. It was a Sunday afternoon, and luckily, they were open. There were just a few people, but as they day progressed, more trickled in. Michelle, the beertender, at the time was great. She suggested all sorts of beers based on my taste and let me sample them all. One suggestion she had was to mix the Mango with the Blood Orange. It was really good. The two that I ended up drinking were the Duck River Dunkel and the ISB English Ale. I also liked that they had pretzels and popcorn as bar snacks. We met some really nice people and talked for a while. It reminded me of the old summer days when everyone would just sit and talk and enjoy life. It sure beat the fast-paced and scheduled life that goes on today.
