Picked up some dehydrated beaver and chicken skin treats made from the yak cheese. Both doggies were fans!They were even handing out Valentine's Day bandanas as a gift. The manager is always so nice to us and gives us great offers and coupons and such. We buy the wash punch card deal to get a better deal on washes. They also have a GREAT selection of foods that a lot of stores in the area do not have for dogs and cats. The staff is nice and kind, and they love pets. They are always willing to help, and are great at helping us find what we need and making sure the baths are ready to use. The store is independently owned and operated. It's a franchise. I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus. It's one of the best pet stores in the West Seattle area and is run very efficiently.

She also had several skin issues and nothing I fed her helped stopped the itch. About four months ago, I tried JFFD for her and the rest was history. We recently moved close to this location (I used to get it from Petco) so I decided to visit. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they get freshly made food delivered every single day. I tried this food with Nugget and needless to say, she's become a complete foodie now (in true corgi fashion)! The staff here are SO friendly. When I told them that Nugget especially loves the fresh food, they informed me that I could request to have extra food made weekly for Nugget! I was in disbelief that my puppy could essentially have her own personal chef. We now get to pick up freshly made food every week for her. It is fairly expensive, but the quality and customer service you receive are unmatched. Nugget's skin issues and pickiness have completely dissipated. We love how simple the ingredients are and how happy she seems to be with her new diet! Thank you to all the friendly staff for making our lives so easy and always being so kind!

I came in spoke very clearly and said I needed to make an order and the girl at the counter (springy red hair) seemed displeased and began typing on her computer. She asked what food I needed and once again clearly speaking I said Nature's Logic Sardine and I need a 20 or 25 lb bag. She said oh we don't carry that so I explained what I was told last time I was here so she said ok let me text me boss but I'm not sure when I'll get back to you. Cool. TEXT..? Like who does that professionally? I will not return. Get your employees to take care of business! One star for this visit. A second star is given for the effort, efficiency and quickness to obtain information from the last visit: whoever you were you knew how to get things done.

I've been to their location…read morein Georgetown many times, but the White Center location actually has a parking lot (hooray!) and it's next to Zippy's Burgers (bonus!). Some of the other things I love about the White Center location: + it's larger, so it has more products and greater selection + the DIY dog wash area has a door that closes so your pooch can't run off + the DIY dog wash tub is a new metal tub with a sliding door (I love the vintage tub in the Georgetown shop too, but the new tub feels a little easier to work with) + everyone is so friendly and helpful, especially Jen! Hot tips: Bring your leashed doggo with you for lots of love and attention and treats (duh). Washes are cheaper on Wash Wednesdays! Also, they'll take an adorable Polaroid of your pupper to display on the wall.

Julia is just the best. I've used her as a cat sitter several times in the past and always been…read moresuper happy with her services. She sends me lots of pictures of my Rocky and Coco when she visits which gives me a lot of peace of mind. She also understands that my Coco likes to hide under the bedsheets (see picture, lol) and she doesn't try to get her to come out. She even leaves boxes out for Rocky when he needs to be entertained and plays music for them, too. Last week I had to leave town for a family emergency and only had a few hours to reach out to Julia. Nonetheless, she was available and took great care of my cats even when I had no idea how long I would be gone. It's really special having a cat sitter in an emergency you know and trust. I can't recommend Julia enough.

Their daily walks have changed our lives as we do not have to rush home from work, and then we get these great pictures and see them on their walks/adventures. AND they cover a lot of ground...South Lake Union from downtown...WOW! The pups are noticeably happy these days and we owe it to our dynamic duo from Fluffybutts. In addition to our daily walks, we have occasional overnight and vacation coverage by Nate and Julia. We are 100% confident when we leave for out of town and trust both of them completely. The house is always clean, the pups are always relaxed and happy. We enthusiastically recommend Fluffybutts to all who are looking for excellent and loving care for their fur kids.
